Our sewer pipe collapsed and our toilet and tub backed up and overflowed. I reached out to several companies and Elite Rooter responded quickly and sent out a whole team of guys to inspect and diagnose exactly what happened. They went over the details of the damage and repair costs and worked with me on my payment. They assigned two plumbers to work on our home, Brian and Junior. Both were overly helpful and kind. We trusted them completely to be in our home and work at their own pace. They were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from them. I initially posted a great review b/c the technicians who worked on my house were responsive and did a great job installing a tankless water heater and softener. However, the water heater is no longer working (after only 3 mos) and it has been impossible to get the manager to respond and to come out to fix it or even check it out. Additionally, there was a mistake in the financing and they have not been responsive in following up to get it straightened out. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company.

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

Soro took care of us we had a collapsed 70 year old Orangeburg Sewer that ran under an addition. He cut a 2 foot square hole in the back patio and one by the house where the cast iron exited and pulled a new ABS pipe shattering the old collapsed line. He installed clean outs and repaired the patio. It was absolutely an excellent job.

We have had an issue with our 2 master bath sinks not draining well for the last 2 years. We had an emergency on a Saturday night and Elite Rooter responded quickly to our call. We had the pleasure working with Joel who was very professional and went above and beyond and stayed until the job was done. Two days later Soro came to do a checkup to make sure that everything was working great. Elete sent 2 professionals over a few days ago and took care of the blockage in a very thorough manor. Sent a camera diwn the pipe and i saw what was going on. They spent a solid 2 hours here making sure the job was perfect. I believe the tech was Michael Chavez. A real pro. No surprises, they honered the special advertised price. Honest, very professional, courteous, clean and thorough. I highly recommend tbic company, they are tops. I want to give a review to Elite Rooter they came out to my house evaluated the situation took a camera and showed me the situation and gave me a wonderful price. The people there are wonderful Gilbert Suarez who was in charge of my job. He worked tirelessly and exceeded all expectations did a beautiful job a very professional very polite the other gentleman Keith Shannon was very to the point. What he waid that was going to do be done, was done. They did it in a very timely manner very professional and I would recommend them to everybody not just anybody but everybody these are the people that you want in your home very honest and upfront there's no gimmicks there's no games there's nothing they are wonderful. 2 of our toilets were having a hard time flushing all the way (they would just spin & spin & nothing would go down without the assistance of a cup of water.) I messaged about 25 different companies (through Yelp) & these guys were the only ones that could come out the next day so we booked with them for I believe $79 to clear the drain since we had family coming to stay with us later that week. They came out the next day & checked out problem (were thinking it was a backed up clean out but the toilets were just both old dual flush types & they recommended we swap them out. They also scoped our lines to the street & notice some sentiment in our pipes (under our lawn) & they recommended a hydroflush (I think that's what I was called.) We opted to just start with replacing our 2 troublesome toilets & that seemed to resolve the problem. Kinda a bummer to pay the $79 to unclog any drain even though there was no drain to unclog but I guess it was worth it for them to diagnose our problem. Thanks so much for the quick response & service.

Drew arrived right at the beginning of the time window I was told to expect. Very polite, neat, informative. He got the drain cleared but was concerned there might be other issues so sent for another plumber named Tim who was also polite, neat, and informative. He brought a camera to look into the drain and then gave me recommendations for improved drain performance. I was able to use the Drain Cleaning Special coupon I got in my Valpak, so that made the experience even better and since there is a 30-day work guarantee, that made it even better. However, they do not provide a paper copy of the estimate so that might be an issue for some since they will only email it--I believe there should always be a paper option if requested--Plus, there was some problem with the computer so 12 hours later, I have yet to receive the receipt and estimate for additional work I am considering....

I needed to have 6 new faucets in 3 bathrooms, I am updating a new home built in 2018, I asked for an estimate, but was quickly booked for a plumber to come out to give an estimate between 9-11am the next morning. I waited till 12:30 no call from anyone, then called the company to check on it, I was told the plumber was behind, however, she told me the day before to expect an ETA by the plumber, which never happened, I called back when this time he didn't call nor show up so she said once again he is behind, well if he's not going to call the next customer, and I have other appointments to go to, but waited again anyway, I decided to cancel it completely.

