How many lists do you have? I have a ton, and the items on them haunt me. Some lists are more important than others, but that doesn't matter. Even simple things can back up.
There were a few things on a list of mine that had been waiting far too long. An electrical issue in my kitchen that had rendered half the outlets (including one outside) unusable. A guest bathroom shower that could only be turned on with a complex mix of strength, finesse and balance. And, a water main whose seal had given up during the Clinton years - barely holding on.
Jens came over and in just over two hours fixed everything. That included a run to the local hardware store to pick up a few items. He only charged me for what he used. He works quickly and efficiently.
I had the opportunity to talk to him while he worked - he's a great guy.
I strongly recommend Jens for one or all of your lists. Lists you've been avoiding or lists you just haven't had time to get to.
