Between the beauty of the cabinet, the soft close features, the options to make the best use of space (e.g., electrical outlets, drawer inserts, etc.), and their attention to addressing all of the finishing touches, I am thrilled with the product!

Purchased a desk two weeks ago and am impressed with the quality vs. other adjustable standing desks associates have and ones I looked at purchasing.  I am 6'7 and the solidness of the Modesk Pro at full height  is great and it allows me to stand up!  Others do not extend as tall or are very shaky at full height.  Plus my interactions with Nicole were timely, professional, and courteous.  Cant recommend MultiTable highly enough.

I initially found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. I was given a quote to furnish an interior stone wall veneer for an entertainment center wall. The cost for materials was competitive. They also gave me an install cost. Not knowing the time required for installation, I made the mistake of ASSUMING if the materials cost was competitive, so would be the install cost. HUGE MISTAKE. The install by a third party was  smooth and efficient. The install quote was based on a per square foot cost. In the end, the final accounting amounted to a cost to me of $300/hr for a 2 man crew. Blake at Hardrock Stone & Tile stated I agreed to the per-square foot cost initially quoted, so that is what they would charge. BUYER BEWARE! I guess they expect you to know as much about their business as they do.

I cannot day enough good things about Paul and his team. When he told us we were in good hands and we left our kitchen to him while we were out of the country on a long-planned trip, he was right. We came back to a beautifully renovated kitchen. We were able to pick out a custom color to match our decor and could not be happier with the installation! My only worry is that when we want to re-do our master bath, they will be too busy. We paid a bit more than the other quotes we got....but it was well worth it! As I told him, he is one of the only contractors we have worked with that did not have to return to fix something after the job was done, and we know he had to push to get done before we got back.

Five years after the air tub was installed it stopped working. Since the switch was easy to remove I brought it in to the shop to see if that was the problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't and they suggested that it might be the control box and gave me a replacement to try.

That wasn't the problem which only left the blower.  So, I disconnected it and brought it into the shop.  Yep, there's a Murphy's Law that says the problem will always be the last thing you check.  There should be another one that says that thing will be the most difficult to remove.  They gladly handed me a new blower and I went on my way - installed it and everything is working fine.

I was impressed with their customer service when I bought the air tub and I'm even more impressed with the way they handled this problem after five years.

The cabinets which Burdette custom built for our retail store far exceeded our expectations! We bid the job out to several companies and not only was the price fantastic, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and as quietly as possible. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied and would highly recommend Burdette, and will call them first if the need arises!

Did not get actual work done but felt that since my project was not big enough maybe was not worth my business.  Richard returned my call promptly and I talked to him about what I needed, he really didn't seem interested and went through the motions and ask that I send him dimensions, which I did but after that I got no acknowledgment, no reply, no nothing.

I needed 20 new energy star windows to replace the 18-year-old aluminum windows in my house.  The cost of this can be quite high and the value of one's house will dictate the quality of windows and the cost of installation the resale price of one's house (and one's budget) can justify spending.  Wholesale windows and doors advertises the lowest price around and they repeatedly stated they install hundreds and hundreds of windows a week.  As a recent customer, I am certain both are true.  The windows are low cost (cheap).  The sales man pushed the Alpine series 70 entry level, builder grade, energy star windows (which I purchased).  It's true, they install hundreds and hundreds a week; meaning job is done as fast (and dirty) as humanly possible.  Now, if your house has a value of under $180,000, you will probably be quite happy with the windows you get, the installation they provide and the price (as long as you aren't picky about finish quality).  My house is in a nice neighborhood with a value in the high two hundred thousand range.  From the start of the installation, I wish I had spent more for a better-quality window and more for a lower volume installer that put an emphasis on the quality (not the quantity) of their work. The windows and workmanship are not on level with the price range of my home.  Again, how happy you are will depend upon what your budget is and what your expectations are of a company that emphasizes LOW PRICE and HIGH VOLUME because that is what they deliver (nothing more nothing less).  Their warranty sounds outstanding (on paper) but I kept hearing about all the ways I could void it like, not painting over their stucco repairs within 10 days or improving on the finish work inside or out, etc.  I hope I never need to find out how good the warranty is.... (wish I could attached pictures)

Chitwoods installed cabinets for our kitchen renovation at our 2nd home in Pine and did a fantastic job! They designed the space for the cabinets to maximize use of the space.

They came on time and didn't leave until the job was done...even though our 100 pound farm sink from England was challenging due to its size and weight.

We worked with several contractors during our Reno and Chitwoods was the best...quality and service fantastic.
