We contacted Mr. Roger's for a tankless water heater cleaning & flushing service. We also needed our outdoor drains cleaned of roots and camera inspected. We were offered a timely appointment and from the moment Arnie arrived everything went great. He carefully listened to my explanation of where I thought the issues were with the outdoor drainage system and went right to work. Throughout his visit he kept me up to date, showed me what he was finding and did everything he could to do clear things up. He flushed the water heater and showed me the sediment that he cleared and advised when we should next do it. He was professional, thorough and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better plumbing experience. Thank you!

This company is fantastic. I've called on them several times, and they've been great every time. I had a tankless water heater installed. I had my home's water main shut-off valve replaced along with a garden hose valve. I had some natural gas lines behind my stove rearranged so I could get the stove closer to the wall. Every technician that came out was courteous and professional. I look forward to working with them in the future for any project I have.

Jake is awesome!  He installed a tankless water heater and a leaky faucet and was honest and fair with pricing.  The work was high quality and our bill has gone way down too. He was quick to respond to all calls/texts and quick to finish the work.  He did not charge us for parts he did not feel were necessary for our sink. Knowledgeable without fuss. Connected the fire pit with a kit. He discussed it briefly with me, I told him what I envisioned and he did it. Price was reasonable. He was good  natured and did not mind giving an estimate for two smaller jobs. I agreed to estimate and he did it. Other plumbers made a big deal about what might happen. He did not have that problem and I appreciated him not laying his anxiety on me. Communication was not an issue . Scheduling the task was flexible and easy. They answer the phone or they get back to you promptly.  I was able to reschedule earlier since parts came in earlier than expected. Really really smooth and pleasant experience.

Great service.  Fair and honest pricing.  They came quickly to take over the job of a previous plumbing company.  Unfortunately the previous company lost some of its staff and could no longer take my project. They came highly recommend by the previous company.  They where also highly recommended by a client of mine who is a retired plumber.  I can't say enough good things. Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood Plumbing recently took on a job at my house to replace an aging tank water heater with a modern, tankless system. They also swapped out our regulator and main shutoff valve and arranged for a permit from the city of Oceanside.

The technician, Eric, was prompt to arrive but had a somewhat gruff demeanor. The job ended up taking considerably longer than anticipated, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the work was not executed as expected, and we discovered some issues after the initial service.

Upon calling their main line to express my issues, I was greeted by Megan. She was absolutely exceptional, demonstrating the kind of attentive and empathetic customer service that truly impresses. Megan promptly arranged for the owner, Jake, to come out and inspect the job.

Jake was thoroughly professional, clearly demonstrating why he's at the helm of this business. He remedied all the issues swiftly and effectively, leaving us with a perfectly functioning, high-quality plumbing system. We were so relieved and truly impressed with the high level of service that Jake provided.

I had the pipe leading up to my water meter break and gave them a call. Megan took the call and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She got a plumber (Arnie) over to my house ASAP. Arnie diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within two hours, and I only had to pay half of what other plumbers had quoted me. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services in Oceanside

We had an issue with our tankless hot water heater and called out a different plumber. The problem wasn't solved and the plumber and company just tried to sell us other services.  I then called Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing (who I wish I called first) and they solved the issue.  Jake was professional, efficient and absolutely amazing.  I highly recommend Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing.

SDGE turned off our gas due to a gas leak. Mr R team responded promptly.

Erik replaced the 1.5 main underground GAS LINE 15' from the meter to the house. Project entailed  trenching dirt, blasting and replacing concrete. Job took just over a day and he left the work site in pristine condition. Passed  the SDGE pressure test and they turned the gas back on, no questions asked.

Knowledgeable, professional, dependable, thorough and solid work ethic. Meghan in the office also super communicative. Clearly a team that  takes pride in their work.

I have definitely found my neighborhood plumber.