In my experience and opinion this is an unreliable company they said anything to get business. Maybe it's because they are located in Tempe I had not noticed it was that faraway until I looked up the call number again, I am in northwest Phoenix, honestly, she should have informed me on that particular issue the day before, so I could make a qualified decision. If they are short handed be honest and tell a potential customer what the real scoop is. Next time I will read a website more carefully for company servicing locations and ask better questions.

Called out this company for a main line backup. After another company came and they wouldn't even bother unclogging it.... Yes they were cheaper than most the other plumbers. But they also did a mediocre job. They didn't even bother to strap the pipe down after they were done and just left things hanging. Would not recommend them or be having them return.

We called Elite Rooter out to our condo complex at around 5 on a Saturday and Brian arrived within an hour. Another plumber had already been called by another owner in the complex and they couldn't fix the problem. In fact, they wanted $900 to remove the toilet to snake! The problem was on HOA property, so we called Elite Rooter for a second opinion. They should have been the first call. Not only were they quick to arrive, Brian was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem very quickly using the sewer cleanout. The cost was outrageously reasonable. We will absolutely call them again and see if Brian is available.

Cleared drain but said pipe needed to be scoped. Was suppose to show up later in the day but never showed up . Called the following week because they never asked for payment and they sent a guy out. He used his crapper camera and claimed our seer drain needed to be replaced. Told up we could make a claim in home owners insurance. He would not leave our house when asked . Finally had to lie to him to get him to leave and then call there dispatch to cancel everything and pay them. Scam. Found similar insurance scam reviews online.

Saturday morning we had a major kitchen sink clog/backup. We tried all the usual homeowner solutions, like plunging, boiling water and dawn liquid detergent, and vinegar and baking soda, it would not budge. To be honest, I called 2 other places only to be told me they don't work on weekends!! Isn't that when you need them the most? So I called Elite Rooter Phoenix. Joel arrived a little over and hour later. He did a super job, and was very professional. He tried to save me some money by checking the main sewer tap outside, but that was clear so explained to me what his only option was and the price. I won't hesitate to call when I need them again.

I've used Elite Rooter a couple of times for plumbing issues. They need to cease with the practice of their opening line of we will help you file an insurance claim for any issues they encounter. It seems clear they are using the rooter business as a front to encourage customers to open an insurance claim and balloon the repair costs for their benefit. Why doesn't Elite take time to properly diagnose an issue before pressing a customer to file an insurance claim? This seems to be part of their standard practice based on other posts and is very disingenuous.

Quoted us $79 to unclog the pipes. A technician came to the house but did not fix the clogged drain. Instead, this company quoted us $1200 to use a hydro jet to unclog the pipes. However, they till took my $79 when they did not fix the issue. I had to go to another plumber with a much more honest way of doing things and helped us unclog the drain for a lot less money than $1200. Never using this company again. We've found our forever plumber.

I had a home plumbing emergency coinciding with a medical emergency (isn't that usually the case?) and it has to be 3 hours before anyone opened in the morning. I left messages by phone and through the YELP app and Elite Rooter wa the quickest and had the most positive response of anyone.

Thy couldn't cone out right away but was empathetic w met medical situation and offered to keep a tech flexibly in my area as much as possible when I anticipated being finished with my medical procedure and told me to call when I was on my way home. I did and they had a tech there to resolve my problem 30 minutes after I arrived home. All others had me make an appointment the next day or later.

On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks. Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line. Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets. On Friday, I contacted a few companies from Yelp and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day. The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week. On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way. He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing! After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left. Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets. He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful. The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet. I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed. Jesus was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

We relocated to Phoenix & decided to update our Biltmore patio home. Unfortunately, we encountered every hiccup on a remodel you can imagine including new sewer lines. Elite Rooter came out & installed new sewer pipe with a high tech devise of threading the new pipe w/out having to jackhammer the entire interior floor. Frank & Soros were meticulous & thorough doing what needed to be done. They went above & beyond to make the experience as pleasant ( which is a feat in itself) & effective as possible as quickly as possible. They spent extra time & hours to determine where the issue was to repair & pass inspection even though it was the inferior plumbing work previously done.

