The WORST company you can imagine. Literally go anywhere else!!
Bought a new $6000 unit and they have been here 6 times to fix it and it still does. It work!! On top of that they provided the worst customer service possible. The attitude of Dean the Owner is reprehensible. Pathetic is the only word to describe this business.

I don't write reviews, so wish I could write a good one.  Select Home Warranty sent this company out to check out a/c unit.  Repair man said it would take $1200 to fix but suggested not waste money based on the age of the unit.  New unit $3000.  When I called the warranty company they said they could not honor warranty because unit had not been propertly serviced.
It was low on freon and the coil was dirty.  When I realized they weren't going to pay I called a local company I'd used before. For $95 I was told the freon was full, the coil was less than a year old.  An overflow value had gotten some debris in it and shut down the unit.  And by the way the service man said he would come back for $250 cash after hours. As a lifelong business owner this stuff just makes me sad.

House Call installed my HVAC three years ago.  Their maintenance plan gives peace of mind.  The service the company provides is professional, courteous, prompt and very polite.  I highly recommend House Call Company.

Was a member for many years and it only took one instance to know that they  try to rip me off; on Jan 4 a technician by the name of Gunner and believe me he was trying to kill my pocket. The inducer fan was defective so he told me right away that part is $1000 dollar and you need to replace the relay also. He went to the car and came back with an estimate, he said I was closed the part is $983 and the inducer switch is $283; I told him I will call the next day. I went into amazon and found both parts for $172. I installed them myself, 4 screws, 3 wires and a vacuum hose. it took me about 30 minutes to do it. I called them and asked for a refund of the $89 they charged me and without hesitation they reimbursed me. I have been thinking about suing them but I don't know is that is possible. I am a retired First Sergeant US Army and a Vietnam veteran for a young punk to try to rip me off. This is not over yet! Then when you call they say; how can I make you smile today!

Terrible experience from the beginning to the end.  They installed a new unit in our house 3 and 1/2 years ago.  We have had nothing but problems ever since.  We have had issues each year with the unit.  For the first three years of problems, we were not charged for parts or labor because we were told it was under warranty (Of course, we could not verify because they never gave us our warranty documentation).  After 3 years, the company is all of the sudden charging us for labor and claiming that all of the other invoices were incorrect in taking off labor.   Of course we have no documentation to verify, so it seems they are charging us what they want, when they want.  They have been out multiple times this year and fixed multiple parts and the unit still didn't work properly.  They eventually determined after all of the other repairs that this less than four year old unit is dead.  The technician would plan a time to meet someone at the home and on multiple visits did not show up at the right time or date.  The final work order was very misleading.  One of the line items was to replace the compressor.  The notes indicated that the compressor was cover under a parts warranty.  So it appeared that the compressor line item (nearly $1500) would be covered under warranty.  After CALLING to discuss with Raymond Walsh, he EMAILED us back claiming that we understood everything prior to authorizing work.  He was very rude and insinuated that we were trying to not pay for the completed work.  He threatened collections...all of this before discussing our confusion with us over a phone call.  There were other frustrating details...too much to write down!  Rude crooks if you ask me.

I called for garbage disposal service the technician came out and without looking into the matter said the motor is shot. I said it's fairly new I think its just stuck and asked him to look at it anyway. He spent about 10 minutes and was able to get it working, however the bill was an outrageous $249.00, $89 for service call ok I get that but $160.00 for the job that's highway robbery. I called the company and spoke with the office manager who couldn't address the bill and said she would have her boss call me. Two weeks have gone by and I have heard nothing.  I would not recommend using this company,

I feel a little bad for not posting sooner. However, this company is GREAT! My husband was gone for work in July and the AC compressor had went out in our A/C unit. They were able to come out same day and got our AC working good enough until the compressor came in. Once it was in they installed right away. If I ever need anything fixed in the future I'll be calling the House Call Company.

They repaired my duct work cheaper than the rivals, however they did not tell me that what they installed will make my HVAC system not operate at the previous performance level. I felt they did not provide full disclosure.  I am disappointed.

Used them twice. First time they were over 2 hours late and kept calling to say they were on their way. They finally sent the owner to complete the work. He did a great job and made it up to us. We decided to use them again and they didn't show. This makes it hard when you take off work to be at home for a scheduled appointment. Very disappointing.

My neighbor found these crooks online. She was having issues with her gas HVAC unit. It Did not have any power going to it and no heat. One of their guys came out and gave them an outrageous $2500 estimate to replace a system board and a few other things.  When they re-fused to pay that he said they owed him $695 for the estimate.  They paid it unfortunately but are fighting their credit card company to get it back. The next day they called up An actual HVAC technician. He came out and replaced the gas valve (totally different part then what these crooks said was wrong) . Total with parts was $295.  
These guys are nothing but crooks. Avoid them at all costs. They give you an outrageous estimate that they know you will decline just so they can get paid for the estimate.  We have recordings of the entire conversation in case they deny anything.

Would give them zero stars if I could.  Came to our house for an AHS warranty claim and made no effort whatsoever to accurately diagnose our well pump problem.  Just took our $75 deductible and left.  Never again!

This company has solved several problems for me.  I can count on the job being done right. They do almost everything and do not leave a mess. Professional and courteous employees. Being elderly I have been over charged too many times and the job not done right.  So thankful for HouseCallCompany.

They extended my gas line into the kitchen for a new stove hookup with connection to a future water heater. They were fast and efficient and helped get the new stove installed and checked out. Highly recommend!
