We are beyond thrilled with the service we have received from Plumb Crazy. They are honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They treat their customers very well, and I am grateful for how they have handled a situation that could have been very frustrating and expensive had we used a different plumber. Tim was our plumber, and he did an excellent job. We will be calling Plumb Crazy and requesting Tim any time we need a plumber in the future.
What happened specifically to us is that last year we were doing home renovations and we decided to replace our water heater that was on its last leg. We also needed the piping to be replaced. We got a quote from a few plumbers, and plumb crazy was the most reasonably priced. They also were clearly more knowledgeable than the others who gave quotes. Plumb Crazy installed the water heater, and everything was fine. A little over one year after the initial installation, the pilot light on the water heater went out and would not relight. We called Plumb Crazy, and Tim came right out and got the pilot light back on. At that point, Tim thought it was probably just a fluke that the pilot light went off since the water heater was so relatively new. But he said if it happens again, he will be right back out to re-assess. No charge. It worked for about a month, but then it happened again. Plumb Crazy came right back out and they worked with the manufacturer to get the part they needed. They got the water heater back up and running. No charge, not even for the time it took to come out and do the repair. This time, the fix did not last long, and we had to call Plumb Crazy again to come out to fix it. This happened I believe four times total. Each time, Plumb Crazy tried working with the manufacturer to get them to replace the water heater because it was obviously not a good one. Each time, Plumb Crazy also never left us without hot water. They always made it so that we could use the water heater even though it was not working properly. We would just need to relight the pilot, but they showed us how to do that so we would never be without hot water. Finally, when the manufacturer was being so unreasonable and kept demanding that we replace different parts before they would honor their warranty and provide a new water heater, Plumb Crazy told us that they would replace our water heater with a different, more reliable brand of water heater, and they would eat the cost of the replacement. They replaced the water heater that day. No charge. I am so grateful that they did that. They truly went above and beyond. They definitely know customer service, and they have a very loyal customer right here.

I had Plumb Crazy replace my toilet fill valve and flapper August 1st of last year. My toilet started having the same problem again. I called this business and they said my parts warranty was only 30 days. I had another company do a service call and of course they had to replace the fill valve. I can't believe my part didn't even last a year.

Update Mr. John Burdin, I am disappointed your knee jerk reaction to a customer's review is one of deflection and not ownership. I noticed this is how you react to all of your negative reviews. In your world it is always someone else's fault. I hope as of today, you will discontinue the petty and immature nature of your responses. Good day sir.

So these guys came out, Kevin and Sam, to fix my two outside hose bibs that were leaking at the handle. Kevin said that sometimes it's as simple as tightening the nut on the outside. He put a channel lock on the first one on it solved the leak immediately. He did the second one with the same result, looked at me and said 'no charge'. They also took me outside to find my main water shutoff so I know where it is in case of an emergency. I knew right then that I'd found a company with integrity and kindness. These guys weren't trying to fleece me or nickel and dime me but instead, educated me.

Based on this, I asked them about another problem I was having and they knew exactly how to fix it. They explained the scope of the work involved, showed me the cost of the fix, and then sent me an estimate for the work before they even left my driveway. Burden lifted, anxiety lowered lol.

Kevin and Sam were on time, respectful, and just flat out good folk. The knowledge they have and share is just plumb crazy!

The techs are great. We had Kevin and Jese help help replace the leaking valves for my washer. They were professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything.

I called with a hot water tank leaking.
Plumb Crazy sent a technician to my home to give me an estimate.
$2500. dollars to replace the tank. I was shocked and asked why a 40 gallon tank cost so much ($1800. 00) the technician said that hot water tanks had doubled in price.
Other items such as a new pan, haul off old tank, cpvc connection to pan and more were marked up incredibly.
I checked prices at Home Depot and Locke. A 40 gallon Bradford White gas heater cost me $593.00. and that included taxes and free delivery. the pan was $13.00. 3 times the price quoted by the technician.
Unbelievable!
I would not recommend Plumb Crazy as an honest business.

