Our kitchen sink was clogged after I made a big family meal. After several attempts to fix it ourselves, we called in the experts. Jason came out the same day, which was a miracle because apparently the holiday season is prime time for clogged sinks and other plumbing issues.

Thankfully, Jason had the tools needed to clear our clog and recovered that missing bottle cap I lost a few weeks earlier. Also, I learned that you shouldn't pour grease down the drain, even if you use really hot water and soap. You'll get funny looks when you admit this, so just pretend you have no idea how the grease from beef short ribs got into your pipes.

I have a terrible home warranty who hired this scamming company to fix a leak in my shower and they came to fix it after it took a week to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment, the plumber said they needed to order a part that would arrive at 5pm on that Thursday the day of the appointment, and the owner would call to come by Friday to put it on! This was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing! They just came by because I paid a service call fee and they had to but they obviously did not intend to do any work! This company is DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL and I am glad they did not do any work as who knows what they would have messed up for extra money! I called Red Beard Plumbing and they fixed it that day! Call Red Beard Plumbing if you want an honest professional plumbing company who won't jet away with your hard earned money!

Need a plumber for my elderly mother and also a water heater replaced. It was during the freeze so all plumbers that chose to work were covered up. But Jet worked us in got us up and running and were kind a patient with my mother.

Went through home owners insurance for a clogged kitchen sink. First visit, the guy had his snake machine being repaired and requested another crew to come out. Second crew came out a week after and still didn't get it unclogged, could only go 25 feet with the snake. Requested through insurance for pipe vent to be moved, that got denied by insurance and never received a call to let me know. I had to contact insurance to learn of it. Called their number multiple times and got voicemail each time. Had Bob Usry & Sons come out, same day I called, and was able to get sink unclogged on first visit. Had kitchen sink and dishwasher out of us for a month at this point.

Gave did a great job fixing my plumbing issues around my house. I highly recommend Jet plumbing services

We went through our home warranty company to fix our shower. A tech from Jet plumbing came out twice to fix one issue and to inspect a second issue. Our warranty company did not approve our claim but we chose to use Jet Plumbing to fix the problem anyway because of our experience with Jet. The technicians were helpful and professional.

Andrew from Jet Plumbing came to our home, arriving promptly. I appreciated the call he was on the way. Andrew repaired leaking faucets in our bathtub very quickly. He was cordial and efficient, and made a positive impression for Jet Plumbing

I had to have them come twice because the first time he didn't fix the issue. The 2nd time I was told someone was coming, no one did. I didn't get a call or anything and wasted a day off of work to wait for them. Finally when they came the next day, still didn't fix the issue. He didn't even look at the pipe where water was leaking from. He was gone for about 3 minutes when I called and he refused to come back and look at the pipe that was leaking water. The same guy came both times, and was VERY rude both times. Based off the attitude alone I wouldn't recommend. I had another company come out and he actually took the time that was needed to fix the issue, where as the man working for Jet Plumbing did not.

They came out three different times to get our water heater fixed since it was under a home warranty.  He was personable and professional.  I will always prefer to hire a veteran when I can.  He called ahead to let us know he was on his way.  He came when he promised.  Got the job done quickly and didn't leave a mess at all.  If we need any plumbing work done I will be sure to give them a call.

Jet was assigned to me through my home warranty, but I continued to use them even after the home warranty was gone. They have helped me out of some MAJOR issues and have always been fair with pricing. Slab leak, sewer line collapse, busted toilet....you name it and my 1967 home has probably had it. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone!

Our home warranty assigned us Jet Plumbing to fix a persistent leak we had in our new home.  The guys called us early on Monday morning to let us know their first time available was from 4-7 and it might be closer to 7 before they got here.  I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived at 5 and quickly found the problem; a slab leak.  Not something you want to here when you've been in your home 3 weeks.  The guys told me they could fix it that night but it would be a late night.  We agreed and they got to work.  They worked fast, they worked hard and stayed here until after midnight.  I had no idea that plumbers would stay that late for a job.  They were extremely professional but very honest about the extent of our plumbing problems and were fair in price (home warranty didn't cover it!).  

We will most definitely use Jet Plumbing again.  Hands down, the best plumbing experience we've had in the 8 years we've lived in the OKC area.

