I had Her and His Plumbing Florida  come to my house today, Tuesday, February 23, 2021 to service my water heater because the overflow pipe that goes to the outside of the house from it is constantly flowing water.  I ended up with this company through a water heater repair plan I have with Duke Energy in which they sent the job to.

The temperature and pressure release was replaced which was told was the problem and also that the 2 thermostat settings were set at a different temperatures, one higher than the other one, so they were both set to the same at a lower temperature.  The problem didn't stop immediately and was told that it should take about 1 hour until it cools down and it will stop, that if it does not to call back again.  Since it did not stop, I ended up calling again.   They sent someone different and this person said that wasn't the problem but the problem was the thermal expansion valve.  This was not covered under the Duke Energy plan.  Per their terms and conditions, it only covers if you need the water heater replaced or repaired.  Somehow it covered the other valve that was not the problem.  It was going to cost about $300.00 for this so I said no.  I had that repaired last year.  I told this to the second plumber that came and didn't matter.  Was still told there was nothing wrong with my water heater and that could be possibly the problem.  This shows that your plumbers have no clue what they are doing.  Also, they made the problem worst and now the pipe is flowing more water than before.  I contacted you back about this and you could not care less.  My water bill is going to be higher because of you.

My water heater is from 2005.  The original that came with the house.  You said that there is nothing wrong with my water heater which is doubtful.  I say this because there is another owner here in the community that had the same problem that I am having and with the same original water heater and after replacing it the problem was solved.
Of course, Duke Energy's water heater repair plan is useless, since is only good and they will cover it if the water heater has to be replaced.

I called your company again regarding this after the second plumber's visit and you couldn't care less.  All that you did is transferring to this same plumber that just came which told me the same thing.

Seems you are not only clueless and don't care, but also out to see how much money you can get no matter what.
Based on my bad experience with your company and on my opinion I am advising people to beware of your company and look for a different one.  Save yourself the aggravation and money.

I called Duke Energy to tell them what happened and they couldn't care less.
A warning to anyone reading this and that has Duke Energy and if they are offered any of their protection plans not to waste their money like I did.  I also have their surge protection plans which after this experience shows that they are useless.

We have water heater coverage through duke energy. When our 20 year  old water heater ruptured Duke Energy dispatched Hers & His Plumbing. They were very professional and fast. Plumber had us send him photos of our water heater and he picked up a replacement on the way. Duke covers up to $1000 so no cash out of pocket. We will definitely use them in the future if need arises.

We contacted Hers & His Plumbing for some plumbing repairs in Celebration, FL. They confirmed an appointment for 11-2pm arrival. They called later to say that they would be there between 10-1pm. On the day of the appointment we received a call at 8:45am stating that they were on their way and will be there at 9am. I instructed them on what needed to be done in the main house and to get started. I explained that I would be there by 10am (our scheduled time) to let them know what needed to be done in the guest apartment above the garage. When I arrived, I wanted to show them the toilet that I needed replaced in the garage apartment. They assured me that the toilet was fine and that they fix it. When we walked up to the garage water was pouring from the garage ceiling. I knew the toilet upstairs was defected and had the water turned off. I also instructed them to only work on the main house. Hers & His Plumbing informed me that even thought that they fixed the issue, the tenant turned the water on, so they weren't at fault. I asked to speak with the owner of the company. They put me on the phone with a person named Jason who I later found out was just a team leader. Hers & His Plumbing left the house, leaving thousands of dollars in damages. I contacted and left a message for the actual owner. I never received a call back.

This was a warranty repair for American Home Shield. I made the request Friday Night and Hers and His contacted me via phone, text, and email Saturday morning for a Monday morning appointment slot.

Jeff arrived promptly near the beginning of the window wearing a mask. My hot water heater is in a separated room off a carport, and I let him be, so I can't speak to if he had it on the whole time but it wasn't a concern.

I told him my suspected concern of bad electrical elements given the symptoms, and the fact my hot water heater is almost old enough to drink. He was able to promptly diagnose the problem and replace both the bad heating elements and thermostat within an hour. So far, am happy with the service, countering the iffy reviews here.

I would NEVER use this company if it wasn't for the warranty provide from Orlando Utilities. I made an appointment as I had Doctors appointment all day. The appointment was for between 5 pm, and 8 pm. I was not home when they showed up, (sometime after 3 pm). I came home about quarter to four, with a message saying they were here around 3:30 pm. I called the home warranty company, and they tried everything to have Hers and His to come back out. They flat refused, and said they would make an appointment sometime the next day. I can not flush the toilets, take showers, or any other water usage. I will be reporting this to the insurance company, as well as Orlando Utilities.