Typically when I encounter a plumbing issue, I'm hesitant to call anyone because I'm afraid it will become an expensive solution.

This one was a multi-appliance backup on one branch of our plumbing line. When it's one appliance, I'll just snake it myself, but when it becomes a puzzle to solve, I call the experts in.

When I called Plumb Crazy, they were able to reserve a scheduled spot for the following day, but then ended up being able to squeeze me in on the day I called. They were here for about 30 minutes, solved the problem, charged me a very reasonable price compared to what I thought it was going to end up being, and then they were gone. Polite, professional, and got the job done without price-gouging--They'll be my go-to plumbers from now on.

Update and response to owner comment-
No other options were given. No invoice was created. All the 'licensed plumber' did was remove the vacuum breaker and tell my husband he had to check with his boss... several times. Unfortunately he was obviously not experienced enough to be on a call by himself. He never offered any options other than completely replacing the spigot. Locke Supply is 5 min from our home so your response is pathetic at best. Inferring that the customer has taken advantage of your service call is ludicrous. Your employee provided no service at all and all you want to do is find fault with the customer. I have no clue why you think ripping people off is good business practice but you should have someone else write your responses. I will call your office tomorrow so you can look up the service call.

Got an immediate appointment, that was great. They parked in my driveway so when I got home I wasn't able to pull in my driveway. The young man removed an old self draining vacuum breaker that we had on our spigot in the back yard. We pulled everything out of the way in case he needed to get under the house. After his 'evaluation' he determined it would be either $300+ or IF he needed to go under the house it would be $500+. That was way to expensive for us so we decided to wait on 'repairs'. He left the old vacuum breaker on the ground so we went to Locke Supply and bought one for less than $30. That was all that it needed. Not sure how that became such an expensive solution in his eyes. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of what was needed. Just because we have a nice home doesn't mean we're suckers.

I was very happy with their service & promptness to fix my issue. Communication was perfect, they sent a text message notifying me when the technician was on his way & went a step above sending his photo & name! Great service & very professional! Highly recommend.

Let me set the scene: we were supposed to fly to LA early Saturday morning, so we took the kids to my sister-in-law's and got them all settled. We came home, walked in, and heard what sounded like a river running under our house. Turns out, we had a slab leak. I spent my evening on the phone moving our flights, cancelling hotel rooms and dinner reservations.

After a bad experience with another plumber, we called Plumb Crazy. John Burdin showed up at 10A on a Saturday, looked around, and told us to go on our trip. On Tuesday, his leak detection guy came out (by not doing that on Saturday we saved a couple hundred dollars and I appreciated John for encouraging us to wait).

It was fixed on Wednesday. They had the code to our garage and our alarm the entire time we were gone, and took great care of everything. This meant we were able to keep 6 out of our 7 vacation days, and we came back to a house with water!

The other thing I really appreciated: this leak was under a huge hutch that was absolutely FULL of dishes, wine glasses, a bar, etc.
Since we were out of town by then, they carefully unloaded all the dishes, moved the entire piece for us, covered everything in plastic. I feel like that was above and beyond.

I'm also thankful to say our Allstate Insurance covered it!

Super fast and super reliable/ efficient. They know their stuff and are super friendly. Highly recommended!

So it's a Holiday weekend & our water heater has a line that is leaking. I called the company who installed it & who claim to have 24/7 service & they won't have a plumber available until tomorrow (hint ACS ).
Found Plumb Crazy Plumbing & Tim was here in about 30 minutes. He found the issue in 2 minutes.

