Owner operated and fully staffed for most any size job, from small repairs to major work, as well as ground up. Our office staff includes an exceptional Receptionist Savanna, Office Manager, and Estimator. Our field team is dependable, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are uniformed and drive well marked vans carrying a large assortment of repair parts. We have built our reputation performing good honest work, hence our motto Do Good Work and Be Honest. We put God, Family and Business as first priorities! We are thankful for the many customers and contractors who have allowed us to serve them throughout the years. We look forward to developing new customer relationships in the years to come.

Wright-Way Plumbing was started in 1995 by John Wright.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER


John spent 15 years in the plumbing and pipe fitting industry before opening his own company. During these years he attended the apprenticeship program offered through the Local Plumbing & Pipe Fitters Union. The apprenticeship was a 5 year program and John graduated at the top of the class and was awarded the Durwood Phelps Award for Outstanding Apprentice.

John has always loved doing plumbing and never considered it a job as such. It is his passion and he has never taken a shortcut to obtain his level of professionalism. He enjoys helping those with plumbing problems and is able to understand the theory of plumbing and troubleshooting problems others cannot.

Wright-Way Plumbing has been recognized and given appreciation for sponsoring the State Apprenticeship Program for 10 years.

This is my second time using Wright Way and couldnt be happier. Fixed a broken water line in the front yard that another plumbing company failed to observe. Wish we would have called Wright Way the first time and not wasted our money on the first guy. They worked quickly and their rate was very affordable. Im grateful for their integrity and I plan to contact them if I need another service.

I took an afternoon off for a consultation for plumbing repairs on my house; they advised me they would be here between 11 am and 1 pm.  I waited for 3 hours and they never showed up.

Couldn't    have asked for better plumbing job...2 replaced toilets and new shower spray.  Job well done from start to finish!!
Excellent prep, clean up and propmptness of appointment. Would totally rrecommendi this company without hesitation

If you ever need a plumber or to recommend a plumber I give these guys five stars.

Moved into my 'brand new' house only to encounter a plumbing issue 2 weeks into it. Called different plumber who took 2 days to get here, made a mess of my bathroom and said I busted a pipe and it would be $3000 to fix.
Called Wright way for second opinion. John came out the same day, was very nice to my sister who encountered him, told her my options and the price. Decided to go with him. He fixed the problem right away and the price was not even close to the amount the other guy quoted me. Never will I call another plumber but Wright Way.
Their quick service and professionalism saved me a ton of worry. Already have passed on their information to my co-workers and friends.

So, I decided to embark on a DYI plumbing project. That alone is a scary thought when it comes to plumbing. I went to Home Depot to purchase the required supplies, I contemplated doing the work for two weeks, then after leaving for a work trip my wife decided to call a plumber!  Very smart move by her! John came and fixed my toilet in minutes and created a happy household and marital bliss! Job well done, very personable and very professional!

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.
