After he came to my house he was able to make suggestions to correct the problems with a reasonable price. I needed several thresholds replaced and the doors that had water damage repaired. He also caulked and painted the areas to match the original.
 He did such a good job, I showed him other areas that needed attention from wear and tear on garage doors needing calking and wood replacing.
 His estimates fell in the middle of the others I had received. The quality of the materials were excellent and the results were very good.
