Larry is an energetice character! Very personable, and friendly. Gates can take a loooong time to create, but who wants cookie cutter? I LOVE my gates, even if they took a few months to get.  Larry put up with my picky requests with a smile on his face and told me that he would want things perfect too. Just a very nice transaction all around. The gates are oil rubbed bronze and perfect against the backdrop of the mountain views! The fabricated wood will last for a long time, and the metal gates are strong and sturdy, and beautiful. Thanks Larry!

Buzz and Miguel did the install on three doors and they were both very professional and courteous.  I have been in the military for the last 25 years and I have an eye for detail, both these gentlemen performed their work with attention to detail and ensured the install was done professionally and accurately/efficiently. The doors were top quality and I couldn't be more happier!

Made a phone call regarding a malfunctioning garage door. Service man came within 2 hours, explained the problem, the solution, and did the fix on the spot. Pricing was very reasonable and did not try to sell me more than I needed.  No issues and would recommend to all.

Buyer beware on this company.  They over promise and under deliver.  We love the enclosure (door with sidelights), but the installation crew is pretty untrained.  Our problems however may have started with our salesman in that he said we would not have much of a gap between the frame and the walls.  The gap turned out to be nearly one inch all the way around!  Had to hire an experienced painter to fill in with rope foam, caulk it, and then paint it.  The painter did a spectacular job, but I don't think we should have had this problem -- probably a mismeasurement by the salesman.  The installation crew did not want to go out of their way to clean the door and didn't want to modify the door sweep on the bottom which stuck out from the frame -- they finally did it after I continued to complain.  One edge at the bottom showed exposed metal and, again, I had to ask them to do touch up.  Nothing was done willingly by this crew!  Let's be clear:  The enclosure is beautiful (it cost over $3,000), but going through the installation was very difficult.  If you use them, make sure you go through everything with them, especially the gaps you may be left with to repair on your own!

Great job. Ordered the gate on Friday picked it up on Monday. Customer service was great. I install at my customer and he is very happy with the fence. Will definite use again.

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! We got estimates from three different pool fence companies but ultimately decided to go with this one. They weren't cheaper but oftentimes you get what you pay for and this is not something you want to skimp out on. Leonard provided great customer service and was speedy in getting us scheduled for both the estimate and installation. The workers who installed the fence did a great job. Plus rather than being contracted employees they are actually employed by the company. They really know and believe in the product and customer service experience.

You can get a 10% discount for paying cash. We were also able to get a very small group discount for scheduling our installation at the same as another neighbor.  

I also recommend putting an alarm on the pool gate. It only costs $10-15 at any home store and having that extra alert system can give you more peace of mind and provide an extra step of safety.

Our pool fence looks great and we actually like the way it makes our backyard look more than before because it separates our different spaces well. Plus now we can relax and enjoy our backyard more knowing our little one is safer in the backyard.

After being blown off and refunded by the company we originally planned to use we switched to Protect-A-Child. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not only was their price competitive (half of what we planned to pay) but service is EXCELLENT! We had a piece of one of our locks fall off and they immediately sent someone out to replace it.

Juan and team were wonderful. They showed up quickly to give me a quote on a custom gate. Within a week they installed it. They got the work done in a day and actually worked into the evening to get it completed. Juan suggested some changes to my plan that improved the end result. The gate is so nice! I would definitely use Sereno Custom Fence & Gate next time I need fencing.

I gave Gary a call and the next day he was at my house. He put together a design for my walk through gate that was fantastic. The price was the same as a cheaper standard gate at other places that I checked. Its like a piece of art. It took about a month to fabricate, but I was not in a hurry. I would recommend his company. Easy to work with.
