I called CPR Plumbing believing I had a leak in a pipe just outside of my foundation. They came out that day exactly when they said they would, which seemed odd to me as I have never had a service person of any profession actually show up exactly when they said they would! After it was discovered the issue was more serious than I previously thought, Adam told me exactly what the issue was (and showed me) and what the options were to fix it. The owner Chad also came out to verify the issue and gave me the complete rundown of what the potential cost could be.

What I really appreciated was how Chad let me know exactly what the possible scenarios could be and what options I had and what it could cost, he made sure I had all of the information. After all of that THEY STILL COMPLETED THE WORK FOR THE LOWEST PRICE OPTION THAT DAY! I was in a bad position and they didn't try to take advantage of that at all, there was no attempt to price gouge me or talk me into a more expensive unnecessary option.

All 3 of the men I dealt with were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend CPR Plumbing to anybody that needs a good plumber!

CPR plumbing is always our go to for plumbing services! They are honest, professional, hard working and very quick to respond to our service requests. CPR is always on time too which is appreciated. **update**After 10 days, I now have a leak at the faucet. That is why I am giving him one star. At first I felt like the problem was going to be fixed, but when I had the new leak after Chad and CPR Plumbing had done the work, I called him because the work was supposed to be guaranteed, he came to my house and gave me my money back and said he couldn't fix the problem. Ugh! Starting over AGAIN! I won't be using CPR Plumbing in the future because I don't feel like he tried to help fix my problem.

I WAS happy with the work of Chad Jones, owner of CPR Plumbing, in The Colony. After using another local plumber last year to fix a burst pipe due to weather, I ran into the same problem this year. I don't believe the other plumber understood how to correctly fix the problem.

Chad replumbed using Pex, a newer material that expands, which had never been mentioned to me before. Chad thoroughly explained what his plan was, why he was doing it, and what the final result should be.

He was prompt about calling me back, gave me an accurate window of when he would arrive, and sent me a text 30 minutes prior to arrival.

The owner Chad has been an absolute lifesaver to me and my husband the two times our home has had major plumbing issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved each of our problems much faster than we could have expected. We would recommend him and his company to anyone!

When they said it would be more expensive I thought that's okay. Another 2 or 3 thousand dollars to get the work done would be okay. But 30,000 more!??? I hit jacked! And here I thought I had found some good folks in a world of sharks. I was wrong!

I called because my pipes were totally clogged. Toilets almost overflowing and backing up in to the showers. When I called to get someone out to fix it, he gave me some recommendations to get it fixed at no charge. I have no idea about the quality of his work but I'd recommend him simply for his integrity. Thank you so much for saving this frustrated momma.

I had a great experience with CPR plumbing. I originally had an appointment for the upcoming Monday but after my pipe bursted, I gave them a call and Chad appeared within 15mins to begin the repair on a Sunday. Great work, courteous and trusting.

CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. Adam helped me with this exchange process, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of helping with solutions to my problem. The Team finished the install and it works Great! Thank You! Cannot say enough great things about Chad and CPR Plumbing Services. My husband and I have been living in our new home for a few months now, and just encountered our first plumbing issue (while installing a toilet...). We called Chad at 6 o'clock pm on Saturday and he was at our house within the hour. We fully expected to pay a LOT of $$$ since it was after hours (in our eyes) and on a Saturday evening, but we were so thankful that Chad did not see it that way. He very quickly took care of our problem, explaining what he did in the process, and charged us a VERY reasonable price. Extremely professional, and good at what he does. We will be using CPR Plumbing Services for all of our plumbing needs!

Our water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night and was flooding our garage. The valve was broken, so there was nothing we could do to stop the water! Chad came over right away and got it stopped. The next morning they installed a new (better) heater and hauled the old one off. These guys are really nice. They know what they're doing and they get it done quickly! I would definitely call them again if the need arose.

Great service, used them for small, medium and large jobs. Very happy with all of their work, they pull permits when needed (if you have anyone reluctant to pull a permit go in another direction), responsive to calls and texts, detailed in their explanations and good value. Great guys, nice to work with local company and people who know the area.

They replaced two hot water heaters with a tankless. They did a great job at the reasonable, quoted price. The gas efficiency savings is enough to make the unit free in 10 years. These guys are great! Give them a call.

Chad came out the other day to look into what was causing our slow drainage problem. He ran the snake out 100 feet and found nothing. He referred us to our city's utility department and declined to be paid. We will definitely be calling him should we have any issues in the future.

Chad and CPR plumbing came to my rescue on a Sunday evening, The outside faucet had broken off. Chad arrived within 35-40 minutes of the call, checked out the situation, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the repairs in minutes! I had called another plumbing company and was told it would be 4 hours and the estimate was much more. Thanks Chad for the quick response!

Thank you to CPR Plumbing for fast, efficient and courteous service. Toni, the admin manager, was helpful and courteous. They were able to fix our broken water pipes in under an hour, and they are very reasonably priced. We will call on them again when needed!!

Unbelievably good! I highly recommend this company. I accidentally drilled a hole in a natural gas pipe that was just behind the sheetrock while putting up some bookshelves on a Sunday. These guys responded immediately and fixed it so fast and so well, we were back to normal (except for the hole in the wall) within 30 minutes from when they arrived. Crazy good! Reasonably priced, as well, considering they had to put me at the top of the priority list to address my emergency. Will absolutely use them again.
