Best Lawn Pest Control in Phoenix AZ

Troy is very communicative, patient, and reliable. I needed a contractor who would wait for the landscaping work to start until I got competing quotes and my neighbor's approval. Although Troy offered to do the job on the same day as giving me the estimate, he listened to me and waited till I gave him the okay. After I got my neighbor's approval, I was able to schedule an appointment at a good time.  He and his team did a great job with my yard work (weeds removed and sprayed) and my neighbor's tree removal and tree trimming. I'll definitely ask him to give me future estimates and work.

Got several quotes for yard cleanup and these guys were the only ones that offered to come out in person. Came next day exactly when promised. Quoted us the lowest price and was able to do the work only 2 days later. They showed up right on time and worked incredibly hard to get both our front and back yards cleaned up and weeded. Very thorough job. Would absolutely use them again.

Was quick to respond and luckily had a quick opening to get me in, also did a great job cleaning up the yard!

I'm giving JB Yard Maintenance five stars because I can't give them six or seven. Hard hard-working guy. Super responsive. Showed up early. And worked hard the entire time. 100% I recommend Jerry from JB Yard Maintenance!  I was super thrilled with the job. I had a ton of weeds in my desert landscape yard left over from all the rain. He came in he had a plan and he crushed it! I'm going to have them back. Get them to do my backyard and then try to maybe see if I can set up a monthly maintenance plan.
