Jesse was great at helping us diagnose lawn issues and worked with us to help our grass do better.

Jesse was very quick and responsive when contacted. He provided me a quote via text. On the day of, he showed up as scheduled. He explained the process, gave me some feedback on the current condition of my turf and provided some insights as to some things to improve it. I enjoyed chatting with him. He was very thorough and even got some tight to reach spots in my yard. Really appreciate his services and will be calling him again when it's time to aerate next year.

Had another landscape company do some hardscaping but they were not knowledgeable on grass. Apparently most landscapers here in Phoenix don't know much about lawns. My backyard lawn was not looking good. Jesse is THE lawn guy, he really knows his stuff. Everything from aeration and power rake to fertilizing to sprinkler repair and correct nozzles and coverage patter not to mention how much and how often to water. My lawn looks so good in less than a month. From dead desert patch to lush lawn and it still isn't fully done coming back in yet. I couldn't be happier. Wish I would've taken a before/starting pic.

I've used Jesse a number of times to aerate my lawn. He's easy to schedule, pay, and he does a great job. 5-stars.

Jesse has aerated my lawn twice.  He is very responsive, comes exactly the time he says he will be there, and he does it for $75 for my 2000 s.f. of lawn.

Make sure you water several times good and deep in the two days before his service scheduled so his aerator can make the deepest holes possible.   My soil is very dense and hard clay.  

I hope to use Jesse for some other services, such as irrigation repair, but I think he said he only does that during the winter.

A1 was excellent. Was flexible on available times, had the issue fixed in under an hour, price was really reasonable. Also, our box is getting older, but showed us a way to work with the existing box so we didn't need to replace it yet (instead of pushing for an upgrade). Honest and great price.

I contacted A1 on a Sunday and Jesse was back with me in 15 minutes by text. He shared his rate that was very reasonable and his first availability. I texted back and we had a deal.  He completed my job less than 48 hours later. He offered me an arrive window of 60 minutes (unheard of) that allowed me to plan my day.  He texted he was on the way. Then again and showed up right on time.  What a great way to start!  We walked my yard, he placed flags where potential obstacles existed, and then he got right to work.  Jesse was fast, effective, and skilled at his work.  Also extremely neat and polite.  He additionally shared some  landscaping tips.

I am a pretty tough customer and expect a lot from the businesses I contract.  Jesse knocked it out of the park  in every single customer satisfaction category.  Quality work, quality guy!

Jesse shared that he can also assist in scalping, irrigation and other yard, landscaping  needs.  

I believe great guys deserve great opportunities.  If you are like minded than take my recommendation to give this guy a call and help him grow his brand!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Had the pleasure of working with Jesse and he did not disappoint. Texted status and showed up early, talked over options and got straight to work. Made sure everything was cleaned up and walked me through the Bermuda reseeding and watering times and duration. Lawn has been done and I will update in a few weeks to show new growth.

My lawn over time has started to look bad so I thought I would try aeration.  I show them a message on here and was scheduled right away.  The day if they were running a tad late but he kept me updated.  That's important to me.

Anyway, the owner was pretty cool and gave me some suggestions that I am going to try. Use em.  They are a good company.

He was on time (gave a ten minute on the way text), courteous, explained what he was going to do and even greeted my dog 'Marty' who jumped right up in his lap.

I have St. Augustine and very compacted soil.  He went crossways over very hard areas and was careful around the flags I'd put out around sprinkler heads and roots.

Jesse will be back in July to dethatch and do some sprinkler evaluating.

I would recommend Jesse to my neighbors and friends...he travels the valley!

Jesse was great! He came out to aerate the grass but also was able to fix a broken sprinkler timer as well. Sent me a text letting me know he was on his way. He was super responsive as well.

So far, I'm thrilled that I called Jesse.  He has been very communicative and showed up on time.  What I thought was a bigger problem was actually a smaller problem, and not as expensive.  I won't hesitate to recommend him or call him again if need be.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Jesse he came to my house and did an aeration and fertilized my St.  Augustine grass that was turning yellow.  He informed me as to what he was going to be doing to the yard and then he told me how to water the grass on a schedule. He's very knowledgeable in what he does he's kind hearted, respectful and a very genuine person. He's coming back to continue fertilizing my yard and salvage what has died. I highly recommend him he's a true professional and he knows what he's doing.  One more thing...he was wearing a mask even though he was working outside to me that showed respect for others  (I was also wearing my mask)

Had Jesse over to the house on April 29th, 2021, after reading a lot of positive reviews, both on Yelp and Google.  My lawn is in the process of transitioning from winter Rye grass to Bermuda and wanted to help that transition.  Since most of us have compacted clay for soil, thought this would help.  Jesse was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and showed up on time.  Since we have similar backyards, he also shared his watering and fertilizing tips which are greatly appreciated.  I was familiar with aeration prior to using Jesse, but this is my first time actually aerating my yard.  I have included photos of Jesse's work and will update my posting in a month or so with additional photos.  I highly recommend Jesse.

Jesse kept great communication along the way from getting us price quote, set a date and time, and on the day of appointment. We also got some great tips from Jesse on how to amend our lawn's soil to help it thrive down the road. Highly recommended! We will be having Jesse back again when we are ready for aeration again next year.

Jessie did a great job aerating my 28 year old impacted lawn. The aeration gave my lawn new hope that the soil can breathe and grass can grow. Jessie is reliable, dependable, personable and provides a service very few people know how to do. And the price cannot be beat.

So glad for this service! Jesse was on time and came to my house on a Saturday--which is of high value for me during Spring Training (busy season) schedule. He is polite and provided a great service for a completely reasonable price. I was going to have to hire my handyman to pick up a 4-hour rental from HD (I knew I and my car couldn't handle the heavy machine)  --which would have been more expensive AND would've meant paying someone who had never properly aerated a lawn before. Owner operated! Jessie came out on short notice to take care of a lawn areation. My lawn was hard and water was left in a puddle rather than being absorbed into the soil.