They did not pay me to give a good review or fake one- worst owner and a real ripoff. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be take advantage of. Use a local plumber who actually comes and does the work, not some employee of the owner who has no knowledge of plumbing

We had a toilet not flushing properly. They showed up on time, provided good explanation of problem and estimate. That part was all fine. But they scratched the heck out of my toilet bowl with no warning. When we called to complain, he said that always happens. We've never had it happen before.  Also, they asked for a towel to get up the wet, but when I went in there after they left, it was a dirty mess. Again no warning. Also, they didn't ask where I might want them to put this dirty wet towel and rug, they just threw them in my clean bath tub. If they had asked what to do with them, I'd have taken the wet things to my laundry room. Long story short, the toilet flushes, but what a mess they left. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.

We recently bought a house in the area and one of our bathroom sinks was already mysteriously backing up. They were able to come out the same day we called and charged a very reasonable and fair price. Very happy we found them and would highly recommend if you're in the OKC/Edmond area. We will definitely call them for any future service needs.

Had a clog somewhere that caused water draining from the washing machine come out from the drain pipe by the water heater. Plumb Crazy (Kevin) was able to get out to the house by the afternoon to fix it at a fair price. There was no attempt to sell other services or any products. He also noticed that a water heater connector was completely off and that it was likely releasing carbon monoxide in the garage for quite some time. He reconnected it.

The company also sends a text with the full name and picture of the technician coming to your home. This is extremely helpful, especially for people who are more vulnerable. Thanks!

The fact is, plumbers are expensive! You pay for what you get and you get what you pay for. Plumb Crazy * always gives me what I pay for. He will quote you a price upfront and they honor that. Their technicians are professionals which means they know what they're doing and they're respectful

We used them this morning to repair a busted pipe. Scott was professional, efficient, and informative. He was clear about the cost before the work was done and was careful to do as little damage as possible when cutting out the sheet rock. The cost was not much more than I think we would've paid our regular plumber during Normal business hours. We will definitely use them again.

After battling with my home builder for months, I gave up on fixing our non-draining bathtub through our home warranty. It was so nice after dealing with so much nonsense to have a straightforward fix with fantastic customer service. FYI they drive out to Yukon.

My job is pretty intense, so it is hard to take off work. I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were very accommodating. I was worried that it was going to cost thousands to fix, but he was able to fix it with a snake for only $129. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. No complaints.

It's pathetic that the owner keeps posting comments to protect his business from getting bad reviews.
Your employee came out, gave us 2 options only. Replace the self draining vacuum breaker (29.00 piece) for 325.00 (5 minute job at best) or replace the spigot which entailed to crawl under the house (67.00 piece) for 550.00 (35-45 minute job at best).

I called Plumb Crazy because I was told they're fantastic. So I called Saturday to make an appointment for this coming Wednesday. That's pretty quick given the time of year, so far so good.

I told my neighbor who had used them recently on her house and her parents. She told me less than positive things regarding work quality and pricing. I found another company and called today to cancel the appointment so they could fill it with another sucker, oops, I mean customer. I spoke with Julie when I made the appointment two days ago. I spoke to Ashley today who told me that she didn't even show an appointment for my address and asked me if I was sure I had the right company. I told her I made the appointment with Julie. She confirmed that Julie works there and then said it looks like the appointment was already cancelled. I asked her how that was possible to go from not being on the schedule to already cancelled in a matter of moments, and she responded by telling me she didn't know but it was cancelled. What if I had really been counting on them to show up and help me? Maybe they should change their name to Plumb Dumb. That seems more fitting from my experience.

This company has done a great job on multiple projects for me over the last couple years. Most recently, Tim Park checked on my water pressure and got me up and running really well. Recommended.

Had a valve under the bathroom sink burst and flooded 2 rooms in my house, a total disaster. Turned off the water outside and called Plumb Crazy Plumbers to see if they could come out and fix or cap off the valve. They arrived at my house within 20 minutes and had the valve replaced in less than 20 minutes. Very nice, respectful and affordable plumbers. I recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbing for anyone needing a plumber.