We found a leak spraying from one of our pipes in the garage last night after normal hours. Called Mr. Rogers and Megan picked up immediately - she helped me figure out how to turn off our water to the house to prevent the leak from getting worse and got me scheduled for this afternoon. The plumber was outstanding - he had to go find a specific part and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue even though he had never seen our pipe type before. Great experience and I would absolutely recommend.

Beyond excited because I had been wanting to get this problem resolved since October 2021 ! Our shampoo chairs in our beauty salon had been draining so slow, we snaked it various times had a couple of plumbers come out and all told me something different. But Artie and Jake were the absolute best ! Jake came out personally to see what he could do for us and the problem was resolved ! It was such a relief that after so long he was able to figure out what was causing the issue. I couldn't be more grateful so from one small business to another THANK YOU!!! we will recommend to all friends and family !

I've used their service for a number of projects ranging from a slab leak to the installation and yearly maintenance of a tankless water heater.
Jake was always early and won't leave until the job is done and on budget. I would highly recommend him for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Our a shower faucet would not turn off this morning. After a quick trip to the hardware store, I realized we needed a professional. When I called, the phone was answered right away by a polite advisor. They were able to come out within a couple of hours, and had all the items on hand to replace the cartridge. The technician Erick was courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable. He provided some tips, so this wouldn't happen in the future. He was able to do so without making me feel pressured or that I was being talked down to as a female. I have already provided all of my friends with their contact information and recommendation.

I called Jake back to do some repiping of old copper pipes to prevent another leak like the one that ruined our kitchen. He initially responded to my text with a very reasonable quote, and then he proceeded to do a great job. He went above and beyond; not only replacing the old pipes, but also rerouting a few pipes so that they ran in the walls instead of along the floor, according to best practice. He also was thoughtful in putting some protectors around the pipe in the places where a contractor might accidentally poke a nail through as they're doing their work. Continue to highly recommend. He is well-priced, does great work, and is kind and trustworthy.

I connected with Mr. Rogers for a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom who referred me to Ray Buchanan.
Ray was prompt and came within a few hours. Offered a quick estimate for the leak and water remediation. He provided a very reasonable quote and waited while I interviewed a few other providers who seemed to working on a fixed minimum rate or daily rate concept (so bids where very high) even though we had a minor leak. Ray was flexible and came personally to supervise. He allowed for a longer duration of time to dry out the ceiling. And they the patch and paint were great. Overall he brought in a good team and our ceiling is now perfect. Can recommend Ray any higher.

Brendan and Aaron were AMAZING! We had an emergency leak in our shower and Brendan and Aaron came to save the day. After getting a first opinion, and wanting a second, and Brendan and Aaron came to provide a free estimate. What they quoted us was half the amount. They were communicative, respectful, and efficient. They fixed our problem with ease and in a very timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better people to complete the job! There's a reason this company has all 5 star reviews! We had a geyser coming out of our bathroom toilet at 7:30 at night and as luck would have it, the water shut off valve was broken as was the main shut off to the house. Needless to say, we were in trouble. I found this company from a quick and desperate google search and gave them a call. The receptionist was very kind and up front about their after hours pricing but assured me they would do their best to keep costs doable. She let me know that Jake could be at our house within the hour and he was there in 5 minutes! He diagnosed the problem and was also very up front about pricing (which was more than fair) before he started to fix anything. He had the problem fixed in no time and even fixed a loose faucet that's been driving me crazy for months!

My house had a clogged drain and the work done to fix it was fantastic. Megan and Jake were quick to respond,  arrived on time, and unclogged my drain timely and neatly. They are officially my go to plumber here in Oceanside!