I would not recommend this company. I paid him $100 and nothing was done to fix my sewer problem He wanted to come back and remove the toilet, among other things, which I would not agree to. I finally found an honest couple of plumbers who had the work done in about 2 hours, a fraction of the cost other plumbers wanted to charge me and all the work was done under the home, without removing the toilet. These kinds of professionals are everywhere. They don't know that I check their ratings and reviews before and after I talk with them. I research what the repairs should cost and,if they are way above average costs, that tells me a lot about them.

A plumber came because my kitchen sink was leaking. He wouldn't even enter the PROPERTY without calling the property manager for payment. Literally before he got in the gate. He said there was nothing wrong after he looked and left (mind you theres a giant puddle under the sinks). Less than a week later my hot and cold water faucet handles blew out and the water wouldn't turn off. They sent another plumber and my gate code wasn't working so he couldn't get in. I drove in so the gate would open and they wouldn't follow me in. Mind you, he won't pick up the phone while I'm trying to get him in. I do another uturn and pull up next to him and say that he has to go in the gate and he says he won't follow me in. I said well you can't get in without the code and my codes not working so I pull off to the side to go get my manual card to swipe and get him in. While I'm getting the card he LEAVES on Christmas eve. The man had no patience. I can't fix a broken gate code. I was already struggling with that not working and the guest code wasn't working either that the office was supposed to me managing. He still wouldn't pick up the phone to talk to me. I finally got a hold of him after attempting to call FOURTEEN TIMES. He would barely talk to me and kept trying to hang up on me saying bye, bye, bye, I'm not talking to you, bye when I called and said I came back with the gate card. Did you leave?  I'm here with the card. I called the company to tell them I was getting the gate card and he just left. They said I was so rude that they are banning me, my property manager, and my owner from using them. Talk about rude! The man wouldn't even pick up the phone or let me speak, same with the lady on the phone. I called and was in the middle of explaining that my driver left and wouldn't talk to me and I wasn't sure what was going on and she cut me off and put me on hold and gave me an attitude. They left me with no service the second time, attitude, and lazy service the first time. Have a nice Christmas to you too folks!

Hello! We were forced to use this company by way of Homeserve! The toilet and sink was acting up so we called in the morning.The plumber finally showed up at 6:30 PM! Seemed to fix the toilet and sink not! Sink started leaking again. Called in the morning! Guess what showed up at 7:30PM! Stated that the sink was old and had to be updated! Told me to call another plumber! Went down to Lowe's and picked up the parts myself! This company is basically a handyman company!

Our family's experience with Hers & His Plumbing was horrible!!! They earned a ZERO rating in every key area: 1) PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Hers & His Plumbing was sent to us by our home warranty company. They made FIVE visits to our home to fix a toilet leak and they failed all five times to fix the leak!!! 2) TIMELINESS: One of Hers & His plumbers, Jeff, had an appointment with us between 12 Noon and 3 PM. Those three hours came and went and Jeff neither showed up nor called. 3) PROFESSIONALISM: On another day,  Jeff came to our home for the company's FIFTH call regarding the toilet leak. Jeff failed to fix the problem and he LIED on his report. Our home warranty company let me know that Jeff said the toilet had no mechanical failure and that I moved the fill valve. I NEVER touched a fill valve!!! I didn't even know what it was until I googled it. Jeff's actions and behaviors were DISHONEST and EGREGIOUS!!! I have it all documented. I pride myself in being a kind, caring person but His & Hers Plumbing and Jeff's actions and behaviors have brought out the worse in me. There is a silver lining!!! Hers & His Plumbing stopped coming after their FIFTH FAILURE. The home warranty company dispatched a new plumbing company and they fixed the toilet leak in ONE VISIT!!! Based on our family's experience, my strong advice is to AVOID HERS & HIS PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS!!!

American Home Shield sent HERS AND HIS PLUMBING - FLORIDA LLC (BRE) to my home to repair my garbage disposal on April 13, 2022. The technician banged forcefully upon my disposal with a wrench. The disposal began working after the breaker was flipped back off and on. He ran a couple cups of ice down the disposal, told me to have a good day and left. I walked from the front door back into the kitchen and water was running out of my cabinet, I opened the cabinet and water was leaking from the disposal and the pipe. I went back to the front door but the technician was already driving down the street. I called and texted him with no response. I told AHS the issue was not fixed and is now worse. April 19th, the technician came back out, replaced the garbage disposal, refused to fix the pipe and left. I called the manager of HERS AND HIS PLUMBING - FLORIDA LLC (BRE)  and have never received a call back.

I contacted American Home Shield April 19th immediately after the technician refused to fix the pipe, was told it was getting escalated. Called again on April 22nd, spoke to Ann, again was told it was escalated. May 2nd called again, same story. May 9th called again, was told she cannot transfer directly to a supervisor but can escalate, was told this is between me and the contractor, and also that the do not keep records of things being escalated. TO THIS DAY I AM EMPTYING A BUCKET every time I do my dishes because THEIR TECHNICIAN BROKE MY PIPE.

