first time using them - when I moved in 3 years ago I actually got a letter stating that they'd done work on our house before so keep them in mind if anything goes wrong. Well it finally did and they were not only able to get me in before noon to fix a main line back up back up, when a cancellation came in they called me up right away and offered to come sooner if I was home. Done in 30 minutes, everyone was nice and professional, and if it happens again in 7 days they'll come back out for free. Could't be happier.

I reached out to AEA for a sewer line scope and they told me they could do it the next day (which was a Saturday), which sounded great. However, they had an emergency job that ran long, so they called and said they would be able to do it the next day and they would call me at 11am on Sunday to confirm the time. At 11:15 I called to get an ETA, and was told 1-1:30. I called and messaged them at 2, and they never responded. They were very friendly on the phone and via text, so it was disappointing when they never showed and stopped responding.

I found Manny through Homeadvisors.  I got a couple of estimates for what was a pretty big bathroom remodel.  The job was to expand the bathroom and tear down a wall and gut the entire existing bathroom.  The price was not the cheapest estimate I got, but I felt that he would do a good job based on interviewing him.  The entire project was done faster than he promised, stayed within budget, and Manny and his team cleaned up every day to try to reduce the impact on our home.  All of Manny's workers were pleasant, and skilled.  Most have worked with him for many years, which shows how good a company he operates.  I unequivocally recommend him for any job, big or small!

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
