I started this business with hopes of being able to run the business with the attention to detail and customer service I have come to expect myself when having work done on my home. I have 15 years experience in this field doing everything from mowing lawns to installing natural stone patios and BBQ's. With the hopes of a bright future and a new horizon ahead I am running forward into an exciting time and would love it if you could join me on this adventure. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Hello everyone! My name is Jeff and I am the owner of Blooming Valley Landscape.
I started in the landscape industry 12 years ago and have been growing and trying new things every year. I have extensive plant and tree knowledge and the ability to identify many different types of pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies. I have quite a few years experience in the fields installing the actual product. I also do landscape Design and use 3D software to help my clients understand how their yard will actually look and feel once it is completed. Check out some of my photos for an example.
I am originally from Euclid OH (suburb near Cleveland) where I went to school at St. Pauls Catholic school for K-8 and Villa Angela St. Joseph's for High School and then worked for an award winning Landscape Company for 5 years before moving to Arizona in 2005. I worked for a Landscape Design Build Maintenance company as a managing member for 6 years before deciding to go out on my own.

When moving into the area, it was very difficult to find a landscape artist to meet my particular needs and taste. A friend referred Blooming Valley because of their high quality upscale work. Very impressed! the before and after of out front/side lawn is incredible earring us so many compliments.
They asked for pictures and made sure to keep in mind my opinion. Very nice. Any repairs to be made were brought up honestly and fair priced. Now our neighbors have to keep up with our beautiful landscaping. would definitely recommend.

We have used Jeff and Blooming Valley for our landscape maintenance for a couple of years now. Always great service and I highly recommend them.
This review, though, is for a complete transformation of our front and back yards. We hired Jeff and Blooming Valley for a complete renovation of both front and back 40 year old yards. Jeff and his crew did everything perfectly!!! Removal of old plants, years, gravel etc. installation of contouring, boulders, plants, lighting, irrigation and sod. The yard looks AMAZING and we could not be happier. Fair pricing for the work. Quality installation. Jeff made us feel as if he was re-doing his own yard with the care he and his crew put in. Cannot recommend any more highly!

I will start by saying that Jeff and his team did a great job on the quote and install. Our front yard looks amazing and his price was fair. I only gave him 2 stars, however, because he has completely fallen off the face if the earth since the project completed. He promised a 90 day warranty on all the plants, but many are dying and he has not even answered the phone (they are dying because he didn't run irrigation properly or completely). I also wanted to talk to him about a maintenance contract, but again no answer. I saw him at my next door neighbors house giving a quote, so he's obviously still around, he just won't answer when it comes to supporting existing clients.
I wanted to recommend them based on the quality of our install, but unfortunately I can't recommend them at all. I plan on warning my neighbor

We hired Jeff for about 9 months (landscaping maintenance services at our home, 2 visits/month). Jeff is extremely nice, but almost impossible to get a hold of. E-mails/texts/voicemails would routinely go for 10+ days without being acknowledged or returned. We simply could not get our questions answered or requests handled.
The work and lawn maintenance itself was fine, probably a 6 out of 10. But we had more than a few plants die, and the grass sometimes was haphazardly mowed. For what we got, it was too expensive.
This is the second time that Jeff of Blooming Valley Landscape has helped us with our Landscaping needs.
Both my wife and I are very pleased with Jeff's Work, Knowledge of Plants, Professionalism, Promptness and Quality of the Work.
We will be calling Jeff for All Our Landscaping Needs in the Future.