Warranty company sent them out. After looking the leak for 5 minutes said that they could not fix because it was behind the wal. Three weeks later the wall is finally opened and they came back out and now can't fix it because it is in the crawl space and that's too wet and dirt. lesson learned if you need a plumber that can fix a pipe behind a wall or somewhere wet or dirty don't call this company

After 19 years our AO Smith water heater needed to be replaced. We called Hers & His plumbing. They put in a new RHEEM water heater. Fast forward...this was a nightmare. It's been replaced once because the new water heater kept shutting down and wasn't fixable. Now that new water heater has also stopped working.
We called and they sent out Jason. He was rude and said that the fume detector caused the heater to malfunction and blamed my dog  kennels that the urine odor made the fume detector malfunction.
A- we don't have urine issues. I clean that area everyday with a disinfectant
B-what happens when someone paints in the garage or there are car exhaust fumes? A Water Heater should function regardless of any odors.
Well, Jason disconnected the gas line, left the water heater not repaired with parts all over the floor and told my husband he needed to call RHEEM, not the plumber.  The owner and office were just as bad.

We called RHEEM. They are sending out replacement parts and said the water heater is fixable. Now we need to get a new plumber to put those parts in.
We have no hot water !
DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY....they treat customers badly.

I had called American Homeshield for my father and they assigned this company to us. They came to his house and claimed that since, he did not a ball valve they would need to charge him $219 plus the service fee. Do not use this company ask for another when dealing with a warranty company!

Our home warranty company sent them out to look at our tankless hot water heater. The repair man proceeds to check the heater can't find anything wrong with it and states that our problem is our Fossetts our house is two years old this should not be happening on a brand new house waited a week to get a response never got anything out of them called three times on the third time was told that they would call me back with an estimate on how much it would cost if I had to pay out of pocket that was two weeks ago this is been going on since January 3 and I'm still waiting on an estimate I would not recommend them to anybody.

This place is a joke. I had water coming out of the front area of my sink, the employee decides to make a hole on the back area to see if the pipe was leaking. He stuck his hand underneath and in fact found the area I stated wet. So now he said my insurance company was sending someone to fix it, yeah that didn't happen   So long story short don't  get this company to come to your home bc it will end up like this.

I was having a problem with my hot water heater and the soonest Hers & His would set up was 5 days later. One hour before the scheduled appointment I received a call cancelling the arrival of the technician. and they wanted to put me off until the following week.  When I said that wasn't acceptable, the representative began berating me for my attitude when in fact she was raising her voice and was rude and disrespectful.  No wonder this company has so many poor ratings.  My advice is to stay away from this company and choose another one that is reputable and professional instead of shoddy and fly by night.

Thank you so much American Home Shields (my home warranty) for giving me Hers & His Plumbing. Felix was excellent and gave me detailed information of what my problem was with my shower  head leak. I even had another plumber previously with the same issue but I did not want that plumber to come back to Finish the job.
I was so impressed with Fleix that I will continue to ask for him at this company.

They don't understand the definition of urgent or emergency. They submitted an approval request to the local warranty representative which in return Hers and His Plumbing refuses to follow up with the rep. Because it hasn't been more than 48 hours. I live in a state where it's hot all year long and without A/C on, it create major health risks and concerns. I expect a manager to respond to this as soon as they read it. This is ridiculous and Hers and His Plumbing is creating dangerous situations for home owners.

They tried to shaft the wrong customer. Just needed a toilet tank kit replaced and shut off valve replacement. Instead they tell me we need a whole new toilet and replacement of inlet water pipe with a $500.00 estimate. Had a local plumbing company come next day, replace toilet tank kit and replace shutoff valve, total bill was $105.36! This place attempted to rip us off! I wouldn't use them EVER!

Call them and see how many visits it takes to repair. A simple sink leak fix has taken four visits. Parts always on order or the work order is canceled or lost or some other excuse. I think their team wants to just suck up the warranty company money and not actually do the work...at least here in Orlando.

Oh and sink cartridge still has not been replaced. I noticed that they have not claimed this Yelp account and looking at the reviews I can see why.

Made a 72 year old woman move a washer to fix a utility sink... My mother who had a heart attack in February was asked to move the washer. When she asked the technician to do so, he responded that he couldn't touch it... Really?? This is the level of service one should expect? Where was the common sense... Oh, it gets better.. He had the audacity to message me to complain. That alone speaks for itself. Not happy. Oh did I mention it took them 4 months to get back to fixing it. Contracted through American Home Shield...

Do not recommend this company. Placed an order to replace a shower handle valve, 4 weeks later and nothing only to find out on the 4th week that the plumber was going to order the part. I had even given the information on the store where the plumber could obtain the part. Do not waste your time with this company.

