Arizona's A+ Painting

After being recommended by our neighbor, we had them paint our new house. They had an opening the next day and they showed up at 7am and stayed until 7pm. About 2pm, I had to remind the guys to take a lunch which only about 15 minutes. At about 5pm, the owner showed up as well to help finish the job.

Everything turned out great. Absolutely no paint splatter on the carpet or tile.

He came to paint the area surrounding the cabinets before the were installed, then came back when they were finished to complete the painting for my gym area. Made a big difference!

Want to say it is rare to find someone who really stands by their work and their name these days. It was heartening to meet someone who still does.  Ivan went above and beyond to make things right, and now that he is back in town, I can attest to the fact he is a true professional. Ivan came out on a Saturday to do the work and make sure everything was great.

Appreciate that he went out of his way to make sure things were remedied and he stands by his work Great family guy who I would definitely use again!

Recently worked with Sharon on painting my house. Definitely the best pricing in the west valley after pulling 7-10 quotes.

We chose a paint color for our accent walls and after the first coat was done, we didn't love it. She charged a small fee to repaint it another color which was nice.

When the final walk through was finished, we found some small errors that needed to be fixed. She agreed and was going to have her worker come by in the morning. I told her I'd be there at 8am to let him in. When we got there the next morning, we were kind of shocked that he was already inside working. We asked how he got in the house and he said he opened the master room window to get in... What?

The biggest strike down was for moving around equipment when painting the walls. The worker moved our washer to paint behind it. That's definitely okay. But to find out a week after, he loosened the water tube when moving it and not noticing, is not okay. Now our master room closet carpet is soaked.

But overall, good experience for a good price. Just some unlucky incidents.

I think previous reviews for this company are fake or written by family. They originally promised 2 or 3 coats in all rooms. When I found out they did one coat I asked them to do at least one more. Lots of up front promises but get it all in writing, they don't have a written work agreement. I had to request an invoice and payment receipt.

Pros-
Quick availability and they use Dunn Edwards paint.

Cons- the worst part about being so frustrated and unhappy with this company is that they sell you on the don't pay until you're satisfied   It's an awkward pressure about being happy. When I would say something about paint on the ceiling, shower, counters or floors she would ask me if I wanted the painters to fix it. I think as a business owner she should have required they fix all of the bad areas!!!  I think they hire guys from Home Depot because they did not seem like experienced painters. They blamed paint on my floors on previous painters and the paint is the exact color. More photos can be posted if necessary. I had my floors replaced less than five years ago and this was the first painting since then.

CONS-
They did not do any prep work, didn't cover the floors, counter tops etc. I've spent weeks removing paint from the floors, grout, counter tops, on the showers and in the sinks. There is paint on doors and shelves
Switch plates were broken or not replaced. If they weren't broken they were missing the screw and just placed on top.
Trash left inside and outside the house.
Painted the trim a color without asking first. They painted it a off-white coffee color that looks terrible with grey walls.
Ceiling has paint on it throughout the house. They didn't use tape to get clean lines. Her workers did come back to fix  a lot of areas but they seeemed annoyed and frustrated.  
I have tons of photos of their poor work. Mostly frustrated with the lack of prep work and their inability to use tape to get clean lines.

Wow this is a late review about a year ago we got the interior of our home painted! We got an amazing price for a quality fast paint job. Within one full day they painted 2000 sqft and painted the base boards. Thank you so much for making our house a home!

I don't know where these great reviews come from...but I would RUN from this guy.  His price was intriguing, but his workmanship was awful!...very sloppy.  Paint on the baseboards, door jams and light fixtures.
BTW...he did contact me and asked for a 5 star review.  I can't with good conscious.

While it took a while to get an estimate, the job was done well and affordable with friendly service. Still looks good a year after the paint on my house was applied. Thanks!

Found A+ painting on Yelp and saw the positive feedback and results so decided to give them a call. Ivan showed up promptly the same day for an estimate. Upon arriving, Ivan listened to what we wanted with the property and showcased extreme knowledge and offered great recommendations to complete the project. We scheduled our appointment and he came in and surpassed our expectations with quick and elegant work. Outstanding follow up, great pricing, and awesome job. Extremely happy and will be using again! We hired Ivan for some painting job at our house and he did a very good job from start to finish, he was attentive, respectful and wend above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed correctly.

Ivan painted my fence wall.  He was also patched some areas with cement.  He did a very good job and is easy to work with!

Arizona A+ Painting is the BEST. I had a different color in every room of my first floor and was ready for a change. He drove all the way across town to give me a bid and fit me in his schedule that same week! He gave me a great price and did an incredible job. He is fast, clean, efficient and did it all for a better price then the other guys. I already have my neighbor scheduling time with him to do their home. He is professional and a hard worker. I will ALWAYS use Arizona A+ Painting for all of my future paint jobs. I promise you won't find anyone better.

Wonderful painter. We called to have a guest room painted. Ivan came out and painted 2 coats at a great price and finished in under 2 hours.  Very professional and pleasant. The work was top notch. I would definitely use him again.

Ivan was great!  He worked with our budget, and did a great job incredibly quickly.  He communicated with me through the entire process, was polite, and cleaned everything up when he left. It's a brand new house!

Very good experience, needed to have master bedroom & bathroom painted.  Contacted Arizona's A+ Painting, prompt response to schedule an estimate.  Arrived on time for estimate as well as for the actual job itself.  Bedroom and Bathroom painting was completed by Ivan in time promised, looks great.  Would definitely contact again for any future painting work.

Just had the exterior of my house painted by A+ Painting. it was a pleasure working with Sharon from the get-go. She was prompt with providing a quote, flexible while I was waiting for HOA approval, and easy to schedule with for a time for the job. We had a small hiccup and needed to re-schedule the job date as their company truck was malfunctioning that morning. But, it was quickly remedied and re-scheduled for just 3 days later. The crew arrived at 8:00AM and was finished with the entire job by 3:00PM. I was shocked. They did a nice job cleaning up and paying attention to detail. All-in-all a very competitive price and good, quality work. Thanks again!

Ivan and his team were amazing. They painted my whole house in a day. Wow! Would have taken me days. He bought premium paint and painted for a great price. Would recommend again and again. Ivan was great.  We had a not so easy patio that needed painted right away.  Ivan was able to come out quickly, and did a wonderful job.  Also his prices were very good.  We will be painting our entire house before too long, and we will definitely use Ivan again.

Found A+ Painting on Yelp. Loved the work from the pictures posted. I called Ivan for a quote. He came by and gave me a quote. I scheduled a time for the exterior paint job when I was ready. He came out again. Gave me insight on how the job would be completed. He was patient while we waited for HOA approval. I had more questions the day before the job was done. He made sure he answered them all. We did another walk through describing what all would be completed; that's only because I was worried. I was at peace when the project started, thanks to Ivan. The painter showed up and completed the job in one day! I was shocked. When I pulled up to my house to see the finished job, I was all smiles. The exterior of my home looks amazing! I love it! Arizona A+ Painting did an amazing job painting the exterior of our rental property.  Ivan called me upon arrival to inform me of significant damage and paint peeling on the patio ceiling.  He sent photos and explained in detail what it would take to repair and paint the ceiling. We quickly agreed on repair costs and he went to work quickly fixing the damage. The home looks amazing...actually the best looking one on the street now!  I would highly recommend AZ A+ Painting to anyone.  Amazing work and felt the painting and additional repair costs were more than fair.

They are excellent fast and reliable. They use top of the line paint, the quality is excellent. They got the job done in one day. And Ivan and his crew where awesome to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
