DJ is a great guy to do business with. I am one of the his contractors and it's comforting to see another company that strives for customer service and satisfaction just as much as I do . I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

When we knew we were going to build a pool, we got 4 quotes (wanted more but some company's didn't call us back....). Randy returned my call, agreed to meet at the house to give me a quote. He was the only one who called the day of the appointment to confirm (a professional detail nobody else performed). In honesty, his was the most expensive quote...yet....he also seemed the most professional. His contract is all inclusive: if a price goes up, you don't pay the increase. Once the contract is signed that is all you pay. From the time we signed our contract to the time the equipment was purchased the price went up $7K - we didn't pay another penny!

The quality of the work is terrific. The communication is the best. Randy (the owner) or Matt (Randy's assistant) show up to the site any time there's a sub contractor. I think the thing that really separates Desert Art Pools from other pool builders is that they build every pool as though they are building it for family!

While the pool isn't finished....we are days (maybe weeks) ahead of schedule. Let me ask you this, who do you know that is any days ahead of schedule in this post covid Summer of 2021? Neighbor across the street is months behind (he went with a company that didn't even call us back). Same neighbor has been uncharged thousands of dollars for unexpected work. With Desert Arts, if there's an unexpected expense....Desert Arts has it included -- no surprise contracting!

If you want a team that shows up, does the job, tries to do the job as quickly as possible, treats you like you are family and not just a check....I really do suggest you go with Desert Arts.  

We will continue to use them post pool build as our pool service people.

We re-tiled my place of business and we were extremely happy with Derren and the work that he and his guys did. Excellent work, great value! Derren responded quickly to all of my questions and he explained everything so that I understood, yet didn't feel talked down to like some contractors do. Derren was flexible and got our job done just the way we asked. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Great with the installation of a warm water bidet. Had to drill the a wall and made sure not to damage anything.

These guys installed a variable speed pump for me, did an acid wash and bead blasted some tile. They did a fantastic job and are true professionals. Would definitely recommend them!!

Our bathroom was so outdated , we hated using it. Bruce came along and transformed our bath to a resort like bathroom we now love! Thank you so much for such a professional job and attention to detail. We couldn't have done it without you!

George started this business back in 1988 in Chicago, Illinois. Moved to Arizona in 2016 and remodeled properties for me for 5 years. In October of 2022, he opened up American Brands Home Improvements, and I would strongly suggest you look into this company before making a decision on hiring a
contractor. He does everything from a-z, and you will not go wrong by choosing American Brands as your contractor of choice.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
