I had high hopes to work with Troy. He called right away after I called to set up an appointment. He came by to look at my job and said it was pretty straightforward He then said he would get back with me on a quote. After a week and multiple text messages asking for a quote he never got back to me.

Just had bonded and licensed electricians out to determine why there are issues with everything Eddie touched.

Found fire hazards, shock hazards, complete disregard for any and all electrical codes.

I am horrified.

Gilbert came out to do a job and was very polite and professional. After the project we had a minor issue so I contacted the company and they came back out to take care of it with no questions asked. Would definitely use them again.

Clayton is timely, responsible and hard working. He did an excellent job helping with various repairs around my house including painting, drywall repair, grout, etc. He clearly cares about doing the job right and I will hire him again in the future.

We have used Fix It Floyd several times. They came out to hang bistro lights in our back yard yesterday. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. They are very reasonable on price and the quality of their work is top notch.

Super happy with Ron and Sam coming to my rescue to replace a corroded faucet for the washing machine. Super polite and professional, Sam even cleaned the floor under the washer when he moved it! Will call them again for other repairs and maintenance.

Amazing!!! I will use them for everything! I literally just put in a request for a quote on Saturday afternoon for a broken kitchen drawer and within 10 minutes I got a text asking for a picture and appointment was booked, the owner came out and did the repair. Literally the best experience! And so fairly priced.

Quick response and came prepared to resolve the issue. Reasonable prices.  Would use again.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Jason helped me out big time.  I came home on a Friday to discover that my garage door wasn't closing and was so crooked it was bending the track that the wheels ran along.  Jason and I had just finished talking about how he could help a client of mine and he came highly recommended by someone who has regularly connected me with great people, so I figured I would give him a try.  Jason proceeded to come over at 8 pm on a Friday night to fix my original problem then follow that up with a 7:30 am start to replace my garage door opener on Saturday morning.  Jason was professional, affordable, and most impressive he dropped what he was doing to come and help me so I wouldn't have to miss valuable time during the work week.  Thanks again for all of your help Jason.

I hired House Doctors for a few small jobs around my newly purchased home as well as a larger tiling job. I was amazed with the speed in which all the jobs were completed as well as the professionalism of the entire crew. The jobs were completed to my complete satisfaction.  I know that I will call them again and again.

Best experience I have ever had with getting a handyman. Responsive and fair price! Especially great for someone who has rental properties because you'll get updates regularly during the visit and you can pay online. I definitely recommend the company to everyone.

Billie is a great person and hard worker! She has been painting for us for several years. We recently bought a new house and she did an excellent job on all of our "many projects".  Stayed within our budget and timeline.

This guy broke our shower door when he was supposed to be fixing it. I was lucky enough to have the company send me a new one under warranty as Bob claimed it was fractured. Now we believe he was just trying to get the liability off of himself. Agreed to come back as soon as we got the new door to install. Now he refuses and tries to blame me for helping him while he was trying to install the shower door. We have used him before this and didn't have a problem but it doesn't take long for some people to show their true colors. I wouldn't recommend this person. When something went wrong he didn't honor his word nor take any accountability. Too many other choices. We are not bitter people we just don't like others who are totally disingenuous and take advantage of others like dis to my wife and I.

NO INTEGRITY, DO NOT TRUST THIS "ARMY RESERVE" handyman.

We contacted Jesse to help us replace the door jamb after forced entry by EMS due to an emergency.

He took about 8 hours to do a decent job (or so we thought) and the service didn't include painting the strip of wood.

Days later, the jamb split from a weak point(as seen in the pictures) from over-chiseling the deadbolt and thinking caulk patch would hold..

Mind you at this point our door lock would no longer close as the plate could no longer stay in place.

So we contacted him giving the opportunity to make it right and he was keen to respond that he would be there the next day.

Next day came around and he let us know that he would not be available for the next week due to other commitments.

Monday - unresponsive

Tuesday - called us rude after asking him to have some integrity to  own up to the mistake and said it was not in his priority to come do it for free, immediately blocked our number.