I strongly recommend Elite Rooter & their staff to repair your plumbing issues & in a timely manner with as little disruption as possible.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed. Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide. They put a fake lien on our home. Was told EVERYONE gets one. Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them. We live in Peoria AZ and had a toilet back up. Well we thought it was the toilet. I bought a toilet auger and was not successful unclogging the blockage. The auger went through the wax ring plastic and I could not go in either direction. I had to remove the toilet. I was ok with that as we were considering a new one. Once removed I used my upstairs bathroom and it over flowed. I have one of 5 tri-levels just north of Olive ave. Of course we have a full bathroom in the basement. After removing the toilet I became the lowest spot and water would flow out.

I knew I needed professional help so we found Elite Rooter. They offered a 15% military discount. At this time we thought the blockage was between us and the street.

Elite responded quickly. Yair Vicencio was the tech. He ran his snake/auger back into the house through the clean out, then all the way to the street, the full length of his equipment. We still had a blockage. He called a team member with the video and even with the line full of sewer water they could not tell where the blockage was. This was all for $90. At this point I elected to have them hydro jet the line for $1250.

After several hours and complete hydro jetting I still had a blockage. At this point Yair suggested I look into the cleanout of my neighbor across the street. He had water backed up too. But since his lowest drain was 4 feet higher than mine he was not affected yet.

At this point I called the city of Peoria. After convincing them we had exhausted all possibility of a blockage on my property the sent out a crew and discovered the blockage was 4 blocks north in the middle of Olive avenue.

The story has a happy ending as the city cleared the blockage and the shit went downhill. We will file a claim against the city but they actually really did a good job.

Highly recommend Elite Rooter. Very well priced and accountable. They had 3 people on with the owner and stayed till my problem was resolved.

Big disappointment. Fast response time but then i was quoted $650 to fix a pinhole leak in an exposed above ground copper line . When i told the plumber that price is ridiculous they dropped the price by $200 3 minutes later. Feels like they are trying to scam people. Another plumber charged me under $200.

Jose and Rafael of Elite Rooter did a great job today. Instead of using the assigned plumbing company through my home warranty (who couldn't come out for 2 days and then didn't call me back as promised), I saw a google ad for Elite Rooter, same day service with a special on clogged drains. All I can say is these guys are amazing both Keith and Brian went over the top with service and pleasantness to help my mom. I'm in California and they were there within 2 hours of my call making her feel comfortable with her clogged toilet. She was embarrassed with a mess but they didn't care all they wanted to do was help her. I had another guy out there yesterday he charged me three times the price and didn't solve the problem. These guys have amazing customer service along with the lady who took the call and care about their customers. If we ever have a problem again there would be nobody else I would call. Honest reasonable and know what customer service is about. Keith followed up and said he would go by and check on her if I needed and they were an answer to prayer.

I requested a quote late Friday night about a clogged bathtub, and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Stephen was able to very quickly unclog the bathtub (due to the kitchen sink water backing up into it). Bonus points for wearing a mask and shoe covers. I reached out via Yelp on Saturday evening, they responded within less than 5 minutes and scheduled me for Monday morning between 9am-11am. Monday morning at 8:45am I received a call, which I didn't answer bc I was in a work call, so Steven (technician) sent me a text to let me know he was 10-15 minutes away. The tub/shower was unclogged within 30 minutes. They also took a look at our sump pump as our home has a basement and I'm not familiar with sump pumps. I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for coming out today and clearing out our drains. Keith came out within an hour and a half and checked out our pipes with the camera and found that they were extremely clogged. And then he sent Brian out with their high powered washer and cleared the out the drains in the entire house. Best of all, they got it all done in one day. They gave me a good price for doing the whole house, gave me a 5 year guarantee, and they even waved the initial fee to make things easier for us. Everything was confirmed with a camera search throughout the entire pipe system at the end of the job. Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k. I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k.

I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you.

Simply the best!! I use plumbers often so can tell the difference between a great one and a guy with a wrench as I own many rental properties in town. A good plumber is hard to find and Elite Rooter is just that- ELITE!! Quick response times, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great communication from the entire organization from top down. They went above and beyond for me and I can't say how much I appreciate that. My project was extremely complex and brought many challenges along the way. Elite rooter did nothing but make sure I was satisfied with their work and never gave up to jump over the hurdles that were uncovered along the way.

