Armando Agauyo is the licensed, insured and bonded owner/operator of Gimel Construction; established since 2013. Armando holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and has over 30 years of professional experience in remodeling and renovation projects including, but not limited to; personal homes, commercial buildings, vacation properties, apartment homes, new-builds and more. Armando is a skilled craftsman and his services are highly sought in multiple locations across the country.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Armando's professional career began in construction in 1986. Shortly thereafter, he was quickly promoted to the role of heating, vacuuming, and air conditioning (HVAC) supervisor; overseeing a team of 22 employees, where he remained for 18 years. Armando has over 30 years of construction experience, with an emphasis in remodeling and renovation projects at multiple levels.

Displeased with large companies taking advantage of clients by charging massive rates, and providing subpar service; Armando decided to launch his company Gimel Construction in 2013.

Since the establishment of Gimel, Armando and his team has earned a reputation for fair pricing, integrity, and luxurious results. Gimel Construction has verifiable letters of recommendation and testimonials from personal consumers to large commercial builders.

I had been told that my project was simply not possible! I was turned down time after time. The case being to add wood to marble to create a step line for people to see there was a step down. Until, I met with Armando from Gimel Construction a licensed and ,bonded and insured co. He was my 5th contractor to see and evaluate the project , he said he could do it...and at a very reasonable price. Armando ( the owner ) did as he said. He cut the marble and wood to fit exactly as I had imagined it. He was very neat and clean and as a result ended up doing more projects in my home that had already been bid out,his price was very reasonable. He was on time each day and left my home clean at the end of each day. Along chatting with him, I found out he was an engineer that fell in love with construction work.
He is a perfectionist and his work shows it! Excellent results, reasonable price and making your dreams come true...what more can you ask for!

Gimel construction is incredible! Jesus has performed multiple jobs on my home with fantastic results and cost. He has remodeled my kitchen, bathroom and even fixed my floors. He is now someone my family considers our Superman with his work ethic, integrity and overall sincerity! I would recommend him to everyone for any home remodeling or general home repair!