I called late on a Tuesday and was offered an emergency same day visit or an appointment for the next day.  I chose the next day since it was just a bathtub not draining.  The tech that came out was SO nice and very respectful to my elderly mother who's house it was.  He used a camera to check the problem and cleared build up for $104.   I feel like that's super reasonable.

My technician with Kevin, and he was very punctual and professional. He brought an apprentice with him and they fixed my outdoor leaky hydrant that had been bothering me for MONTHS quickly (under an hour). They also gave me a multiple price options for different hydrants to choose. Additionally he showed me how to fix my kitchen sink which had sediment from this winter storms and was causing the low water pressure. He did not charge me for that service and showed me how to do it myself. I think that is a hallmark of a good plumber, one that will show you how to fix small issues, explain the issue, and not charge you extra for questions. As for the price it was about what I expected and for the quality I don't mind paying that. Expecting to have a skilled plumber work on your house for cheap is unreasonable - they have special training and offer an important service. I'm happy to use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

Also I appreciated that they texted me ahead of time that my technician was coming and a photo of him as well as his name from a safety aspect. It feels like Plumb Crazy goes the extra mile.

Our plumbing needed to be snaked called them to come out. They told us it would be $175. Then when he got to the house he couldn't find a back flow valve to snake. I asked him why he couldn't go through the vent on the roof. He told me that the equipment was too heavy and that I would need to go a different way through the main sewer. The equipment and cost would then cost me about $1700, instead of the $175.
- I would also liKe to mention that it was just me (female) and my young son here.

I told him I'm no longer interested in his business and that I would call someone else. Which I did. The new business came out got on the roof and a snaked through the vent like I requested before. Instead of trying to up-sell me. Plumbing is working great.

When purchasing a new home, my inspector recommended I have a plumber inspect for possible leaks. The water meter was indicating usage while everything should have been inactive.

My whole interaction with Plumb Crazy was great. From first contact to schedule an appointment to the inspection at the home, they were pleasant, prompt and even provided the inspection free of charge.

There were no major issues that needed to be repaired, so this review is purely based on the interaction for scheduling and the inspection. I'm glad they gave me a magnet to stick on the fridge for later. When I do have an issue in the future, they will be my first call!

I needed a plumber and these guys had good reviews so I gave them a call. I called them at 8:00 AM and they were at my house by 10:00. They fixed the problem super fast and charged an incredibly reasonable fee ($129 to fix a clog). I was actually really surprised has reasonable the price was. I will 100% use them again if I ever need a plumber (hopefully not).

Very professional and priced competitively. I was impressed with the ability to be seen quickly and the text to let me know when and who would be coming. The text included a picture of the plumber coming and information about his credentials. Highly recommend this company due to the excellent service we received.

My pipes frozen and they came out on the same day!  John, thawed the issue, gave me tips on how to prevent it, help with my crawl space door and showed me how to turn off my water in case of an emergency.  I am very happy with my experience with Plumb Crazy's Plumbers.  Also, when contacting them, I worked with Julie. She was very helpful, patient with my worries and questions and super nice.   Thank you all, I really appreciate it!

Had a blocked pipe. Guy came out and fixed it, no problem.

Next day: still had some leaking with our washing machine. Called again and they came out and fixed it pretty quickly ($500 seemed steep for the work they did, but we were in a bind.) All seemed fine.

The next day I go to use my shower and it won't work (Saturday.) So I called them and asked them to come out. They said they couldn't send someone until Monday, since we still had running water and it wasn't an emergency. That made me angry, as it shouldn't be up to them to decide that. Something that they did had caused our shower to stop working and they refused to fix it until after the weekend.

Anyway. The guys come Monday and fix it quickly and without charge (thank goodness.) I went in there several hours later and two times on my shower floor are torn up! I am livid! I don't know how he managed it and why he didn't tell me or offer to fix it! If he didn't notice, then Plumb Crazy employs some pretty careless people. I am just beyond angry. Now I can't use my shower until I get those tiles fixed.