I have an older home in Scottsdale where roots were discovered growing in the sewer line. I know this is a common problem and is a costly repair. So I met with three companies to explore potential solutions. Replacing the line is considered to be the most long term viable solution. A sewer scope was needed to pinpoint the exact location of the roots. Unfortunately, my old home was built in 1958 and did not have a cleanout valve available outside the home. One very well known rooter company wanted to install a clean out port inside the house bathroom before they could perform a sewer scope. I turned down their proposal.

Brandon with Elite came out and was able to locate an air vent on my single story flat roof. He was able to perform a sewer scope through the vent to identify the two locations where the roots were clogging the line. It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the sewer scope and come up with a solution. I found Brandon to be very knowledgeable and accepted his repair proposal.

Matthew with Elite performed the hard work to dig a substantial hole to replace the old drain pipe. Took him two full days from start to finish. He was also able to repair the landscape irrigation lines disrupted during the excavation. An unexpected bonus was the installation of two cleanout ports. One port is directed to the city sewer in the alley behind my home. The other port is directed towards the house. After work was completed you can not even tell there was a large hole in my backyard. Everything is back in place looking good. I am very impressed with the work provided by Elite Rooter and highly recommend them.

They come to your home all nice and caring saying they'll patch a pvc pipe that's leaking for $400. Sounds fantastic, right? 10minutes later it escalated to $800 because it's behind something. 1 hour of doing nothing and it's $1800 because the spoiled brat doesn't want to get his hands dirty and has to cut into the home instead if reaching around. I'll make sure I inform all my neighbors, church, work, and community about this garbage company.

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Had Soro and Joel here. I just moved into this house and needed to locate the sewer clean out drain so I could drain my pool. I accidentally flushed a 6 inch makeup brush down the toilet. This is my 1st time using a plumber and I really thought I was going to get ripped off. Elite Rooter gave me an estimate of $77 to remove the makeup brush. I was like score, I couldn't afford any additional charges. The Technician knew what his was doing. I was a victim of the great TP shortage of 2020. I bought a bio bidet toilet seat with manual bidet during this crisis. Lucky for me I was able to get more toilet paper before I ever installed it.

After getting tired of looking at the box and finding out the health benefits of using a bidet over TP, I decided to go ahead and install it.

I installed and started having issues with one of the valves. When I spoke with Bio bidet I was given information that further complicated the install. At this point I was going to need to correct some of the alignment issues with a fill valve I was not familiar with. I decided to call a plumber than deal with any further problems.

Elite was able to book me for the next day in the early afternoon. Brian was the tech that was dispatched. Went over everything I did and what Bio had instructed me. Brian easily diagnosis the issue and fixed the problem. It maybe took all of 10 mins to correct it. Brian had felt that I did not get all the value from the service charge since it was lighter job. Even though I was completely happy with the work and charge, he went ahead and looked over the bowl and found more issues that could lead to future problems. He adjusted the fill value away from the inner bowl to prevent overfill, checked the valves and replaced some of the rings/Teflon on seals.

Way above anything I asked for. This company will now be my go to plumber.

Been down this road before with Elite Rooter Phoenix team!!! So I called on them again. Customer service, a friendly courteous demeanor, and the level of comfort received from a company, (and the teams) are the first things that prompt me to call them back again. I found myself in a mess of a situation over a year ago, after several other plumbers came out to access the situation; it was Elite that I finally chose!
I can appreciate the empathy expressed from the initial point of contact. The teams attention to detail is remarkable. I really like how they bring their customers into the loop throughout the process. So when I called them back for a second job I had expectations for the same service... and they delivered!
I explained my hardship and traumatic situation that I had encountered over this pandemic. Keith, the manager and his team were understanding and worked with me. I know that I will have to reach out again down the road, and I am confident that I will call Elite Rooter Phoenix.