I waited a week to get this appointment. I called on 1/20 and the soonest they could get to me was 1/27 between 9 and noon.. i have a home warranty and have to use who they tell me to use. On 1/27 I was sitting in an empty house waiting for them. I got a text saying they were trying to schedule an appointment? I called and they cancelled the appointment. What ticked me off is that it was implied  that it was my fault because they ^tried to call me and let me know. I asked her when she called and she said 9:12 a.m. on 1 /27. So they called me 12 mins after they were supposed to  be here to cancell. Poor response. Called my home warranty and got a new plumber.

Tom came out because water was leaking from guest bath into guest room. Carpet wet, wall wet and he looked and said it's the floorboards leaking water and left. 10 mins later I did his job and realized water was leaking under the toilet onto the slab and running into the walls. Had to call him back out. He said the toilet moved. Yes, Tom, that is the problem. The toilet is literally sliding around, please fix with bolts, flange, o-ring, caulk it...just do something besides stare at it.
That was too much work for him so he whined and left. Pull his card. If this company is doing warranty work they will do whatever they must to not actually work, only take the service call money.

I had a plumbing leak behind a stucco wall.  Old Republic Home Plan warranty sent His and Hers to repair the leak.  The technician removed the pipe support and the water hose bib (faucet) to get to the leak.  Unfortunately they fixed the leak but did not replace the pipe support putting the wall and the new pipe at risk for further and reoccuring damage so wall repair technician could not fix the wall.  I had to get a different plumber as H&H were not available to repair for almost two weeks (they had been paid by the insurance company so no rush I guess).  Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket and was not reimbursed.  

I had another issue with a stoppage to the house.  Warranty tried to send them and I refused.  So yes, if you feel the in network companies are not performing well you can request someone else.  

I'm providing 1 star as I believe the plumber should have known not to leave the pipe without a supporting bracket and sticking out the way the techician did.

Absolutely awful!!!! Do not use! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They came out to look at our busted pipe outside our house, toilet that was making a slight noise when filling, shower handle that keeps turning, a leaky water heater & leaking tub faucet. They fixed the pipe outside shockingly quick and a lot cheaper then expected, replaced the valve on our toilet, looked at our water heater and said put a bucket underneath it, looked at the shower handle and said they'd break it more, then came the tub!!!!! We had a home warranty and they said everything would be covered besides the pipe outside. Ok great, they go to look at the tub that's dripping once every 20 seconds or so, nothing bad but figured since they were coming out we'd get it fixed. They broke the part in the faucet and said they had to look around and see if they could find one after about 40 minutes of sitting in their truck they said our home warranty wouldn't cover the tub and that it was going to be $500 in labor plus parts to fix the tub. Mind you, it was a leak! They completely broke the faucet to the point they had to shut the water off and cap it off. It is inoperable now. After fighting with the home warranty company and hers & his the warranty company said hers & his was responsible for fixing it. Hers & his said they'd send another tech out to evaluate it and see what the other tech did and get this resolved. Ok fine another day my husband had to take off work for them to come out. They came out and this tech wasn't even interested, told my husband he wasn't fixing it and that it was his problem. Sadly not even exaggerating. My husband said ok we'll I'll be leaving a review and calling BBB and he just shrugged and said ok and left. Worst company around. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! This is what they left behind. They completely capped it off

Horrible! I made an appointment with this Company. They said that I had to wait four hours for the plumber. Left work at 12:00 and 4PM came and no one showed up. When I called they said that they did not have my phone number? Yeah right! I made the appointment, gave them my phone number and address. And they repeated my phone number back to me. The person that answered the phone today  when I asked where they were at just  gave me a bogus phone number for me and said that they tried to call me and it was just busy! No one called or showed up! I told her that it's is 4PM and can the plumber come? That I waited all day? She said no and that I could make the appointment for tomorrow from 9AM to 12?! And miss another 3 hours!!!!!????  I never use them nor refer them to anyone! My Boss was upset that I had to leave early and now I lost hours at work and am forced to find another plumber! Thanks for nothing!

My service request was for 2 leaks, one for toilet and faucet, both in my second bathroom, the plumber who arrives stated that he couldn't fix the faucet leak because it was specified as sink in his work order. So I called the office to inform them of the situation. They told me I need to place another request to get the faucet fixed because faucet and sink is 2 different things. Therefore I will also need to pay another $75 for the plumber to come out again. Not only was my problem not resolved but that company has horrible customer service. Their professionalism was TERRIBLE!!! I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could rate a 0 I would.

I have a hybrid hot water heater. Zachary from hers and his plumbing went above and beyond to obtain a replacement while it was under manufacturer's warranty.  He was much more helpful than the actual manufacturer. In between the manufacturer and my home warranty company, he spent untold hours on line, on hold, and on the phone. In addition he did an excellent job replacing the hot water heater during the Covid crisis. I appreciate Zach staying in touch with me and I appreciate that his company came through even when they got stiffed by my home warranty service. I would never hesitate to call on this company again. Zack obviously took great pride in his work. He is a conscientious and caring Plumber.

