We had a brand new system installed in May. The experienced technician that was promised the HVAC sales rep did not materialize, and we got someone else. The job was not completed in a timely way, forcing us to withhold payment and take significant time off of work for the job to get completed. So now, our heat isn't working.
The preventative maintenance guy identified the problem, which was essentially incorrect installation. The next repair guy took one look at it and got angry at the incompetent job that was done. But he got called away and never returned. Parts that claimed to have been ordered have yet to materialize. And we hosted a house full of people for Thanksgiving with very little heat. Now, the new repair people brought the wrong parts to the job and have suggested a cheaper fix. They have left and there is very little trust that today's appointment made in advance will result in any solutions.
I would not recommend this organization to anyone. For paying thousands of dollars, we have been left with extremely poor customer service, no heat, an incompetent installation, poor follow up and communication with us and within the organization, no repairs yet, trust obliterated, and substantial time wasted. My feeling is that once we paid the full amount, HVAC Warehouse's care and attention to the quality of worksmanship and customer service went down the drain.
