I hired Paulina for a deep clean after some renovating. First of all, she was able to fit us into her schedule with short notice, which I appreciated since I was under a deadline. She named a quote and a time. She told me she would text when she was on her way since sometimes afternoon traffic can delay the time they arrive, I understand this and appreciated the text to let me know they were on their way.
They had professional equipment and supplies and came in, reviewed what I wanted and then worked very hard for the next 4 hours!
I use to clean houses professionally and my home is very clean, my standards are high AND I am very picky.... They get 10 stars from me. Not just for the quality of work, but the professionalism, kindness, communication and price. Don't let the jerks who complain about everything dissuade you from trying them out, they are fantastic, who leaves a 1 star review because someone was running a little late? Geese, get a life! I will be using them once a month for a deep clean, finally I feel like I have found exactly what I have always wanted in someone to clean my house, and believe me, I have had house cleaners for over 40 years, I base this opinion on experience and facts. Thanks Paulia, I can't tell you how wonderful it feels to have my entire home sparkling clean!

Bonita and her team are outstanding!   I wish I had taken before and after photos because I literally couldn't believe my eyes. Before the cleaning, our house was an absolute disaster because we are in the middle of some renovations and had sawdust EVERYWHERE. We also have two dogs that shed... so you can only imagine the mess we had. We were looking for a cleaning company on Yelp because the messy renovations are done so we can move back in.  Bonita was super quick to respond, very reasonably priced and even made sure to care for our floors in a special way (as it's brand new flooring).  I got a deep cleaning done and it was the best decision I've made all year.  We will be using this company for regular cleanings and recommending to all of our friends and family.  Absolutely amazing work. The came in and did a great job at a Move in clean. Now I don't feel like I am living in someone else's dirt. They were respectful and prompt.

We hired them after we had two other companies no show/flake out. Had an entire team show up and get the job done and more. They did an incredible job including the blinds and tops of fans. Did a great job with communication and being timely. Would highly recommend for a one time cleaning, deep clean or regular service.

I'm very satisfied with the work that Heavenly Scent did for my carpets and the grout in the kitchen! Jute technician Jalen was super professional, friendly and did an amazing job with the service. Was on time, thorough and professional! I recommend next time you need your carpets cleaned or tile grout, windows! Great price for the work performed!

Have been using Brennan and Co for almost a year now and we are still  very happy with the staff and 5e services they offer!
My only ding would be that they eventually get you down to just one technician. Not that he isn't t dong a wonderful job...he is....but we opted for a group that would send a crew out to get it done more quickly.

They office staff is quick to reply, very professional, and they will work around any schedule changes that may occur.  

Our home is always spic and span clean when they leave!

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