Once they came out and I had superior service. The guy I had this time is an ass! We have FPL insurance for our exterior water lines . Apparently he said this one wasn't included because the water goes into the house
So if it GOES into the house why do I have insurance to cover the outside water lines? Because I'm stupid for having it.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I used this company to fix a toilet and sink that would not drain. After I paid them the issues happened the next day and they refused to come back and would not refund my money. After calling and asking for a manager to call me I never received a call back.

This company was sent to me by American Home Shield  Really bad customer service.  Technician came to my home to replace a kitchen faucet. When I was explaining the issue he said he was the plumber and he would tell me what the issue was. After examining the the faucet he determined it was a sprayer problem. I had told him it was a valve problem. He replaces the sprayer but that didn't fix the issue. He then determined that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. He removed my old faucet and tried to replace it with a cheap plastic faucet. I refused to let him install it. ( the faucet he removed was a chrome Koehler faucet.) He left to go find a replacement. That was 2 days ago. So for 2 days I've had no water in my kitchen and no follow up from the company. When I called to complain that just said that they were sorry for my inconvenience.

Hers and His Plumbing (Orlando) came twice at home and did not do the job because they are incompetent and without tools and experience.

Do not do business with them.  Very deceived.
I still have my valves that leaks.

They did not want to do the job as they say that Water pressure is too high in my neighbourhood....... and my AMERICAN HOME SHIELD insurance did not cover that.
He wanted to sell me a pressure regulator $800..... pouahhhhhhh

Any reasons not to do the job.  He told me to call a regular plumber.. that he would do the job.

This company was assigned to me by Home Shield home warranty.  I called Home Shield because I had a leak under my kitchen sink that was spilling water on and off for about a month.  This company send a tech by the name of Kevin to my home.  The date he was suppose to show up between 10-1PM he showed up to my house at 230 pm without calling to tell us he was going to be late.  Once he arrived without tools my husband was told he could not see a leak.  Never inspected under sink.   Only open the cabinet doors under the sink. When asked by my husband if he could check the pipes to check for the leak he said no.  But said he would be back if we found it.  Charge the 75 dollar fee to Home Shield and left.  We call him back because after he left and within 10 minutes of his departure I found where the leak was coming from by inspection of the pipes.  He never returned, my husband spoke to the manager and explained the situation and I spoke to Home Shield. Technician returned the following day after 3 hrs delay without calling to say why he was late.  When I showed him were the leak was he proceeded to tell me I broke the pipe when I touch it to show him the leak.  He proceeded  to threaten me and reported to Home Shield that I broke the pipe.  I reported all of this to Home Shield who proceeded to tell me I had to star a new work order and that I would be charge 75 dollars again for copayment unless the new technician could prove I did not break the pipe.  What would be my purpose of me breaking a pipe and creating a leak eluded me.  But this was what I was told.  I refused their solution.  I was not going to be out another 75 dollars.  I cancelled my 20 year contract with Home Shield.  Home Shield is no a company that looks after their customers anymore.  I hired my one Plummer who replace the loose pipe.  I do not recommend His and Hers Plumbing.  They are scammers.  Please visit a google reviews for further complains of this company.  Do your selfs a favor and hire another plumber.  Do not hire Home Shield either.  They no longer hired worth while companies to do their work.  This company deserves zero stars if that was possible.

We had a problem with hot water in some parts of the house coming out in 15-18 minutes after opening the faucet.
A plumber from a totally different company came to fix unrelated issue and I asked him why we have such problem. He quickly determined that the cause is a nonfunctional circulation pump attached to the water heater. Since water heater is one item covered by AHS, I opened a service request. Hers and His plumbing was assigned and one man ( i withdrawing the name because its not important ) came. I showed him the problem in the kitchen ( without telling him what i knew ). He started hot faucet and looked at his watch for how long it takes to get hot water. After hot water started coming out he asked where else we have the same problem. I answered.
Then he called what appears to be their office number and started describing the problem. He continued asking questions what to do next. ( I was next to him entire time he was at our house which was about 45 minutes). After i realized he has no clue what to do I told him what I knew. He went to garage where water heater is installed and started looking at the circulation pump. Another call to the office took place. Looked like he got new instructions. He proceed with switching water heater off and send me to open all hot faucets and drain all hot water. ( I didn't argue with what he was asking me to do, even though i knew water heater is not the problem). Then he turned water heater on, told me he will be back to replace circulation pump and left.
Next day i received email from AHS to call them because there is a reason why AHS is not covering such replacement. When I called I was told the replacement is not covered because installation is incorrect. When I asked why they are saying such thing I was told plumber send them the report stating this and correct installation is suppose to have timer installed. And if I want to have pump replaced there will be an out of pocket expense in the amount of $1077.
Next thing I called the number on the label attached on the water heater. It turned out it is the plumbing company that installed water heater and pump. When i told them what the other plumber stated in his report to AHS he simply laughed and said if I want him to replace the pump it will be $625.
Another call to AHS. I explained to the person who took my call what is going on. Told them Hers and His Plumbing company is a very dishonest company is probably reaping AHS customers and them as well. That didn't make any difference. So I proceeded to have my plumber to come and replace the pump. When I asked about timer he said that there are pumps with a timer, a lot more expensive but they actually are disappearing on the market because no one wants them. He told me to just go to Wallmart and buy a simple timer, program it to shut off for times we don't need speedy hot water and plug pump into it. I did that and bought one for $5. Programmed to shut off for night ours and that's it. Total expense is $630 = $625+$5.