Hands down best plumber!  Jake came to the rescue after our failed attempt to replace a flapper in the toilet on a Saturday afternoon!  Arrived within a couple of hours after contacting him. Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We'll be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

We unfortunately have to use a plumber a lot more than I care to admit, but this is the first time using Mr. Rogers. I had a very good experience from start to finish, beginning with a very friendly and witty receptionist, who booked the service. We had a Saturday offered to us, which worked perfectly with our schedule.
 Our very professional, kind and courteous technician, Erik was top notch! He arrived on time, handed me a business card with his friendly introduction and got right to work.
 We had two faucets that needed an installation but unfortunately there was way more work involved than I think either of us had anticipated. Our set-up included several cracked fittings and pipes that needed replacement, which I suspected already.
 The job required several hours of work from Erik and two trips to pick up extra items needed to do the best job possible.
 Erik was honest, polite and friendly and kept me in the loop, explaining exactly what the issues were with our setup and what needed to be done. The effort he put in was very much appreciated. I felt reassured that we were in good hands and not getting ripped off.

We had an underground leak in our water main--a major dilemma with no easy fix. We were lucky enough to have Erik S. as our technician; he was thorough and professional, clearly explaining what his process would be. He had to discern where the leak was, how extensive the damage was, and what was required to fix it. He did all of these things with a smile on his face despite the hot sun and the evident difficulty of having to jack-hammer our asphalt driveway and then dig down through two feet of hard-packed soil and roots. Erik is an exceptionally hard worker with an outstanding work ethic. He's also very responsible, personable and kind. We feel fortunate to have found Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing and I would recommend this company, and Erik, to anyone with complex plumbing issues that require expert service!

Just want to thank Meg, Jake, Eric and all the other crew from MRNP. We've been using them for a lot of plumbing services at the HOAs we manage along with work at our office. The team always goes the extra mile to get everything taking care of and are great at communicating with all parties.

In fact we had a 2 main break on Easter Sunday and Eric has been out working on it all day to get water returned to homeowners ASAP.

I noticed the tile grout on the floor around the toilet seemed damp. I found Mr. Rogers on Yelp during my search for plumbers with solid feedback. My wife coincidentally found them on Thumbtack as well. She contacted Mr. Rogers the same day with pictures of the issue and they quickly identified it was the wax ring that was causing the issue. Within less than 24 hours, Brendan showed up within the time frame promised. He was friendly and responsive, and quickly made the necessary repairs to ensure there would be no more leaks. He offered us a better sealant than the traditional wax and did a very clean job repairing the caulking. No mess left behind! Also the pricing was very competitive so I was happy to give them my business.

In terms of covid measure, he wore a mask and shoe coverings which is a big plus for me as I have had other repair men enter the home with no regard to cleanliness.

Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, reliable, honest work done for their plumbing needs.

We needed new sinks and faucets installed in our master bathroom, as well as new valves for the washing machine. Nick installed everything and was very friendly, informative, professional and did a great job on all of it! I highly recommend!

The hot water coming out of our bathtub faucet would not shut off. It was gushing full force, wasting water and driving up our gas bill. Megan at Mr. Rogers called me within 15 minutes of me reporting the problem to the property manager. She prioritized us and scheduled us for an appointment within a couple hours ON A FRIDAY which is no easy feat. She immediately understood the urgency and provided reassurance that the problem would be fixed very soon. Sure enough, Jagger came 30 minutes early, was courteous, and did a quality job to assess the problem and replaced our entire faucet with a better model, all within the appointment window promised by Megan. I tried doing it myself and failed, I called it in and they fixed it. I'm making my plumbing list for the near future.

We had a leak in the front of our house near the water meter. Initially thought it was from irrigation, but we called Mr Rogers plumbing around 7:30 pm. Spoke with the most pleasant and warm office manager who arranged for a tech to be onsite within an hour or 2. Jake was here in 10 minutes! Jake found the problem immediately, did a temporary fix until he arrived the next morning and he fixed the issue.
Jake was awesome and very friendly. He did not over charge us, provided us with an invoice, write up and pictures so we could get reimbursed (hopefully) by the builder defect. Definitely a good referral and we will use him again.