Called for help in dealing with a backed-up kitchen sink, and once the Elite guy (Joseph) arrived, he immediately called for a clean-up guy, which was curious since we didn't have anything to clean-up! He snaked our pipe, used a camera and said he saw evidence of roots in the line, and that we needed to do a massive project that would involve tearing up floors throughout the house, forcing us to go live in a hotel for 4 days, and assured us that we would have no out of pocket expense but that our insurer would be dealing with a claim of $12,000 to $18,000. The mitigation guy (CopperStateHome Builders) arrived, immediately started chanting no out of pocket for you guys and then proceeded to bring in large commercial de-humidifiers (again, curious since there was no excess water damage at that point,..Long story shortened...we were close to being scammed by some pros...fortunately, we consulted with a genuinelyt reputable local plumber (Babcock) and were able to stop the nonsense before it got worse.

Both guys during those two different service dates were professional, very polite and took time to explain what's going on. I called them out for their unclogging deal. That didn't work and they said they had to do a flush and use a camera, which costs hundreds of dollars more. They get a couple stars because they unclogged the drain. However the big problem was after using a camera they recommended another company come in and help me fix an issue their camera found with a pipe. The company they called was terrible, had horrible reviews, and cost our insurance over $1,000. It was a HUGE mistake to allow them in our house. On top of that I tried to get the camera footage I paid for, and they stopped responding to me. I would recommend avoiding these people since they like to work with other bad companies.

Do not walk away, RUN!!! This company lacks honesty and integrity. I had to have the pipes in the home replaced and was misled at almost every turn. I was informed the renters in the home would not be misplaced, which was a lie. I was told the job would be completed in a few days, also a lie. I was informed there would be a $1,050.00 discount, yep, a lie. I was told the insurance company would cover everything, which of course was another lie. As if that were not enough, they made an error in billing the insurance company and had to modify the bill. Less than two weeks from resubmitting the bill, they placed a lien on the home due to not being paid!! Putting a lien on the home was not only unnecessary it was cruel and heartless. Please do not be fooled by these snakes in the grass, they will bite you!

The reason they have 3 stars is only because they were polite, and contacted other companies we needed for repairs. I had a leak in my ceiling and it caved in. It was $350 to fix the pipe, which I thought was fine. They then told me their supervisor was going to come out to look at some more stuff. He came out later that day and said another pipe could leak that was attached to the one they had fixed. He pointed out which one it would be and let him know it had already been replaced. We decided to have him come out the next morning to take a look at other ones. He never showed up, and since he said he was only concerned about the one that had already been replaced I let it go and decided I just wouldn't give them a review (since they asked for one). Now, a pipe connected to the one they fixed DID cause a different place in my ceiling to collapse, but it was not where they said it would have been. I am very disappointed. I trusted their opinion since they are the professional. I am now looking at thousands more in repairs and wish I had called a plumber that would have 1. done what they said they would do, and 2. had been correct about the pipe to look out for.

Quoted $79 to clear main drain from clean out in the front yard. Without any prior notice, end up charging $149. Then the drain was clogged again 2 days later. The guy keep asking if my rental was insured and I should claim with insurance. Suggest hydro blast, quoted $1200, no warranty. I said I was going to think about it. Then he mentioned a small unit for $550??? End up going with another company.

Wish we never called this company to come in our home! Our master bathtub wouldn't drain so they sent someone out and he snaked the pipe and cracked it. This caused water to come out of our ceiling and then they tried hard to push their restoration company on us.

We ended up calling a different plumbing company who really educated us and said that pipe should not have been snaked and we did not need a restoration company involved.

Because of Elite Rooter we had to pay for dry wall, fix the crack pipe, and that didn't even cover the root cause of what was causing the clog in the first place. This company costed us close to a thousand with damages and didn't even fix the issue.

