First week cleaning went great. Wrote a positive review and looked forward to a whole house cleaning the following week.
The following week a couple of ladies showed up and I took them on the tour of the house that needed to be cleaned. After a few minutes they came down, interrupting a phone call with my office and asked if their office had called me. They had, but I had been on an important phone call. Once finished, I called the company and they explained to me that the job that I had ordered was going to take the two ladies much longer than expected and that they would need to change me from a block of time to an hourly time rate which would end up being considerably more money. They asked if I would rather them try to do the cleaning in the block of time allotted (apparently that was 2 1/2 hours for an almost 3000 square foot house) or to switch to hourly which would have taken them a couple more hours at least to complete and cost double the price I had been quoted.
I asked them to just get done what they could in the time they had allotted. What I ended up with was 2 out of the 3 bathrooms clean and 1 out of the 4 bedrooms straightened up & cleaned. The living room and one other room were also straightened up and cleaned and I was given the choice between the kitchen and the floors mopped. After almost 3 hours they left as quickly as possible and I was left with a half cleaned house. I left a horrible review and e mailed the company asking why in the world they had booked the cleaners such a small time frame for a whole house clean.
Jason called me back and he was very apologetic, unsure of where the miscommunication had happened but offered to book me with different crew the following week to try and make up for what was left untouched.
Tuesday the new crew showed up and I showed them what had been left undone by the previous crew and they got right to work. Evelyn and her partner were amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently and my house finally looked like I had hoped it would when the previous crew had been here.
I appreciated the follow up and how far Jason went to make right what had been a very frustrating situation. I am once again very happy with their work and will recommend them to everyone looking for a good company to oversee the cleaning of their home.