After waiting all afternoon  (2PM to 5 PM) for a plumber to show up, we got a call at 5PM that he would be another 45 minutes late. My problem was when my washer drains thru the washer drain pipe into the low internal house drain pipe that is also a vertical vent pipe the water started backing up flooding my Laundry Room.  After this plumber finally got here, I asked if he could run a snake through the roof vent pipe to clean out the drain pipe. He said he couldn't; I assume he didn't know how to snake a pipe. he said he was coming to fix a washing machine. DO NOT CALL THIS  COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING PROBLEM!!! They might be OK to fix a washing machine, but then personally I wouldn't call a plumber! . LOL

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Absolutely ridiculous company. I have AHS home warranty and this company was assigned.
They came for first appointment...then left. Did not finish the job. In fact after he left a leak occured to condo below that we never had. .  The technician said nothing he can do. He has other calls.
FIVE appointments were made and every one of them cancelled. We had to call at the end of the time window to ask when they were coming. We then got one excuse after another of so sorry but need to reschedule. After the fifth cancelation they tried to make a 6th...a week later.  Enough was enough.
Absolutely terrible company . DO NOT USE.  Can't trust them and totally unreliable.

My home owners insurance called them to come out. Unfortunately my water heater was not under warranty. So Hers and His plumbing said I could pay their $100 service fee and they would order the part I needed. And when the part arrived, they would call to schedule an appointment and I would not have to pay again.  Well, that never happened. They took my $100 and never ordered the part. They have been dodging my calls and claimed I never called back. They refuse to order the part. They refuse to call me back. They refuse to do the work they promised to do.
That's the bottom line. They're thieves. Do not do business with them.

I am not an individual who prides herself on complaining and I have never written a review like this before about any other company.
But the technicians for this company are dishonest and the company refuses to take accountability for their work.
Two technicians were at my home yesterday replacing our water heater. They turned our water off for a period of about 30 minutes and when they turned it back on, they chose to use the kitchen faucet to test if the water came back on. It didn't.
The technician himself, named JEFF ALLEN, said that the sediment must have collected in the cartridge which evidently clogged with the pressure of the water being turned back on.
JEFF ALLEN HIMSELF ADMITTED THAT IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, THAT IT SOMETIMES HAPPENS, AND COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ANY OTHER PLUMBER.
So fine-we understand that with home repairs, unprecedented accidents happen. We asked for them to fix the faucet (since their actions broke it and it was completely functional before they walked into my house), and he tried his best as he fumbled with the faucet, taking pieces apart. But then he said he didn't have the proper tools to fix it (????).
THEY ARE A PLUMBING COMPANY-HOW COULD THEIR TECHNICIANS NOT HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS ON HAND TO REPAIR A FAUCET????
Instead, they walked out of my house, leaving my family with no running water in our kitchen right before dinner time.
We called Kohler and will receive a new sink cartridge, which could take up to 7 days. Oh & by the way, Kohler said there would be no special tool to repair, just a new piece-so makes you wonder if these plumbers are even properly trained if they insisted they couldn't repair anything just because they didn't have that special tool...
But when we called the plumbing company to ensure that when the part is received they would come out to fix it, they said they only would AT OUR EXPENSE.
How does the negligent actions of a technician breaking an appliance in my home result in the customer paying twice??
When I spoke with a manager who conferenced the technician himself on the line, JEFF ALLEN stated that he never touched my sink, and therefore wasn't responsible. He insinuated that we broke the faucet ourselves. (WHY ON EARTH WOULD WE BREAK OUR OWN KITCHEN FAUCET??)
RUN from this company. Do NOT let any of their technicians onto your property as they are dishonest and will not relay any truth.
The company takes no accountability for their technician's actions and refuses to make it right when a mistake was made on their end.
I am not only disgusted, but now without running water in my kitchen when I have two young children to care for. And apparently the only person capable of making a decision that would allow their technician to simply come back and fix what they broke is on vacation for the next 5 days.
They shouldn't need a manager to tell them to come back & do the right thing!! It's not that difficult to provide a service which you are supposed to be trained and educated in!!
I understand that these CoVid times are stressful for everyone, customers and businesses alike. That's why I would assume that during these overwhelming times, businesses would be going out of their way to try and provide the most exceptional customer service to paying customers, and I'm truly baffled at the level of dishonesty. Insinuating that we broke our own kitchen faucet because they don't want to come back and fix what they broke themselves is a new low. It's absolutely shameful.
JEFF ALLEN should be ashamed of himself and the company's reluctance in fixing his mistake is a clear example of negligence and horrendous customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever delt with. I have a warranty with American Water resources and they have sent this company to my house twice over the summer, they guy that came out did nothing. Just stood in my kitchen and fed my BS. Then he came back out for the same problem and wanted to charge me all this extra money and did nothing again, I had to call another plumber and they came right out and fixed my toilet and I had to pay $277. This time, I had a sewer backup on Saturday, Jan 9th at 3pm, and called American Water resources again and they contacted Hers and His again, even though I didn't want them, and it's Monday afternoon at 330pm and I still have not heard from this company. I had to call another plumber at 445pm on Saturday because my toilet had overflowed so bad twice that I also had to call Servpro to come out and clean up. Today they are back to tear up my hardwood floors in a bedroom and living room and also but my whole bathroom. And maybe if this company would have shown up on Saturday when they were dispatched and accepted the claim I wouldn't be in this situation right now. Terrible company. And I will make sure I let everyone I know on social media about this company. Shame on you.