Elite Rooter has been a horrible experience and I would recommend anyone looking to use their services go elsewhere. They provided me with a quote for a clogged drain for $75 and immediately jumped the price to approximately $1400 when they arrived. We paid the $1400 for their hydrojet and camera service and they never even provided us with camera video and left SEWAGE in our backyard. No drains were closed, nothing was cleaned and the problem WAS NOT FIXED. They claimed that I had a sewer problem and wanted to charge another $5,500 for fixing the sewer line. I consulted with another plumber and the township fixed the issue for FREE. They upsold me from $75 to 1400 and were going to charge another $5,500. They did not even uphold their hydrojet warranty as they said the sewer issue nullifies any warranty they provide!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They charged me an exorbitant $5700.00 for a repair that fixed nothing. (One man with a shovel working 2 partial days.) All it really was, was a simple clog in the pipe where it emptied into the septic found by the septic tank truck service I had to hire after Elite. Elite Rooter's technician was either incompetent or committed fraud. And trying to talk to the man in charge of this company made things much worse. He insulted, mocked and attempted to belittle me. A total bully with no integrity intent on keeping my money no matter what the circumstances.

Good job Stephen and Jr. They unclogged my backed up bathroom sink drain. They continued different methods until we had success. I appreciate their customer service and honoring the quoted price of $77. Along with a 30 day guarantee, this was a good deal. I will use this company for future needs.

Requested pricing on the install of a pressure reducing valve ($100 part & half hour to install) on an easily accessible 1 water main and received a quote just shy of $1200. Little did the salesman know that I worked for a large mechanical contractor for 10years and currently work for a large mechanical engineering company and that the total labor, parts, and van cost shouldn't have exceeded $300. These guys are clearly trying to take advantage of customers. Only reason they get two stars is because they responded under 12 hours.

Let me tell you, I wasn't looking forward to having to call a plumber for what I thought was only a plugged drain. But lucky I did because within an hour, the plumbing under the floor literally exploded and Waste came up every drain in the house. It came up the tub, the shower, and laundry room drain ugh and ugh. Luckily, Elite Rooter was already on their way and they took over like the PROs they are. They helped me get my insurance started and really guided me to do all the right things, because,... I have my dad in home hospice,... he just couldn't be left living in that mess and I didn't know what to do. But they did and I am one happy camper now.
They are such good guys - everyone of them! I hope it never happens again, but if it does, I won't hesitate calling or telling all my friends to call them.

New house with a clogged kitchen sink, they were able to fit into my renovations schedule, lady on the phone was very polite and professional.
Stephen called in 20 minutes before arrival, masked up, professional and to the point, work was very clean and drain was cleaned up. Will definitely call again if needed. Thank you.

So, the one star is because they did what I asked. Cleared our clog, but the process and the pressure sell was so painful and their credibility so questionable, I wouldn't use them again.
So, Stephen came out. Super polite, nice guy- in fact FAR too nice to be working for this company.
Our kitchen sink was clogged. Needed to be snaked. So, he did this. I sat in a nearby room during the process and hear an 'OH, WOW' which almost sounded rehearsed. I asked what was up, and he showed me 'tree roots'. No food stuck in it- nothing- just a small glob of what appeared to be roots. Hm. Interesting. It hadn't been running slow at all until it suddenly clogged after a massive cooking session and stuffing of vegetables down the disposal.
You'd think with tree roots growing into the pipe, we would experience a gradual slowing of draining, but maybe not- I am admittedly no expert.
He went on to want to have his 'camera guy' come, no extra charge (yeah, right), to run a camera to see the extent of the problem. I had read previous reviews and this is a CLEAR theme. UM, NO thanks. He went on to explain how serious this situation is. Ok, thanks. Interesting that we've had no other issues with plumbing in the 13 years we have lived here, but ok, note was taken.
He says he is going to clean up and will be done in a few minutes.

The next thing I know, the 'supervisor' shows up. I literally felt like I was in a Saturday Night Live Skit.
This guy suggests a homeowners claim based on some water damage to our cabinet. REALLY? 'I'll take care of it, he said. blah, blah, blah. Um, NO. And he persisted. I'm not trying to give give you a hard sell. OH, really, because this is a really bad example of exactly what you are doing.
I was trying to be polite and finally got him to stop talking and was billed the 77.00 for the drain clearing. Again, Stephen- move on; get away from these people.
The best part was the 'God Bless' on the supervisor's part when he left. Really? haha. I felt like I needed a shower after he left.

Oh, and in chatting with the tech, he said he works on commission. Really? Pretty obvious they all do and somewhere along the line have learned how to work the insurance claim thing in their favor. YUCK. Steer clear.
