Twin Star Construction

Have known Dave when he was Twin Star Painting and was excellent.  My experience with Twin Star Construction was not the same experience.
Job time quoted - 2-3 weeks - Actual time 8++ weeks
Oversaw subs - no
Kept owner abreast of ordering of supplies - no
Out burst during the job - yes and did apologize
Ask for 50% balance prior to completion as contract stated - yes, we refused until job completed
Create change orders as stated in the contract - no
Have water leak in the new plumbing - Yes