Jett was hired through home warranty but I will continue to use and recommend them. Joe is professional and very helpful. You can tell he actually cares about the customer and not just the $$$. If I could rate them even higher I would!

Our home warranty gave us their number to repair our water heater. We needed someone asap. Home warranty couldn't get through to them. Went straight to voice mail. We tried contacting them and went straight to voicemail. This was a Thursday. Home warranty said they have 24 hours to get back with us. They never did. It delayed us from replacing our water heater through the weekend.

Very surprised at these 5 star feedbacks.  We also had these people via our home warranty, but we were so displeased and disgusted.  Poor work, a lot of excuses, and insults when we complained.  Be very careful.  I found one of them back in the bedroom where there was no plumbing.

Was told they would replace my faucet and have called and asked when they could. They tell me they would call me back and still no answer. Have called 3 times and left a message but still no response. So unprofessional to ignore a customer.

We too were referred to Jet because of our warranty, but having just had them in my home to repair a challenging slab leak, I couldn't begin to recommend them enough. They were fantastic, professional and  treated my home and children with kindness. Andrew explained everything to me and they worked hard to get our problem solved despite our home bring located outside of their normal area. We can't say thank you enough! They are a great business that truly understands the value of customer service. We appreciate it!

Called to come snake my drain pipe in the back yard around 7:30 pm. Within an hour from the time I called they were here, fixed the issue and gone. Joe even showed me how I could fix the problem myself if it happened again! If we ever have any plumbing issues Joe with Jet Plumbing will be my first call!

Great customer service!! Quick response and repair.  Would recommend to anyone!  Joe was great and very knowledgeable.  Andrew and Joe explained everything so I could understand.  They know their stuff!

I used this company over five times already. They always show up when they said they will. They give me very realistic time frame for the service as well. They always explain to me the options that I have. Very good communicator. I have a warranty and they very good at filing the expenses for the warranty company to pay.

The plumber showed up and was rude from the start, asking what I broke and what the result was. He then proceeded to knock a hole in my wall, say a pipe busted and that he couldn't fix the pipe OR the hole and left. I now have a huge hole in my wall and he said for him to fix the pipe I'd basically have to demo my bathroom and reconfigure it, which I know is not the case because I remodel homes for a living. Worst service call I've ever experienced.

Jet Plumbing came out with my home warranty company service call and they looked at a pipe and said they had to call because the valve was broken and the pipe was leaking. I have the Premium Package with First American Home Buyers Protection and he told them it was preexisting because the pipe and valve were old. My house was built in 1953 of course its old.  The pipe to the fridge broke during my move in and the valve broke when trying to turn off the water to stop the leak. Needless to say due to their assumptions and lack of consideration I spent 5 hours working with my warranty company just to have someone else come out and look to see if it was preexisting tomorrow.

I made a claim with my home warranty and they sent Jet Plumbing out to look at the problem.  The guy was late and when he got there he was only there for maybe 15 minutes and said that my whole sewer line needed to be replaced because the roots were so bad.  He also said he couldnt even get his snake far in the sewer line cause it was so bad.  I believed him and he told me it would be about 2k-4k dollars to fix.  When they gave me the final estimate it was $6k and thats because the guy told me he couldnt get his camera down there to see what the problem was.  Needless to say I thought this was fishy so I called another plumber to come out and he fixed my problem for $228.  All that needed to be done was to have a snake put all the way in the sewer line and he unclogged it and he was able to put the snake in the whole way with no problem, I was there as he was doing it.  Be very careful about using Jet Plumbing especially if you go through your home warranty.

I'm so disappointed with this business.  They were supposed to replace the tank on my toilet.  The plumber who came out to my house said they would order it and call me and set up an appointment to come back out and install it.  After waiting for a call I never received I called them back and setup an appointment.  I took the afternoon off work, called to make sure they were still coming between 1 and 4 and waited.  I waited until 4:30 thinking the plumber got tied up somewhere and was running late.  The man I talked to-Brad-I think said he would find out and call me back.  He didn't.  I tried calling back at 4:45 and no one would answer the phone.  If they don't want to do the work or don't want the business I wish they had told me straight up.  Made me angry that I took an afternoon off work and got stood up.  Not dependable!!
