Cleaners were punctual, friendly and on task. Good thorough clean. Will definitely be using them again

Was linked up to this cleaning company through home warranty. Received courtesy call from Company to set up date/time of cleaning, explained coverage through warranty 1 1/2 of covered service. I agreed and stated if it takes longer to clean I would cover extra expense at their hourly rate. End of courtesy call. Cleaning person arrives on agreed time/date met by resident and verified through phone call special instructions. Those extra instructions were for ceiling fans, widows, and extra dusting. Well end result was 1 1/2 hours of cleaning excluding 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen......When I contacted this company they said the resident instructed them to only clean for 1 1/2 hours only.
In summary if you want this company to clean your house get it in writing your agreement of items requiring cleaning including time allotted. Obviously phone conversation and in person instructions are a bit complex. Also note that the customer in this instance was mistakenly misleading basically excusing the lackluster service according to their office staff. Hope this helps.

This company should be called domestic goddesss they have done an outstanding job cleaning my 1500 square-foot two bedroom two bath home in Mountainbrook Village, Gold Canyon. They did an outstanding job with deep cleaning my home. It has never been so clean. I have had three other services prior, and they were all lousy compared to this team. I highly, highly recommend Native Bee cleaners.
You will not be disappointed. And by the way. Their prices are very reasonable and worth every dime.

Two Blondes and a Bucket did an AMAZING job on our condo! I was working and needed a rental property cleaned while I was in the office and these girls left our rental SPOTLESS. Not only did they clean every slat in the shutters, but also left all of our light fixtures sparkling. Can't wait to hire them again!

They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. These folks are great!  really helped me out when my first cleaner decided to back out the day before a guest was t o show up!!  I was panicked!  I called and spoke to them and they had someone to my plane first thing in the morning and had everything ready well before my guest arrived!  

They do a great job, didn't miss a thing.  when they noticed I was low on laundry soap they just ran and got it!  

Highly recommend!  They are not my permanent cleaning solution in the Phoenix area!
