Toby Thomas is a Texas born plumber who earned his status of Master Plumber by age 30. Toby has been in the residential service industry for the past 15 years working in the Denton and Collin County area. Toby founded Imperial Plumbing in 2009. We take great pride in our work and enjoy working in the service side of the residential and commercial plumbing industry.

Toby Thomas is a Texas born plumber who earned his status of Master Plumber by age 30. Toby has been in the residential service industry for the past 15 years working in the Denton and Collin County area.

He is married to Josephine Thomas and is a proud father of two wonderful children Ethan and Logan Thomas. For fun Toby enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and raising his African Sulcata tortoises.

From time to time Toby does charitable work to help families in need with their plumbing.

We have used Imperial Plumbing many times over the past few years and todays job was the biggest job yet! We are remodeling our second full bath and went from a single vanity to two separate vanities. Imperial put in all the new plumbing in the wall. They are the nicest people and an honest company. They take pride in their work and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Imperial Plumbing!

I called Toby about my water heater issues, but ended up doing the work on my own. Toby immediately said that if I have any questions during the process, to call him and we could walk through it. I ended up having to call him twice, he took his time to troubleshoot the issues and walk me thru the steps. He even shared text messages and photos through the day. The only reason I didn't give five stars, is because he hasn't actually done work for me yet, but I can honestly say, he cares about customer service/satisfaction. I have found my plumber whenever future situations call for one.

Sam and Gary were extremely professional, kind, and thorough. They took the time to explain things and were very upfront. They had masks on and made sure to clean up after they did any work. Toby was very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful on the phone and was able to give me honest feedback and reasonable estimates. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the guys showing up and they showed up on time. I highly, highly recommend Imperial Plumbing and will definitely use them again should I have any issues in the future.

We needed a water heater replaced. They answered the phone and walked me through the replacement process and even quoted me over the phone. The owner was going to be in my area that afternoon, so he stopped by to confirm everything and scheduled me for the following morning. His crew was on time, they finished quickly, and did everything they said they would do. I had a new water heater by lunch. The final price was exactly as quoted. I could not be any happier with their prompt service and quality of work. Thank you, Imperial Plumbing!

Great experience with Imperial Plumbing. Toby was our plumber and he was prompt and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the issue and what our options were, showing me along the way exactly what he was talking about and what the pricing would be for the different options. I forget the name of the gal I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment, but she was most helpful. She was very friendly and also thoroughly explained the process (they'd been out once prior to our scheduling the work as they were initially dispatched by our home Warranty company who ultimately did not cover the issue and so we secured Imperial Plumbings services on our own accord). Seems like they have a great team all around and I'd highly recommend!

Highly recommend Toby & Imperial Plumbing. He replaced two water heaters for me and also worked on a drain stoppage. His work was excellent. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would, at a reasonable price. He was both friendly & helpful, taking the time to explain things and answer questions. The city inspector even declared today that he had done a beautiful job on the install of our water heaters!

Toby is a pleasure to work with. I used him a few times before switching to a home warranty company, and he always goes above and beyond answering any and all of my questions! Highly recommend him! He even helped me a few years ago navigate my plumbing situation post small house flood when I was freaking out. Really awesome guy.

I was very pleased with the service we received yesterday, which included replacing fill valves in both toilets & clearing one chronically clogged sink. The price was reasonable, and included a volume discount for the multiple services we needed. Best of all were the several bits of education they gave us in regard to various water & sewer valves in and around the house...sometimes the free stuff is best! Thanks again, Toby!

Our guest toilet became unusable the night before Thanksgiving, when all of our family was coming up. Shannon & Toby went above and beyond to make sure it got fixed that night. Being in real estate, we notice when vendors give great service. We highly recommend Imperial Plumbing for all of our friends and clients!

Toby was so knowledgeable and great to work with. He replaced a toilet for me. He explained everything to me as he went along, including any extra charges that could come up, just in case. I know who I'm calling next time I have a plumbing issue. I would absolutely recommend them.

Great Service, Super Knowledgeable

Toby with Imperial Plumbing did a fantastic job. Service was prompt; he came out the day after the initial phone call. Toby was both efficient and effective. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot because I'm a new homebuyer) and walked me through some tips. I would absolutely hire Imperial Plumbing in the future if the need arrises.

I called Toby on a holiday and told him about the water heater that busted in our attic. He took the time to explain how to shut the water off and stop additional problems from occurring. Scheduled his crew to come out two days later to replace the water heater in the attic. These guys were very professional and quick. They laid out plastic to protect our flooring and cleaned up afterwards. They even installed a valve that automatically shuts off water in case of future leaks. I love supporting small local businesses, and encourage anyone needing plumbing services to give them a try. Prices are comparable to others, but their service tops anyone in town! Thank you Toby and your wonderful crew.

So my horrible home warranity contacted this 24 hour plumbing company on Friday. So I personally called them on Saturday and spoke with the nicest plumber and was told that they were booked and that customer service will call me on Monday to schedule a good time around MY SCHEDULE. Well this rude evil horrible woman call me on Monday from customer service and WOULD NOT accomodate my schedule. MIND YOU they are a 24 hour service yet could ONLY schedule me in the morning when I have to work!!!! This evil woman tells me I DID NOT have an emergency YET I CANNOT USE my kitchen sink!!!!!! Nice plumbers BUT horrible customer service!

So many excellent things to say. From when I called, Toby was clear, polite, straight. Understood what I want and agreed in writing. He did the estimate the next day and came in to do everything the day after after the pipes broke from the freeze. I decided to repipe with pex. He did what he said he would do. Very nice and polite and work mask inside. My tenant complimented him and his crew to me. Showed up when he said he would. When he came across something, he called and discussed before performing anything different. I truly appreciate that. Super nice and clean job. Performed exactly as agreed plus more actually. He put a cut off valves without me asking because he thought it needed. Pipes where all insulated nicely wrapped and labeled!! He took bunches of pics and sent to me. He is not the cheapest but i'm so glad I found him. Now, I sure have someone I can trust to do my future plumbing job now. Thank you Toby and your crew! I'll be recommending you guys.
