Best Water Heater Installation In in Phoenix AZ

I had an emergency drywall repair that was approximately 5'x 8' and Response Crew had a guy at my house within a day and was able to replace the drywall, cut the drywall so it would fit with the pipes from the wall, taped and textured the job.  Once it was complete, you couldn't even tell that there was a gaping hole there only a couple hours earlier. I also will be coming back to them for other services.

The AC unit in my guest space had went out overnight and it was set to be 113 the following day. I researched the best handymen in my zip code, called a few, however they would not be able to come out for a few days. This was an immediate need and I found Gary. He answered his phone, had to wrap up a few jobs and said he could be over by 10-11 that morning (This was 730am that same day).

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new AC unit and selected one that did not fit the space. Gary measured, and then went with me back to Home Depot to ensure that I got the correct size.

Gary was patient, and did an excellent job. Even with my mishaps he was finished within 2.5 hours and had the space cooling down before he was completely finished. I would recommend Gary to anyone that needs any type of work on their home.

I would be remiss not to mention that the dog door required Mike to HAND CHISEL away block wall, which he did with a smile. I also didn't purchase all of the appropriate parts (classic), and he happily left mid-project to go to Lowes down the street.
Arguably even better than the great job he did, he's a dog lover. I have three, and they're not docile which means anytime I have strangers in the house I have to worry about whether or not they person is going to be timid or the dogs are going to cause an issue. Mike is so easy going.

As with other reviewers, I have texted Mike to schedule, and he's responsive with easy booking.

Matty replied quickly and was able to come help us repair a warped cabinet due to a leak. He was nice, and helpful. He took the time to make sure the new fixture had support and was sealed with a waterproofing material. Prior to us booking him, I checked out his numerous positive reviews on Home Advisor as well. Doug is everything you look for in a small business owner. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and was very up front about stating that he wanted to see the work before quoting a price - that alone set him apart from all other businesses I reached out to for our work. During the quote visit, Doug not only looked at the security door I needed his help in removing, but he also gave some great advice on how to make the patching work we were doing on drywall holes look better. I had a huge piece of stucco that ran all the way along the front side of my house that started to fall down. Dror was very responsive to my messages and came out very quick to assess the damage and provide a quote. His rates were very competitive with the other quotes I received. Once I hired him, he kept in communication with about the timelines for the work to be done.

A very nice guy came out to give us a quote on replacing an electric water heater but admitted that he's not installed a residential heater only commercial. I already had 2 quotes from other companies who gave me a written invoice noting certain things would need to be replaced. Those items identified were not identified by this gentleman and I did not feel that confident in hiring him. He advised she was license but not bonded. But the company was extremely receptive in coming out timely so I must give them kudos for that

We have used Fix It Floyd several times. They came out to hang bistro lights in our back yard yesterday. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. They are very reasonable on price and the quality of their work is top notch.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Crew of two were very quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with we had a bathroom mirror that needed to be installed into our tile wall. They were patient when we were trying to figure out the best position. They were also very courteous as we don't allow shoes inside the home and he had no problems following through with our request. Highly recommended!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things, Kurt first responded to my quote request within minutes asking for a picture of the leak from my water heater hose. He was very upfront about the cost which was a lower quote then the other 8 company's that responded to my request. Also  let me know what complications that could occur and what would then have to be done. The hose was replaced and all was right within 3 hours of my initial quote request. I will definitely give him repeat buisness in the future as well as recommending him to everyone else!

Also nice when you when you have a problem and the people you hire solve it without any issues. I'll be looking forward to hiring all the Williams in the future for all my home repairs. Thank you
