I'm very grateful to have hired Irving for my kitchen remodel! As someone new to remodeling a rental property, Irving was extremely helpful not only in completing the kitchen remodel but also with several other odd jobs around my property. I needed a new closet built, a bi-fold door installed, outlets replaced, bathroom vanity and hardware installed, curtains installed, and more! Instead of taking advantage of a first timer like me, he went above and beyond in offering advice and his help. His pricing is very reasonable and his advice alone has saved me thousands of dollars. It was so convenient to have Irving pick up additional items (toilet, door, sink, etc.) that I would have otherwise had to leave work to get myself. It's not something all contractors provide and I appreciated it! Overall he did a quality job on everything and I will hire him again for my next unit's remodel.

Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as lady who texts a lot and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.

We are so happy that we found Mark Steven Construction, and without hesitation will tell others to use his business as well!

OK, I have been looking for a contractor to open up my entire great room area and relocate my kitchen along with many other things. I had multiple contractors come out to my place and the one I gambled on was Integrity Renovations. Was hoping that dealing with them would not be like some of my other experiences. my gamble paid off! They were professional from the very first day and offered many suggestions that helped me decide on how I wanted to lay out my great room area. My great room area is 40'x40', But had a ton of interior walls. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. All of their suggestions made sense. They diagrammed the Project and I was happy to sign off on it. They just finished a few days ago and I am very satisfied with how well they performed.
The thing I like most about them is their attention to detail. From every paint line to every countertop seam, I am very happy with the end result. It's safe to say that I will use them moving forward for any project I have. I am so grateful, and the least I can do is give them this Solid review. Thank you, Integrity Renovations.

After looking around and getting quotes for new cabinets and granite we found Capital Mark. Their prices were lower than the others, customer service was unbeatable, and the quality of the cabinets, granite, and work were top notch.  Kyle is super organized, honest, and he will be the first one I call when we have to fix up another house.  If you're looking to do a makeover on your house you need to meet with Kyle before you make a final decision- you will not be disappointed.

I am remodeling my guest house, and need a new kitchen and thought it would be great to support a local business. As I pass Wholesale Windows and Doors every day, I thought they would be perfect! But unfortunately I was met with a business who treated me like a burden for even stepping foot into their store. Knowing nothing about the company I came in to the store to see what steps to take. Their sign on the front says open till 4:30 most days and Saturday it says by appointment only. So i saw no problem in just stopping by. The secretary at the front, immediately in a very rude tone asked if I had an appointment.  When I said no i was just interested in kitchen options, she said well do you have plans? Again this was in a rude tone, so I said no and feeling very unwelcome said I could just leave if its better. But begrudgingly she went to get someone to talk to me. Oh good i was thinking maybe the secretary was just having a bad day, but no, i think its just the company, because I had almost the same experience with the next girl, but only worse. She stated that this is not how they operate, usually you make an appointment and someone comes to your house. As a brand new customer I'm just not sure how i would know that without asking first? Then despite the rudeness I proceeded to ask some more questions about options, colors, cabinet choices. The women helping me said if i wanted custom color that they would be very very expensive in a tone which came across much like she was suggesting that I could not afford them. I was so upset! Its just maddening to be treated so poorly. Clearly I'm shopping for cabinets and the store should not pre-judge their costumers on ability to afford but instead nicely help them find the right fit for their budget. Anyways it was a not fun experience and I do not recommend this company. I would rather pay more money and have kind friendly people in my life than deal with these rude people. I wanted to put granite counters in the kitchen as well as change out the sink and Neil from Millennium Designs was great. The counter tops looked great and his suggestion on the sink was spot on. I'm in another house now and will be using Millennium Designs for my counter tops here as well.

I had a wonderful experience with Trinity Home Center! I couldn't believe how beautiful this kitchen turned out, especially since I had done business with them completely online! Yes, you read that correctly. I was not impressed with the cabinet businesses in Cleveland, OH. A friend recommended Trinity, and although I was skeptical at first I decided to give it a try - I had nothing to lose. All it took was a couple of video sessions - Anthony requested to see the entire kitchen and asked for several measurements. He then emailed me with a few different designs and made some recommendations. I placed my order and had it shipped to Cleveland where I had a local installer hang the cabinets. The installer was blown away by how well everything fit. Anthony was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process. He was very patient with me and immediately accommodated many requests to change the design. I can't emphasize how much you will love your kitchen after doing business with Trinity!!

They gave us a great quote for a bathroom remodel but were late every day compared to when they said they would arrive. Sink countertop has issues they did not resolve well. Promised pictures of issues with our roof and never provided. Said they were not capable of doing roof repair and would subcontract and then did it themselves

HACK!!!!!! The most unprofessional unreliable and untrustworthy person I have ever met !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
