Such wonderful service!  Very responsive.  Was able to handle everything by email and pay online.  They did great work!  Showed up when they said they would and worked quickly.  Cost seemed like a steal compared to other companies.

Needed some yard cleanup after the recent storms, these guys came out same day, gave a reasonable quote, did the work the next day. Very happy with them - would absolutely hire them again. Prompt, reasonable, hard working.

We recently discovered that the VERY large carob tree in our backyard was rotten so we began getting estimates for its removal, as it was hanging over our house.  7 estimates.......prices varied more than I could fathom.  Our 2nd estimate was from Jason at this company.  This young man was very knowledgable and professional.  He clearly knew what he was talking about far better than the other 6 people who gave estimates.  We hired them at a price nobody else could touch.  When the day came for the tree removal, we were blown away at how efficient his crew performed this task.  It was like poetry.  Tree was down, removed and cleaned up in about 2 1/2 hours.  I highly recommend them to everyone who needs this service.

We had just purchased a property that had a lot of trees that definitely needed help. From the beginning with a free estimate to the end with the removal of three trees I have to say everything went so smoothly and our yard looks great. I will definitely use this company again. On time and great work at reasonable prices. I had a large oak tree, 5 queen palms, and a bottle tree trimmed and cleaned up. Octavio arrived when he said he would, quoted a reasonable price for the job and was able to get the trees taken care of very quickly. They cleaned everything up and he even offered to clean the little bit of stuff that had gotten in the pool while they were trimming. Very pleased!

I have been using 3 trees for about 10 years for 6 Palm trees and numerous fruit trees. Best tree trimmer in the west valley.

I finally received a phone call today. However,  I decided to go with the other company. I'm only updating my review because I thought I did receive a phone call however a little too late.

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. Bob White came yesterday 12/7/17 gave me an estimate to remove tree from backyard. Said he could have a crew first thing the next morning. Crew arrived on schedule went to work. Removal made mess of the pool, crew cleaned the pool as part of their clean up procedure. Completely satisfied beyond expectation with Aachen Tree Service. Highly recommend.

We had to remove a unhealthy tall & mature tree close to the house. Diego and his crew took it down with great workmanship and safety. We have them come again for routine trimming of other trees at our home and rental. Their prices are very competitive and I highly recommend them to other customers as well.
