Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Stan did a great job on about 7 different repairs I needed including leveling & caulking a tub that had detached, replacing toilet shut off valve, re-caulk my windows, reinstall a floor transition, replace spring loaded hinges, and replace a drain pipe. Then on a second job he was able to complete  an exterior stem wall repair and paint while I was out of town. All tasks showed good workmanship and he's clearly detail oriented.​

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

PDG Construction is the best handyman service in the city. I have never worked anyone who was as honest, clean and meticulous as PDG. They are very knowledgeable and do great work. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I cannot give enough stars  for Nate and his work. Not only is his work impeccable and affordable, his dedication to making the installations of new products, repairs and painting perfect way exceeded our expectations! Nate has installed a doggie dog, done electrical work, painted, hung heavy lighted mirrors, replaced floorboards, etc, the list goes on and on! And his personality is awesome too! So, if you are looking for a reliable, affordable, experienced and dedicated all-around handyman, look no further!!

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

From start to finish, Michael exceeded our expectations. Beginning with the quote, he was responsive and affordable. He showed up on time, communicated and demonstrated how to fix our door and was nothing but kind throughout. His promptness and professionalism makes him the best handyman for any of your projects. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I was impressed with the stellar reviews here, so I trusted several projects to Chris. It was a big learning experience for what I need to ask in future. From the beginning, he stressed high quality as his hallmark, so I accepted his quotes without haggling or getting other bids. During my home-shopping in this area, home owners seemed unfazed by a high degree of wear-and-tear -- not me -- and you notice it when you walk in my house, everything is pristine. I expected quality to mean being consistent with that.

My experience was inconsistent with every point made by other reviewers on this page: misunderstanding about what day the work was supposed to start (delays that left my preparations sitting awkwardly for days), sloppy workmanship, extended duration, and surprise pricing at the end asking for $400 extra even though I'd opted to do several tasks on my original list myself making it clear I'm on a tight budget.

They tend to arrive after 9 and leave by 3 or 4, and go to Home Depot once every day or two during that time. I didn't feel like my projects were priority one to them. At the end of a week I was told they'd have to come on Saturday to finish. After all day Saturday and Sunday, there were still more returns on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Not my fault in the least, but that's what they wanted $400 extra for.

Quality means preventing surprises in timing, workmanship, and efficiency. For every sloppy thing that required me to spend time cleaning up after them, and for every delay, especially during my weekend, they should have gotten demerits in their compensation. Quality means being straightforward about whether you can actually install that brand of shower door, before letting me place the order or signing on with you. Quality means reading the instructions so you don't have to string out the project by several days, and so I don't have to hire another handyman to correct what went wrong.

Adam has been helping us upgrade our home to a rental property. He has done an outstanding job fixing multiple doors that were out of alignment (letting the AZ heat in!), including our front gate which was getting stuck and unable to open. Adam replaced fans on our 9-10 ft ceilings, replaced bathroom light fixtures and two chandeliers. My fiancé and I can count on Adam to be on time and communicate different options to fix our house problems. He is honest, friendly and gets the work done correctly. We will definitely be using him in the future for our next home! Thanks Adam!

I highly recommend Tim LeRoy owner of Decorating by Timothy. We have had the pleasure to work with him many times over the years. Tim has completed work in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room including floor to ceiling stack stone fireplace, external house painting and an outdoor patio with multiple custom features.
He is professional, dependable, and very detail oriented. I highly recommend Decorating by Timothy without hesitation and would be happy to answer any questions you may have!

Thierry and his team have helped us with everything from changing lightbulbs (in vaulted ceilings and lights with uncommon bulbs), to installing a pool heater, custom building a pool fence, and fixing our outdoor electrical issues. Whenever there is a need for any handyman and building services, Prestige Building is my family's go to. They are professional, the prices are fair, and the work is done beautifully!

We had a leak in our roof that caused some damage internally.  Not only did he fix the damage (perfectly).  He called around to get someone to fix the roof.  I had called several roofers and no one called me back.  

He does quality work at a fair price.  He keeps you updated along the way (which is really appreciated).

I haven't dealt with them personally but I'm cleaning up a job that they totally screwed up for a client of mine. I was unable to do the job and he was looking to get it done in a speedy fashion so he called silverback. In the end I'm redoing it all.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
