He never showed up after confirming my appointment. When I called, he said he didn't know about my appointment and offered to come the next day. I declined.
So far so good. No problems with the work done. Efficient and on time service.
Great service and no nickel and dime of estimate. Send a picture and he stands by the cost of repair. Very rare in the post Covid age. Way better than Roto Rooter.

Alright, Izzy is a legit plumber who does amazing work. We called around several plumbers who either gave us the runaround or just plain weren't interested in doing it. Izzy spent some time explaining everything at the initial consult/estimate and we decided to give him the job. He ran the required plumbing necessary for a whole house water softener that we bought. He did a great job and took only half the day to do it. Thank you Izzy and team for an awesome job!

Did a good job but I felt that I was overcharged. Would recommend getting multiple bids before selecting EZ Plumbing. And be aware of incremental costs that increase the price of the project. A plus is that they were able to take care of my plumbing issue in a timely manner and on the weekend. Appreciated that.
I had a very unfavorable experience with EZ Plumbing. There is nothing easy about this experience except that I was overcharged for an incomplete clean out installation. This was verified by another plumber I had come out & provide an estimate after hiring this company.
Not all of the plumbing issues I explained I was experiencing during the estimate were addressed, prompting a second visit. The same issues occurred after the plumber left.
I regret having hired this company. Not only was I overcharged for incomplete service, I was asked personal questions unrelated to the plumbing service. I do not recommend.
I found EZ Plumbing through HomeAdvisor and Isidoro came out the next day and installed my new kitchen faucet. He was the most affordable of all the quotes I got and he did impeccable work! He was honest and up front about all parts and labor needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I was so happy he could come out next-day.

I always use Yelp to find reliable contractors to work on my house projects. This week, I had issue with my plumbing and Yelp connected me with 4-5 plumbing company. EZ was one of them. After several back and forth messages, the appointment was set. All information needed was sent. And on the same day, I received an confirmation email. However, on the day of the appointment nobody came. I sent another message to know what happened and I can see the message said 'read'. No response. Not a reliable company to set an appointment with. I would recommend to move to the next one on the list.
I had a very good experience hiring EZ Plumbing to service my water heater's warranty replacement. Very friendly and professional.
These guys were great. They responded quickly, they gave me updates via text as to their arrival time. They offered additional recommendations which i appreciated and their prices were very fair. I highly recommend them!

Our water heater broke on Christmas Eve and isadoro and crew were quick to come and fix at a reasonable price. We love the new water heater and he does quality work!
I needed my toilet flapper replaced and EZ plumbing was very fast responding to my request , was able to come out on a Saturday and fix my toilet and had reasonable rates. I would recommend EZ Plumbing for your plumbing repairs.

Isidoro to the rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and it took almost 5 days to get anyone to respond. Once I did get responses the labor was outrageous most of the bids were over $1800 in labor alone. I had already gotten the approval of the water heater company to replace mine under warranty -so I truly only needed labor. He was beyond fair, prompt, and went over and above to handle my project. They explained all of the extra parts that were needed after his initial labor quote by giving me a complete understanding of how to bring my project up to code. He was very diligent in making sure the space was cleaned and taken care of prior to them leaving the job site as well. It was lovely to chat with him about his family and you can see his overall dedication to his trade by being honest and fair. Thank you, EZ! You are being highly recommended.
We had long-term problems with all of our pipes, old cast-iron built in 1966. I have paid at least 4 different plumbers to come out frequently, and all they do is snake it and works for maybe 3 months. Izzy responded to my message immediately and came out the same day. He was obviously incredibly well-trained with a wealth of knowledge. He found the root cause of the problem, no pun intended- which was roots growing into my pipes. He didn't recommend replacing all the pipes, he replaced part of the pip in the front yard and cleared out all the roots. He spent all day at my house and the price was amazingly low. My only complaint is I don't want you all reading this because then you may hire him also and then he'll be too busy to come fix plumbing at my house on the same day :)
Doing laundry when I notice water backing up in sink. Immediately reached out to EZ Plumbing. They had a service person to my home within the hour. Ok maybe my bad situation had a bit of sunshine since they had an open appointment. Regardless, service was done quickly and I appreciate them fixing it. Would highly recommend.
My toilet wouldn't flush and Izzy came in and took care of it. He was friendly (we shared a few laughs), was knowledgeable and explained each step of the way. Thanks!!

Izzy came out to give a quote, 2 days after I reached out. 5 days later the work was completed, as per the quote and he was very clear in explaining what was needed/done. I would recommend EZ Plumbing and will use them again.
I have used EZ Plumbing several times and have never been disappointed. It is so refreshing to find an honest, competent and reasonably priced plumbing service!! He has replaced toilets, installed faucets, and fixed a serious hard water issue I had in my master shower. Most recently I called them to address a gurgling sound I heard when flushing the downstairs toilet. The problem was not a venting issue but rather a lack of use in the shower which dried out the trap and caused the noise. He ran water in the tub for several minutes and noise was eliminated. He also checked my upstairs bathroom and then went a step further with a kitchen faucet issue and remedied that too. He was there at least an hour and took the time to educate me every step of the way all for a very reasonable 'service call' price. I highly recommend Isidoro for any and all plumbing needs!!
We had a very old garbage disposal. I searched through HomeAdvisor and found this great company. Ez was very easy to speak with. He explained that he could come out and give an estimate, and start the job right away. I was pleased with his plumbing knowledge, price (very reasonable) and professionalism. I would definitely use this company for ALL our plumbing needs. Highly recommended for any plumbing job!

Izzy was very prompt, came before the scheduled time and was very professional and explained the work process and estimate thoroughly. I highly recommend him.
Had a leak with my outside hose faucet and scheduled a repair with EZ on yelp. We scheduled an appointment and i took off work to meet the plummer here but as the appointment time was getting to the end i called and the person who answered had no clue. Basically i wasted half my day and dude on phone wasnt helpful at all or offered help. Moral of story....stick with the big names or ones that have high number of reviews

Isidoro and his team were on time (early) and did exactly as they said they would. They repiped our whole house and installed a tankless water heater for us. They also helped fix the drywall as well. They went above and beyond. Excellent work and would have them help on any other project that comes up. Much appreciated!
I bought a foreclosure, and the condo's water heater was 28-years-old. EZ's website is all about water heaters even though they handle all sorts of plumbing issues. So, I called them and Isidrio answered. He was polite, professional, and came out to do an estimate around my schedule. He explained what I needed and offered me a good estimate. The following Saturday he showed up and did a great job. He even set up drop cloths in my condo so as not to dirty the carpet. He was very considerate. I would recommend Isidrio for any plumbing service, but especially for water heater installation.
Izzy Rocks! He has done several jobs for us. Anywhere from installing a clean out line to installing tankless water heaters to unclogging the garbage disposal to repiping entire house... Izzy knows his shit. His employees are very respectful and considerate- and they are happy employees too (Izzy must be a rockin' boss. too). Not only is Izzy's work top-notch, he and his crew even clean up after the job is finished and they do a darn good job. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for saving us once again Izzy.
