When it was time to upgrade our historic home's electrical system, we're so glad we called Mark Bandy. While he's a one man shop, his 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential electrical makes him fast and efficient. He knows historic homes especially well too. Hi All, if you are looking for an experienced electrician I highly Recommend Mark Bandy. Mark installed under cabinet lighting in my kitchen and did an amazing job. Mark will tell you what supplies you need to grab from Lowe's or Home Depot and schedule a time for the job. He was very polite and friendly to chat with while he was working on the job but make no mistake, he had his eye on the ball and did wonderful wiring work. I'm so pleased with the end result and highly recommend him for ANY electrical needs you have on hand.

Mark Bandy is an incredible electrician, and all-around nice guy. I have hired him twice for two residential electrical jobs, and he did excellent work. He was straight-forward and honest with his quotes, and did exactly what he said he would. I could tell that he took his time and did the job right the first time, and takes pride in his work. I appreciated that he also explained to me so I understood exactly what he was doing. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his work!

Here's a perfect example of the kind of guy he is... this weekend I was drilling a hole to hang some art in my living room and I accidentally hit electrical and my overhead lights went out. I was convinced I drilled through the wire. I called Mark the next morning and he said, sounds to me like you may have shorted out the dimmer switches, try replacing those. He could have easily said, let me come out and look at it (and collected a trip fee) just to tell me the same thing, then charged me cash to replace them. But instead he shared that tip, and I was able to replace them myself and that fixed the issue. He's a good man, that wants to do the right thing for the customer, not just make a quick buck.

Mr Bandy is absolutely fantastic. He has great attention to detail and makes sure he does everything correctly. He's reliable, efficient, kind, and easy to work with. He explains his process in layman's terms (which I appreciate! Ha) and he charges a fair price. I cannot recommend him enough!!

We had Mark do a bunch of small jobs for us (hanging new light switches, adding outside outlets, replacing some outlets in the house). He was prompt in responding, did great work, and seemed extremely knowledgable. He's also reasonably priced. We're going to have him come back to do a bigger rewiring job in the near future. Highly recommended.

I'm a landlord.  It's the middle of the big January snowstorm, I'm snowed in at work, and my new tenant is calling me with alarming stories about weird electrical problems all throughout his unit.  I call Mr. Bandy who not only offers to drive in the snow to check things out, but calls the tenant and reassures him to the point that a visit isn't needed, and refuses to accept my offer of payment for skillful management of this problem.  And that kind of service is why I'm a long-term customer and raving fan.  Stop reading reviews.  Just call him.  You'll be glad you did.

Mark Bandy was super responsive and got out to our house shortly after contacting him. He was thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done and all our options. He's clearly been doing this for a while and is knowledgeable as well as just an all around nice guy! I will be using him again in the future as electric needs arise.

Treats you like family, and is fun to work with. He rewired my basement and fixed a lot of issues that were problematic for safety.

I've used Mark at least 5-6 times and have had a great experience each time. He's quick, timely, and does the job right. Good for everything from small jobs like a switch install or lighting to larger jobs, like wiring an entire house.

Won't have anyone else work on the electrical in my home! Mark Bandy is prepared, thorough and trustworthy. He will never leave you or your home in an unsafe condition ..sad to say too many people/ companies out there today are fine with doing lazy, sloppy, hazardous work..

We are so pleased with Mark Bandy and the wonderful job he did installing new wiring in our 1960 home to allow a new outdoor flood light as well as some new outlets. He suggested we get a flood light with a ring camera and I'm so glad he did. Very professional, reasonably priced and kind. Look no further for your electrician!
