HISTORY

Established in 2004.
Natural Concepts started with our family dedicated to helping yours. We never set out to become a large bureaucratic business. It was meant to be completely loyal and customer friendly now and forever. Over the course of 10 years we have grown very slowly but retained a great customers due to our fast , friendly and prompt service.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Thomas grew up enjoying the outdoors and all its beauty.. Over time in his early twenties he realized nature in all its beauty could use some help from time to time in order to enhance it. Thomas has extensive knowledge and education in agriculture and business and has combined the two to create a force for good in the field of outoor enhancements. In 2004 he started Natural concepts and continues to this day to improve the properties of middle Tennessee..

I will warn everybody I know to stay away from using this company for a patio installation. After redoing part of this patio twice, it is still not level. The stones are loose and a trip hazard. Broken stones were installed in the patio. They replaced one but broke another one which has still not been replaced a month later. They used cinder blocks to make a retaining wall and tried to tell me it would be smooth and it would not be obvious it was cinder blocks. However, they cut one so that the hole is in the side of the wall. They have done nothing to fix anything as they said they would. When I told Gary, the owner, how unhappy I was with everything, he was genuinely shocked and acted like it was just my opinion. He said anybody else that saw it would think it was a great job. They wanted payment before they were finished and still owe me a refund for overpayment. I've paid them thousands of dollars but will also have to pay somebody else to fix all of their mistakes.
