Best Tile Installation in Phoenix AZ

The AC unit in my guest space had went out overnight and it was set to be 113 the following day. I researched the best handymen in my zip code, called a few, however they would not be able to come out for a few days. This was an immediate need and I found Gary. He answered his phone, had to wrap up a few jobs and said he could be over by 10-11 that morning (This was 730am that same day).

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new AC unit and selected one that did not fit the space. Gary measured, and then went with me back to Home Depot to ensure that I got the correct size.

Gary was patient, and did an excellent job. Even with my mishaps he was finished within 2.5 hours and had the space cooling down before he was completely finished. I would recommend Gary to anyone that needs any type of work on their home.

Luis was great. Showed up and got the job done for us. We'll definitely use him again.

Arizona Maintenance Service was AWESOME!! John S. came do some work for us and was very personal and knowledgable about many subjects and on his job. Very friendly and upbeat. Made a very comfortable impression. We will definitely call on him again if we need anything done!

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

I had a number of tedious drywall and stucco repairs to complete, both inside the home and externally - and Scott was awesome!  He responded quickly, came out with short notice, and repaired everything at a reasonable price.  He's professional, hard-working and a genuinely nice person - a hard combination to find these days.  Kudos to Scott and AMS Handyman Services for delivering above and beyond my expectations. this review is not about work quality. I had Marty out to look at installing two doors. He gave me a price which was much better than a previous bid. Was going to schedule with him, but got interrupted by a family death. When I returned home a neighbor gave me the name of someone she had used. I called Marty & told him I was getting another bid. He assumed (maybe understandably) that the business was his & got angry "oh, now you're going to give it to someone else if he's cheaper?". Said he was no longer interested in my business. VERY unprofessional in my opinion.

This company was recommended by a colleague. We were pleasantly surprised. The handyman responded to my call in a timely manner and made us feel like getting our jobs done mattered. We had some urgency do to a social function at the house later in the week. He came over early within a couple of days with an attached trailer to his truck. It had everything already in it so he didn't have to make a ton of trips to the hardware store. He did quality work and had an extensive list of jobs done around our house before the party later that day. We highly recommend this company.

On time, very knowledgeable and no job is too small or too large. Nordstrom level of customer service. And my dogs love him too.

This was my 1st time using Handyman Xtreme and I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs some repairs done in their home. I was not in my house a the time when I needed their services for the repair under my kitchen sink. All of their staff was so professional and took care of my under sink issue with no problem. During the whole process let me know what was going to take place and when. After the repair was complete they sent me a lot of photos to show the completed repair and called to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. Nate and his father Eric completed a list of 12 items at one house, and five items at a second house. I left them alone to complete their work and it was all done correctly the first time. In addition, they brought their own toolsAnd purchased additional items that were needed. But what really blew me away was that they actually cleaned up after themselves! they completed everything from drywall repair to hanging curtain rods. They completed the work quickly and were very professional. One of them is coming back again this Saturday. I have worked with several handymen before, and you will hit the jackpot if you hire these people.

Axel came to my home and helped replace 3 old faucets. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and did quality work. I would highly recommend his services and plan on calling him for future projects.

I'm so happy I found Shawn of Fixing Spaces!  This guy knows his stuff. We originally had him out to hang some pictures and mirrors, but he works so fast and well that we looked around and found other things for him to do.  He adjusted a few of our doors that were wonky and caulked around a bathroom sink that the original installer made a mess of.  Shawn is super professional, bringing drop cloths to put his tools on to protect your floors and furniture.  And I love that he's a perfectionist who believes things should be done right instead of the easy way. I was happy that he brings a lot of supplies on his truck so he's fully prepared to work. He answered a lot of our questions and made suggestions for things he could do on future visits to improve our home. He even gave us advice about taking care of our a/c units!  If you've got a long to-do list, don't put off calling Shawn of Fixing Spaces because he's the best!

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