never received a receipt for your services. plumber insisted I needed new toilet. told insurance company wrong information. need a call back and receipt itemized for insurance and myself. did not need a whole new toilet after someone else looked at it. I had someone come out and wanted to charge me over $650 for a service in which they claimed my Home Warranty company didn't cover. I still had to pay $100 service fee to my Home Warranty Company, to have them not complete the job claiming it wasn't covered. When I called Roto Rooters (much larger company). They fixed for less and they said the issue would have been covered under my Home Warranty if Her's and His Plumbing had they done it right. I believed they were trying to make additional money claiming that certain things were not covered. No one ever answers the phone. All they have is voicemails which I've left several messages and took days for someone to respond. I will never use this company again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is full of LIARS and poor customer service. My parents are in their 70s and had this plumber show up from their 2-10 warranty call to fix a cartridge in their shower that became stripped. After paying the tech $75.00 for the service call he proceeded to go outside and say their water pressure was too high (120) to fix the issue and they needed a value for the pressure that was several hundred dollars and not covered. Also stated he didn't have the part for the shower and needed to order the part and come back. After hearing the story I called a reputable plumber and not only did they lie, the pressure read 75-85, but when my parents called back to get the service they needed, they stated they needed another $75.00 fee because it would be a different issue to come back and fix. Needless to say they are sad to try and take advantage of people, shame on you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We are selling a home and made an appointment to have some plumbing repairs done on Monday, May 1, between 9am and 12pm. Late on Friday afternoon we got a text message from Hers and His Plumbing telling us that they changed our appointment to Monday afternoon between 1pm and 4pm. The home is 20 miles away from our current home, so I went over there and waited from 1 to 4 pm and had no communication from Hers and His Plumbing. At 4:10pm I called and asked the status of the repair appointment and they told me that they could not contact their plumber and could not give me an ETA. Since the repair work would require a couple of hours and I had already wasted the entire day waiting for him, I went ahead and cancelled the appointment. While this company had always done reasonable work for me in the past, I will never use them again. My time is too valuable to waste on unreliable service providers. Not only did they reschedule at the last minute and miss a three hour service window, they couldn't even tell me when I could expect to have a plumber arrive. This is completely unsatisfactory.

Zach failed to perform his work in a manner that was professional. He broke the cinder block and concrete exterior of our home and drove away without telling us.  He also left old screws and fittings on the floor and hanging from the walls.  He also routed a pipe across the floor not next to a wall or out of the way.  When I had him come back out to fix the exterior wall that he completely destroyed (an area 10-15x larger than the opening required for the pipe exit), he did not notify us of his arrival, did not complete the repair in a manner that is structurally sound (I am an engineer), and left behind a pile of mortar and broken concrete.  If you want work performed in a professional manner, do not use Hers and His Plumbing.

I suggest you not use this company. They came to replace two hose bibs.  The next day there was a flood in my yard and my neighbors yard because they cracked the pipe.   I immediately called them about this emergency and they told me they could not come back for 8 days!   I had to shut off the water in my house to stop the gushing water.  They expected me to be without water for 8 days because of a problem they created.  I could not believe their lack of concern.   They are despicable.