Only 4 reviews at the time should have been my tipoff but I went with Blooming Valley Landscape anyway. Jeff seemed like a nice guy on the phone, but this company is extremely unreliable.
Jeff showed up once on schedule but missed the next scheduled appointment after we waited all day to hear from him. Communication is extremely poor. Calls to Jeff are met with a chronically full voicemail box. E-mails and texts go unanswered.
After delaying our project by more than 2 weeks waiting for Jeff to return our calls, we finally pulled the plug and moved on to another landscaper. If they are this slow with communication we can only imagine how much slower (and more costly) they will be with the actual work.
Stick to the professionals. I don't recommend these guys.
Blooming Valley Landscape has done a good job keeping things trimmed on our property and gave us an estimate and completed extra landscaping projects we wanted.
Jeff came out to bid on my project, and i never heard back from him.
Eric was referred to me by another landscaper that was not able to fit me in their schedule and I needed someone to come out soon. I looked up Blooming Valley on Yelp and they didn't have any reviews yet but the other landscaper thought highly of him so I gave Eric a call.
I explained that my irrigation system isn't working right and though we've been watering manually, my trees and plants are starting to look like they are in bad shape. I'm a little out of his coverage area but he agreed to come out. His consultation price was fair and he would apply it to the cost of the repairs. He asked for some pics so he knew what to expect and parts to bring (big points for being prepared).
We worked it out for him to come out Sat. morning and we walked through the front and back yard. Eric's a very nice guy and he's obviously experienced, pointing out a number of additional things about my trees and bushes that I can take care of myself. As far as my irrigation, he point out the issues with my valves and vacuum valve. Eric said he could take them apart and see if they were repairable. He came back in a bit and said he could repair the valves and can visit a nearby store to get some more parts and get it done today. The quote was fair and though I wasn't looking forward to having to repair my irrigation setup, he is able to fix it at a minimal cost and not have to replace it. He also guarantees his work.
My trees and shrubs are now getting water and he even setup my water timer correctly. Eric seems like a nice, honest guy with good experience. I'm happy to recommend Eric for any irrigation repairs.
Mr. Parks is my landscape-artist. The work cannot be bettered. He is not merely efficient but approaches the garden as a thing of grace and beauty. Then, too, he studies the issues from an engineering aspect. He performs orthopedic work on trees to give them support and take weight off of structures that could be damaged. He's the hundred point man. I recommend him beyond reproach. Jim Seletz
I hired Jeff and Blooming Valley Landscape to redo the landscaping and drip irrigation line in my front yard a couple of months ago. My home is over 30 years old, and the drip line was leaking all over the place. I figured, what better time to change the face of my home? The problem: I don't know anything about plants or design. I had Jeff come out to take some pictures and measurements. He came back with a great plan that my wife and I were very happy with. I've had several neighbors go out of their way to compliment me on the work that Jeff did, and I can say it has given me a renewed pride in my home. Jeff is extremely knowledgable and takes great pride in his work. You can rest assured that he will get the job done, and get it done right.
After removing a couple of dead trees and several old overgrown bushes the decision was made to redo the area around my front entrance. Jeff came out and looked at the space and came up with a design that included plantings that would do well in partial shade. While I was out of town the construction took place and Jeff emailed pictures of the completed job. It turned out great. I especially enjoy sitting out in the evening with the new lights illuminating my entrance. Thanks Jeff!
I have had such a rough time finding a reliable landscaping company. Jeff and his crew completely changed my outlook on the Arizona landscaping scene! He was at my house the very next day!! Super professional and a killer job! Thanks Blooming Valley!
I had searched for a reliable landscaping company for almost a year before finding blooming valley. I was instantly impressed with Jeff's professionalism, and could tell we were in good hands. Our yard is now exactly what we wanted it to be thanks to their meticulous maintenance and the recent plants they added. We couldn't be happier with them!
Jeff was fantastic when we contacted him about trimming our Palm Trees. We are not native to Arizona, so we did not know a lot about palm trees - we just knew they needed to be trimmed. Jeff not only came out and gave us a quote, he explained the process and informed us about when to and when to not trim palm trees. Whereas, others just came and gave us a quote. We really liked that Jeff explained everything to us - it was very helpful.
Jeff returned and trimmed our palm trees and they still look AMAZING today! We will definitely be contacting Blooming Valley Landscape again to not only trim our trees but also for any future landscaping needs.
This is an excellent company that I would HIGHLY recommend to friends and family!