This should have been an easy fix, and it has turned into a nightmare. I can't say this enough: go with another plumber!!!!

I needed a heater element replaced in my hot water heater. As you can imagine, I was concerned that a heater element would turn into a $1000 new water heater. But my fear was unfounded when both guys worked to get a very stuck element out and a new one installed.

All for the service fee of $129 (I had the element).

In the end, Brian was VERY thorough and what I thought was going to be an insurmountable problem was resolved by he and Kevin. They explained the entire process to me and the cost up front. This is an exceptional service company with exceptional staff. Thanks Brian and Kevin!

We have used Plumb Crazy twice and both times have had prompt service, great customer care and very reasonable. Tim Park was our service technician and was great! He was quick in clearing our lines and very professional. I also appreciated that prior to your service call, a photo of your technician is sent to you.  We will continue to use them!

Extremely expensive to replace a toilet flange that anchors to the subfloor and reset toilet! Charged $600 to do 20 mins of work. Won't call them again. Wanted a credit card on file before even coming out to look at the issue.

I'll start with saying I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and using them if I ever need to in the future. I called a few places before I decided on Plumb Crazy Plumbing. They met me at my house within 20 minutes of me calling. They told me they don't charge for coming out which was really nice. Once they checked everything out, they told me the steps they would take and how much it would cost before they started. If the first thing they tried didn't work, they let me know how much the second step would cost. Luckily they were able to fix it the first time and were done within 30 minutes. Brennan was very professional and helpful. It was a huge relief for me!

We called them and the same day they came out. The time frame they gave was like from 12 to 4 and he actually came earlier. So glad he did because we had an emergency situation! We had an awesome tech. He's been in the business for awhile and is very knowledgeable about his field. Shout out to Scott!! Really appreciate the professionalism and personal service. Plumb Crazy Plumbing is stellar! Kudos especially to Zach Crowell, who showed up, explained to me what he was doing each step of the way, and who saved the day! Plumb Crazy Plumbing came out after two other plumbers had come out. The first quoted me $3,000 worth of repairs! The second did some work replacing a pipe, and only charged me $600. However, they didn't clear the clog causing problems! So Plumb Crazy to the rescue: they cleared the clog, explained to me the condition of my pipes in the backyard, and made suggestions only when I asked what I should do next (rather than try to push unnecessary services on me!). If I need plumbing help ever again, Plumb Crazy will be the first call I make.

The work they did looks fine. They came out maybe an hour after I called them which was nice. They also were able to replace our hot water heater that same day they came out to give me an estimate. So all of that is great. Thank you for that.

Where they lost me was with the $60 charge to twist the shut off valves on our washer 180 degrees each (360 degrees total), unscrew the hoses, and move the washer a few feet to the side. Something that would've taken me 2 minutes to do. I know plumbers charge whatever they want but if you want repeat business I don't think charging someone $60 to move a washer out of the way so you can access the $1500 job I've already asked you to do is a good business strategy. Just move the washer, not that hard. Wasn't happy about that. Then to top it off the mess they made in my garage and along my driveway wasn't even attempted to be cleaned up. There was rusty water drug all through the garage where they also walked through it and spread it out in the garage even more. They didn't wipe up under neath the brand new washer that they so kindly (charged us to) moved out of the way before putting it back so now it's sitting on top of dried up rusty water with footprints all through it.  It wasn't even attempted to be wiped or swept up. Like come on, you make a mess especially at someone else's house you damn well better clean it up or at least make an attempt to clean it. They did neither.

I decided to let this company install the water heater because of all of the good reviews and I'm not sure if I just caught the dudes that did it on a lazy day or what, but I did not feel as though the mess they left and ridiculous $60 they charged me to move the washer four feet to the side warranted anything close to a five star review. I do appreciate the prompt services and from what I can see looks like good work.

