I called Mr. Nelson to open a clogged sewer drain and was told that it needed to be jetted out instead of snaked. I called him this morning to come and do the work. He called back at 12:30 and said he'll be over to do the job he got here close to 5:00. We didn't in my basement for 5 minutes came out curssed me said I was shooting and said called someone else. He had to back his truck up to my house to do the job I said that was but make sure to not back up on my neighbors yard. Because I don't want any said about his truck being on their grass he said I was snooty and he don't deal with snooty ni...gs. I never at any time said anything offensive to the man I didn't go into the basement with him and that is the treatment I got from him. Unprofessional man
