DO NOT USE. Unprofessional. Job incomplete. Not a 5 star company. So disappointed. Wanted to get a sink installed, had to get two estimates and then still didn't get the work done because they would not do what I wanted and insisted on doing what they wanted and it's my house...STAY AWAY. I would not believe the good reviews. Beware.

Frank showed up on time. He gave me a quote to change my bathtub spout, shower handles, and pvc repair. Everything was done in a few hours, and cost was exactly what he quoted. Very friendly. Found out he does wood work, too, so I'm looking forward to working with Frank again in the future.

I needed to replace my toilet for my handicapped husband. FRANKLIN not only gave me a very reasonable price he went to the store with me to pick out an appropriate fit for my husband. He did a great job and was very neat. I mentioned that I needed him to help me install my thermostat other quotes were extremely high and other contractors said they had to go on the roof but Franklin saved me over a thousand dollars.

in a timely manner! Looks as good as it did before we discovered the leak. Due to a worn valve that connected the water line to the refrigerator, I found our kitchen floor mat sopped with water. OFK plumbing assured no mold build up would occur. It happened so fast and repair was very efficient and professionally done! I would call OFK for any and all plumbing needs!

Franklin is a crook! And completely unprofessional, sloppy and takes shortcuts! I hired him to do a pipping job and was mislead by his reviews on Yelp they must be by his friends and family members. He cut irregular holes in my walls and wanted to run new pipes on the outside of my walls. He caused multiple water leaks and stated he would return some of my money I never saw Franklin again I went to his house to talk to him about my money he owed me he was not there or avoided answering the door. Walking back to my vehicle I saw a man walking his dog I asked him did he know the owner he replied with yes but we don't speak to that family I asked him are you a neighbor he replied yes I was shocked because Franklin raves how all his neighbors have used his services and happily referred him, LIES! He has actually swindled one of his own neighbors! And not one of his neighbors would recommend him. I would give no stars but it won't let me.

Toilet issues!  Frank was on time and finished the job in a timely manner.  He even gave suggestions to help the longevity of our toilet and plumbing.  It helped to save water (helping the planet and our budget!), which we need now-a-days. It was a plus to see great work and done in a neat and tidy manner.  Assure that your plumbing is in good care when you hire OFK Plumbing!

This provider only accepts cash... I feel like I was ripped off and I over paid for their services. He said he would return me my money since the service requested wasn't up to par with my request. Unfortunately I never heard from him again and not only lost my money, but didn't get what I needed. Feels like there is a reason he only accepts cash. If I could give negative stars, I would. I highly emphasize to not use their services.

Frank was great! I highly recommend. His truck says he offers the Lowest prices and he was not kidding. Extremely fair price for the work done.
But not only was the price low,  Frank did quality work and was super respectful of my house by keeping a very clean workspace. He wore a mask, he covered the floor space he walked on and clean up each day instead of leaving stuff everywhere for the next day.
I removed a wall and had to relocate water pipes and a vent and he strategized how to make this happen.
I will be hiring him again for my kitchen and bathroom projects.

Frank was on time. He is considerate to keeping the floors and house protected. I got my water heater replaced and he did that up to code. Frank also replaced my toilet, anglestop, and hose. We love it! The jobs were very professional and super neat. I have more work to be done and I will call him back for sure. When you find a great plumber you can trust make sure you hang on to his number! Highly recommended!

So last week my wife tells me that we have a small leak.
So I decided to use this company.
I am not an expert that's why I hired someone to do the job ! But I think this supposed to be a  90ﾟ ?
that supposed to be what goes on  there.  now I have no water pressure. what kind of company does work like this !
I'll tell you which company does !!!
I do not recommend them.
After a couple of phone calls later I just decided to use someone else.
 I guess that's what I get for not going to home depot and doing it myself. Just don't use this guy be careful that's all I'm saying.

Frank did phenomenal work in installing our three toilets. Each was put in with great care and attention to detail. These toilets were not traditional as they were one piece with internal screws. So they required extra work.

He returned days later to touch up the seal on one toilet (due to exposed shims - not due to poor workmanship) in addition to doing another job for us.

His outstanding work has made us contemplate using him for a much larger job. He is on time and works carefully. HIs estimates are honest, reflecting his true labor cost.

We cannot recommend Franklin and OFK Plumbing highly enough. Five stars!!!!!

Best price and very professional! When it rains it poors. My garbage disposal went out and I also had a pipe that was leaking. After getting multiple estimates, they came out and did the quality work at a much cheaper price. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

We had an issue the other night which wasn't a true emergency, however, it wouldn't have been something we'd want to put off to another day. Upon answering our call, the owner (Frank) told me he could be over in 20 mins. Mind you, it was already 5:45pm, and past normal business hours. After arriving and surveying our issue, Frank gave us an estimate before he got started, and it was more than reasonable for the removal & replacement my seized water shut-off valves, removal of my prior corroded kitchen faucet, re-installation of our dishwasher water line (prior trickle leak) & accompanying drainage line. Frank was organized, he also offered to install higher quality parts than what I intended to use originally, and was kind enough to remove his boots to work on our job (we had brand new floors installed just two months ago), even though we never asked him to do so. Frank also stayed a good 10+ mins afterwards to ensure there weren't any leaks which may have presented itself after he left. We definitely wouldn't hesitate calling OFK Plumbing for future plumbing needs. Frank was professional, efficient, reasonable, honest, and best of all, performed quality work!!!

We have used this plumber many times now and he has done a solid job! He replaced our water heater last year and we've had no problems. He also replaced our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal too. He is currently addressing an issue with our water main line. He is on time, charges a fair price on his services, and gets the job done in a timely fashion.

