Best Fire Damage Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Irwin's Furniture & Restoration Cabinet
I had a reed dining chair seat re-done.  This had to be woven by hand and I'm sure it was not easy, but I trusted them when they said this was in their wheel-house.  The finished product does not look very much like the original chair. The reeds are uneven in their height, with some projecting up higher than other, like uplifts in sidewalks cracks. It took over 90 ninety days to get the job done and the price I paid was equivalent to buying a brand new chair ($300-$400 range).  Perhaps it was wrong of me, but I expected more professional results.  I'm hoping with time some of the reeds will settle down flat like they ought to be.  Right now I find this a huge expensive disappointment.  I don't like dissing local businesses, but honestly I should not have been charged what I was for this result.  In the photos below you see an original chair (right) next to the newly woven one (left).  A detail of the new chair is also shown.