Edit: dropped it down another star from 3 to 2 because now (the day after our water heater was installed) our water pressure is about half what it was prior to them coming out and installing the new hot water heater. I am not happy right now.

My brother is plumber but didnt have the tools to clear the line so i called Plumb Crazy. Brian Owen and his apprentice showed up in the time frame I was told. I was given a time frame of 9 to 12pm. He showed up at 1030. I did receive a call 30 min before to let me know they were on there way and a email with picture of tech coming. This is great for not having to wait around and letting me have a little ease of who i am looking for. Brian explained the cost and there was no hidden fees. He was professional, courtesy and quick. We had are line snaked price was 139.00 for first 75ft. And that was price of bill.

We had our garbage disposal replaced and we couldn't be more pleased. The price we were charged was beyond reasonable. Our technician Hector was prompt, very professional and courteous.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality plumbing work.

We have used Plump Crazy Plumbing several times and they have done a wonderful job. They were very polite and reasonable. They kept us informed on everything they were doing. We have used them for a very difficult job a busted  pipe under our floor in several places. They did the repairs as soon as possible. We have also used them for minor jobs. Replacing faucets in a bathroom and kitchen. We recommend them to anyone that need pluming needs.

I had Zach come out and complete a laundry list of fixes we needed done. My husband and I moved in to our new house this weekend, so there was a variety of items that needed attention quickly. Zach took the time to explain every item, every fix with me because I didn't really understand the lingo. He found things wrong with another quote I had gotten and told us we didn't need all the repairs the other plumber had told us about.

He did great! Did work on sinks, our roof with plumbing jacks, snaking drains in the backyard, water heater fixes- will highly recommend!

Super friendly, quick and efficient guys. Very reasonable rates too. Would (and already have) definitely recommend!

I've used them for commercial plumbing needs for years. They are always nice and fix the problem efficiently. Most of the time they say they aren't able to make it out the same day if they're busy, but even then they manage to make it out the same day anyway. Under promise and over deliver. I won't call anyone else in OKC for plumbing needs.

Update: I had to bring Scott out again for a different issue at my house.  FAST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXCELLENT! Thanks again Plumb Crazy!

Zack Crowell our Plummer was excellent. He diagnosed our problem quickly  and fixed it in record time at a fair price.I give him the strongest possible recommendation.

We recently discovered we had a slab leak and called plum crazy plumbing. They did an amazing job. Tim and Kevin were so professional and they worked until everything was running perfectly and even after lots of unexpected difficulties. I will call plumb crazy plumbing anytime I have any plumbing issues because they were so dependable, professional, efficient, and also very competitively priced!!

These guys did a great job! I had a pipe backup and it flooded both my downstairs bathrooms. Plumb Crazy came out to my house early today and cleared the line. They explained to me all of the possible issues there could be with the line and made sure I understood what they were doing at all times. I'm very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Plumb Crazy!

The never disappoint and go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. I am a very particular consumer and expect a high level of professionalism and expertise for my money. I use this company for business and for my residence. They are upfront and reasonable with their fees. They are always on time, which I find rare with many contractors today. Scott was extremely helpful and straightforward with my sink issue. He diagnosed the issue and fix it quickly as well as gave me a fair quote on a possible fix in the future.

I was out of town and needed immediate plumbing help for a family member.  I contacted plumb crazy and they were Abe to resolve the problem by the end of the day.  I was able to compete the entire transaction over the phone.  They were great.  Highly recommend!

Scott and Kevin came in the same day of the call-in. Have a clogged bathtub and bathroom sink. Total cost is 119 including taxes. Work was done within sixty minutes. They knew what they were doing and explained what caused the issue, and how I could prevent it in the future. I waited a week to write this review so I feel comfortable giving them a solid rating. I called around and all other places wanted to charge at least 200 for the same work. I will surely be using them next time.