Franklin did a phenomenal job with our shower. We had a problem with our master shower hot water pressure since we purchased our home. We hired another pro months ago who did a poor job and didn't do nearly the amount of work Franklin did to fix the root of the problem. From start to finish, OFK plumbing was incredibly responsive and professional. Franklin came to assess the problem within an hour, fixed it by the next day, and the shower and feels even better than when we first moved in! He was courteous, explained the issue and his proposed plan thoroughly, and was very respectful of our home (he wore booties and/or removed his shoes without us having to ask!). We feel so relieved to have fixed this problem and to have a great plumber on speed dial for any issues we have in the future. I highly recommend OFK plumbing.

The photos speak for themselves and I only wish I had a before picture to show you what Frank was working with here. Frank completely transformed this space and I could not be happier with the result! Frank is multi-talented, easily tackling our project that involved multiple components including tiling, new light fixtures, and plumbing for our double vanities to name a few. Frank was very engaged throughout the project, thinking of design details and improvements that made the result even better than originally planned. The pricing is very competitive without any drop in the level of quality.

I was also happy to see that Frank runs a very tight and clean ship, making sure to keep his workspace tidy and covering the floor where he walked and staged his equipment. He wore a mask every day and cleaned the work area.

Frank's exemplary craftmanship is truly reflected in his work. I will definitely be calling upon him in the near future for other projects.

Frank did an emergency repair job for me. I had a nasty break in my pool plumbing. He diagnosed it, ran to get the parts and repaired all on a Sat for a very fair price. I usually use Yelp to find help and I am VERY happy to recommend Frank to all. I understand his abilities include all phases of home repair plumbing and small jobs too. Thanks again Frank.

Excelente service, I've hired this guy before and rarely do yelp reviews. He knew what he was doing and didn't take me for the whole ride. I've paid thousands to other plumbers who did things you can find on YouTube. Actually once a different plumber used his phone to fix my sink. I'm just saying you can't go wrong with this guy.

I hate to give one star but I have to tell the truth. Nice person, cleaned up after himself  however doesn't make up for the other things,  he doesn't know much about city of San Diego inspection-process.  I feel like if you have had 10 years of plumbing experience you should have knowledge/ experience. Hire a company of 25 plus years in business.

You started your business with cash only so why would you have a record of you coming to my home? By the way you were not taxing the cash we were paying you I should report you to BBB for only accepting cash as a business owner

Another job done by Frank.  Best guy for the job.  I'm a loyal customer from Chula Vista and I relocated to Escondido.  Frank went out of his way to come out to Escondido to work on my home.  He changed the nozzles to my fridge and my laundry room.  We trust his work so much that we went with his services again.  We tried to go local, but one guy gave us the run around.  Frank is straight up.  He answers your questions, he shows you the product he's replacing, and his work is always solid.  He stands by his work.  He'll go out of his way to make it right.  In the future I already told him when my water heater fails I'd like him to set me up with a tankless water heater.  The other thing I like about Frank is while he is working and you decide to oversee what he is doing, he shares what he knows about plumbing.  I think that's great for customer piece of mind.  You won't go wrong with Frank.  He's a good guy.  That bad review i'm reading doesn't fit Frank's profile so I would disregard that.  Judge for yourself.  Everyone else seems to be happy.  Definitely look into hiring him for the job.  You won't be disappointed.

Spectacular job. Frank is the type of guy you expect when you need to call someone for a project around the house. He is very dedicated to his work, and knows exactly what needs to be done when it comes to repair.
He fixed 2 showers in our house efficiently and did not dillydally at all. He gets the job done and does it well.

My upstair shower sprung a leak into the downstairs kitchen. Franklin and Chad arrived quick and found the leak in short order. They were efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend their company to anyone who has plumbing needs.

I gave Franklin 4 stars because I thought he was a little pricey, but we needed to get something done right away, and he was on the case.
He was very professional, very easy to work with. He actually had to go out looking for the correct part, as we bought the wrong part ahead of time. Part numbers change! But he got the job done in no time once he had the correct part. He left the space very clean. I would probably call him again.

5 STARS! Had an emergency in my rental house in Chula Vista and my tenants were without water because my tenant had to turn off the water supply to the bathroom because of a big leak through a valve. My wife called Franklin who was referred to her by a close friend. It was Saturday morning and we've already tried calling other plumbers but we just got sent to voice mail. Franklin responded and was at my rental in no time. He assessed the job and quoted me a low and high amount, in case he finds other problems. All thru texts and I didn't have to drive 45 miles to the place. He got the job done soon as I ok'ed to proceed. Ended up paying the low amount he quoted. My tenants are happy and I'm relieved. I would recommend Frank anytime to anybody as he is honest and responsive. Thanks Frank.

OFK Plumbing (619-587-2976) Services saves the day again!  I had water heater leak over the weekend and contacted Frank, and he came over first thing in the morning as promised!  Frank made an assessment and began working on the issue, and brought a replacement!  The installation is clean, and we have hot water again!  Thank you for the first-class service as always, Frank!

Discovered my water heater gave out this morning and decided to Yelp for possible lead and Frank responded promptly to my questions and concerns.   He stopped over at 0800 to assess my situation and provided a very reasonable quote.  

Frank and Chad worked on it quickly in a very organize manner.  The workmanship is is top notch.   I am not sure where the other previous review comes from but definitely did not reflect what I have seen here.  I highly recommend them to tackle plumbing jobs out there.  I truly appreciate the service and thank you.