Called him at 10:30 PM Labor Day for a plumbing backup. Jake showed up in under 30 minutes! He was professional, wore COVID-19 PPE, and got the job done in under an hour. The charge was reasonable considering it was late at night on a holiday. He is our go-to person for sure, now!

We needed new shower fixtures in our master bath. We called ASI, The White Glove Guys. They came the same day. I was a little shocked to say the least when I was handed an estimate for $1,458.00. I decided to Call Mr. Rogers Plumbing. Jake was so pleasant and I could tell by talking to him, he was honest. Jake came to our home a few hours later and gave us an estimate using the same fixtures as ASI were going to use. To be told I just saved myself over $800.00 by calling Mr. Rogers, I was literally floored! The work is done, great job and very happy! Jake is great. We starting seeing water coming you through our laminate floors. Jake was able to get out to us within 30 minutes. He found the wall leak (and various other potential leaks) and repaired the damage within 90 minutes. Really nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jake Rogers.

I used Mr Rogers to replace a water heater and they did an excellent job. The service was great as was the price. Jagger Hill, the plumber was outstanding. Our tankless water heater decided to randomly stop working and not turn on. After many dead ends with the manufacturer and calling other plumbers we were in contact with Mr Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing. I spoke with Meghan via phone and not only was she extremely empathetic but she volunteered to reach out to Rheem herself to see if she could get some resolution. She told us she would have someone out the same day and the owner Jake showed up sooner than expected. He did some troubleshooting and was able to figure out the problem and got our water heater back in a working state. I rarely leave reviews but I feel good customer service is a lost concept with a lot of companies nowadays. This company made me and my family feel like a priority and that was a great feeling. Had a a hot water pipe start leaking behind the wall. Called another reputable plumbing company that was down due to a Covid outbreak.  They recommended me to the only other company that they would trust for a referral ...Mister Rogers Neighborhood Plumber.   So happy that they gave us this referral.  Megan answered the phone and had a technician come out within a few hours of my call.   Egan was professional and courteous all the while calming an already stressful situation.   Arnie arrived a few hours later...such a great tech and person.  Got right on the job, identified the issue and had the copper pipe capped within a few minutes.  He checked the water pressure to the house and determined it was too high.  Pricing was extremely fair. He responded quickly to my request for repairs, placed boot covers on his shoes before he entered my home and wore a mask over both his mouth AND nose! Along with that, after a few minutes of conversation, it didn't feel like I'd allowed a technician into my home. Erik is an extra-mile kinda guy! After Years of deferred maintenance, we needed a myriad of repairs, some replacement, education to know the difference and sage advice. Erik was awesome! Found him through word of mouth as I often don't trust internet ratings. This guy is the real deal.

Wanted to get rid of my water heater for a tankless one and have a washer/dryer hookup installed where my old water heater was located. Brendan (awesome guy) was able to come in and do the job with no problems. Him and his coworkers came in and removed the old water heater and disposed of it for me. They installed a new Navien tankless water heater in attic. They installed framing and plywood in the attic in order to mount the tankless. They rerouted the hot and cold water lines to accommodate location of the tankless. They installed isolation valves in order to descale tankless in the future. They installed a new gas line and rerouted it to the attic to accommodate the location of the tankless. They installed new piping, shut off valve, gas sediment trap, and gas flex line. They ran a  condensation drain line and T&P drain line and tied it into the existing vent line. They ran new 2in PVC venting through existing 4in metal venting to the roof line. They installed a new washer machine drain line, and recessed box with new valves. They ran a new 2in Ptrap and tied it into the existing drain line near lavatory sink. They rerouted the hot and cold water lines from the attic to location of laundry box.

They did all this in two days at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend anyone that's looking for a great deal with great service!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Meghan is at Mr Rogers. She helped me through dealing with a huge leak in our yard and ultimately referred us to a landscaper rather than send one of her people out, to save me money.
She dedicated over an hour of her time explaining every part of the process.
Plus she's just a doll!