A representative from Hers and His Plumbing was sent out by Old Republic Home Protection.  The technician did not repair  the issue because he was informed that the issue was not covered.  After waiting for about 2 weeks I called the company to request a copy of the technicians report.  I was told that it was going to be emailed to me.  A week and a day later the email was not transmitted.  I called today 5/22/19 at 10:51am to request the report again.  Again I was told that the report would be transmitted within 30mins.  Six hours later still not report.  I think this is very poor service for something as simple as receiving a report.  I'm glad I didn't pay the $450 they were requesting just to change a faucet.

RUN!!!! They're extremely unreliable not cheap either.  Plumbers didn't even know what the problem was and he was already  stating that if I had a broken pipe they couldn't repair? He wasn't allowed to close the main water valve!!! so what do you do as a plumbing company ??? what a handyman can do??   PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLAINTS INTHE BBB WEBSITE.  People have posted very recently on the Better Business Bureau website. If you read them all you'll see they are all basically the same experience they go to your home to fix some thing break another and they don't want to take responsibility for it make an appointment for a certain time and they leave you waiting eight hours of the day because your time is unimportant to them. PLEASE save yourself the stress I had to go through. Just know what the plumbing service did to repair a non major plumbing issue turned into a house leak that ruined my floors with a leak they caused. Didn't give a crap when they were called as an emergency they are open 24/7 so they say on their website.  nobody responded I would not like anybody to go through what I am going through now they absolutely do not deserve people's business when they treat people like shit if they break something in your house don't expect them to come back and if the appointment is set for 9:00 AM don't expect them to show up, until very late in the evening you will be waiting for more than eight hours. This was my second experience with them. When I decided to give them another try gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this time they broke some thing even more serious and I have serious damages to my home they don't take responsibility, but just read their Better Business Bureau complaint and you'll see that, all the responses to the customers is one of being defensive and unprofessional because they don't want to take responsibility of what they break. They have very inexperienced plumbers. Actually the plumber that came here didn't even study plumbing. He told me this after he finish what he came to repair. Obviously it doesn't surprise why an hour later there was an extreme leak coming from something that didn't have a leak before until he broke it that only shows how an experience these plumbers are overhead read in Better Business Bureau. Their plumbers are in experience and Inept, and they certainly don't care. Not only am I complaining to the better business bureau as well but I'm taking legal action because they never responded and it's obvious there's proof videos pictures of that of what they did wrong that cost delete delete that ruin my floors so legal action will be taken if you want to save yourself not only money, but HEALTH and your property do not hire these people.

Impossible to get a hold of on the phone. My Home Warranty Company selected them to fix my garbage disposal. They called one and left a voice message, I tried calling back for almost 2 weeks but could never get a hold of anyone. I finally told my home warranty company to select someone different.

Nathan and Felix are awesome. The team at Hers and His follow up and they show up and work hard. They repaired/replaced my ductwork in the attic that was in a spot that other companies just would not touch. Their prices are fair. They are knowledgeable and helpful.

We have a home warranty with American Home Shield. We had 2 leaky faucets in 1 of our bathrooms and we called AHS to send someone out to fix the problem. They contacted Hers and His Plumbing whom sent a technician.  He arrived, looked at faucets which are probably 10 yrs old and verified there  was internal leaks. Next thing we know, he informs us that we do not qualify because the water pressure coming into our modular home was too high. He had put a meter on 1 of our out buildings faucet that is not connected to the house. I asked him to put a meter on the line under the sink that leads to the actual faucet. He says this is not possible. So I proceeded to let him know how I felt. He informed me he could care less and they would get paid $123 regardless. He said for $1300 he could fix my problem. I got on line, ordered 2 faucets ($76 for both) 4 water lines ($38 total) and AHS sent another company and he had it fixed in 45 minutes. AHS did not charge us another service fee, so total cost was $189 compared to $1300. Take my advice and stay as far away from Hers and His Plumbing as you can get. They are rude, crude and will rip you off if you let them. They do not deserve 1 star but you have to at least give them 1.

Completely incompetent staff. Made a service call through mt home warranty and after three visits the issue was still not fixed. Now we have thousands of dollars in water damage and no one will answer the phone.

Daniel is a plumber with this company, and he's been a great resource. He stayed in constant communication and put my mind at great ease because I could not be at the house while he repaired our plumbing issues. He went out of his way to check and repair multiple issues that we had no idea were a problem. He also diagnosed how the problems arose and recommended we not use certain corrosive cleaning products in the future. He sent photos to verify his work and was pleasant and helpful. Our homeowner's maintenance insurance is through 2-10, and together Hers and His Plumbing and 2-10 took great care of us. I highly recommend. I'm not sure why there were negative reviews on Yelp about this company, but my experience has been 100 percent positive so far. I'm sorry others had difficulty, and it almost frightened me away. I gave them a chance, however, and am happy I did so. As an out-of-state homeowner, I need trustworthy relationships with contractors for peace of mind. I highly recommend Daniel! (And no, I'm not a friend or family member of this company - I'm a legit relieved reviewer of services rendered.)
