We were referred to Midatlantic by United Restoration, but this review is not about United. The plumber, Joe, came out to look at a plumbing problem that was leaking into the sub-flooring on the top floor, through to our laundry room on the lowest level (tri-level) and into a bathroom. He assessed what he believed to be the problem and promised a write-up/estimate within a day or two and could start work the following Monday. When three days went by without word, I started trying to contact Joe, who had given me his number. I left three messages and texted twice over the next several days, and he never replied. I contacted the project manager with United, and Joe never replied to him either. After several days' delay, repairs are being completed today. Midatlantic may be competent tradesman, but we will never know because any company that lacks the common courtesy to respond after repeated attempts at contact will never get my business, no matter how good it might be.