I've used this company on several occasions since moving into my older late 50's built house. Superb service! Always friendly and very professional! Today James and Brandon were the techs that came out and they continued with the excellent service I've received from Plumb Crazy Plumbing in the past. Great guys! Great company! And prices seem pretty reasonable every time I've used them.

Great Job Today. I had serious issues going on with my plumbing in my house. I called plum crazy and schedule the plumber to be out the next day -they call before they came which is fabulous to make sure your home. Paul M did an excellent job assessing the leak and repairing it quickly. He is fast and efficient and very knowledgeable about his job. I had water running down an interior wall making my carpet in my master bedroom wet. I will definitely call again and trust Paul completely.

These were some hard working guys!  The scheduling was great, the guys were on time and performed every task adequately.  Thanks! Will see you next time

Had a suspected slab leak and made an appointment with Plumb Crazy for the following afternoon but, when the problem grew worse overnight, I called Plumb Crazy and Jennifer back that morning and Brian was here within 30 minutes. Brian was quick, efficient and friendly, Told me everything he needed to do, what he needed to do it and how much it would cost. He got the problem fixed fast and I was reminded once again why I trust Plumb Crazy to take care of the plumbing not only my home, but at my rental unit and at my parents' house too.

I am very thankful for Wade from Plumb Crazy!  He saved me from spending $6k with another plumber. I had a clog in my sewer line and my first plumber told me i needed to replace the whole sewer line and all these other lies. When Wade came out he fixed the problem for $228.  I will definitely be using them in the future!

These guys are THE BEST!  Got same day service (yay) on lack of hot water....had a crack in my 10 year old water heater (boo). The service technicians JAMES and BRENNAN, could not have been any more professional or pleasant on a bitterly cold day when replacing my water heater.  They went over my (limited) options (low, moderate, high) and advised me cost/use benefits of each.  The work was done quickly after securing the appropriate size heater (they drove to find right size diff city) and went the extra mile to clean up the water damage they discovered best they could and their work area.  Arranged for inspection (passed in minutes) and also urged me to contact them should I have any problems or questions. Totally impressed and kept business card should I (or friends or family) need a reliable and professional plumber in the future.  I'm totally pleased with my experience.

I called Plumb Crazy and spoke with Julie who was very nice and said someone would be there between 12 and 4.  About 30 minutes later Julie called and said that Zach and Brennan were on their way. I also received an email confirming my appointment with Zach's picture. I appreciated that! Then you know who will be working inside your home. Zach and Brennan were able to repair the running and broken toilet and were courteous and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use Plumb Crazy again!

I called Saturday morning for a blockage in the sewer line.  We had a pretty good idea where it was at. Scott came out in about an hour and had the line opened in about 30 minutes. Super fast service and reasonable. I'd totally use them again.

I had a plumbing emergency caused by another plumber who refused to fix it. I called Plumb Crazy and they were out almost immediately to resolve my issue. Did a great job.

We are so pleased with the service provided by Scott from Plumb Crazy.  We had several issues going on with our plumbing, and Scott knew how to repair each problem.  He explained each repair--what would be involved and the cost for parts and labor. He worked quickly but completed everything with great skill.  I hope we don't have plumbing repairs in the near future, but if we do, we'll call Plumb Crazy!

Had Plumb Crazy come out to snake a basement drain. James and Brennan were so knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything prior to doing it, described the issue and remedy to me, as well as gave me some recommendations for upkeep in the future. Will definitely be calling Plumb Crazy for all of my plumbing needs.

VERY disappointed. Plumber  needed help managing simplest fixes. When I called the main office to get the plumber back to finish job he had started, they never called back. Have had to hire another plumber to fix/finish work Plumb Crazy started. I thought the name was funny. Apparently you have to be Plumb Crazy to go with them.

Called PlumbCrazy to fix a slow drain. Of course the drain was running slow after I came home from work and they were out in a couple hours. Fixed the drain for a reasonable price. I would call them again for any issues and refer them to my friends and family.
