Absolute integrity! In escrow selling my dad's house in Chandler when the condition of the roof was questioned by the seller. Our realtor had his friend, a roofer, check it out. He told us it would cost up to $5K to repair.  Moreover, he said that he saw damage to the underlayment which could even mean the entire roof was shot and would need replacing for much more.

Unfortunately, dad's memory is not so good - he'd had the entire roof redone about 10 years prior but he couldn't recall the company. However, he was adamant that he had paid extra for a special polymer layer that his roofer said would never leak.

I called McMillan Brothers and simply asked them to check out the roof and let me know their opinion of what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. I didn't tell them any of the details except that we were in escrow. Jack went over to inspect it that same day and called me.  He said the roof could use maintenance - adjusting tiles, cleaning valley of debris, fixing mortar, etc. but appeared ok.  When I asked about the underlayment, he told me that the installed material was almost overkill. That's when I knew I was dealing with an honest company.

Honest and fair dealing - words that are far too rare for describing contractors but absolutely apply to McMillan Brothers.

If you want a professional paint job call Elite.  They do excellent work and they're prices are fair.  You'll get a great look at reasonable prices.  I recommend them.  I've called them twice and was very pleased.

These guys are the real deal! After calling about 10 different paint contractors, some of which wouldn't even return my phone call, these guys went above and beyond through the entire experience. They came out the very next day to give me an estimate. The estimate was fair and reasonable compared to the others I was getting. They painted my brand new 2300 sq foot home in 1 day!!! Yes, 1 day that is not a typo. All the other guys said 2-4 days. My husband and I are very meticulous and we only found 1 spot in the whole house we wanted them to touch up and it was super minor. These guys are great, professional and clean up after themselves. I will use them over and over again and will refer them to all our friends and family. Highly recommend these guys!

Any questions my wife and I had were answered promptly answered. He even came over on a Saturday before our job because we thought about switching our colors last minute. When we set our appointment the crew was over early to get set up. I left for work and came home to a freshly painted house. These guys didn't miss a spot either!! Gerardo, Jose, and Miguel did an excellent job of refinishing our solid Oak entry door and curved Oak staircase, they are darker with the grains showing through and are a serious update to accompany all the other mods we've done, this is one of the last mods and makes a HUGE difference. The guys were quick, efficient and skilled in their trade. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in a couple of months to do our Oak kitchen cabinets. Thanks to all!

Next Level Painters are THE BEST!  Fernando came to my home for an estimate and spent the time going over every detail with me. I explained what a perfectionist I am and that I wouldn't/couldn't settle for anything less. I wanted every line straight and every corner cut to perfection on the interior of my home. I wanted my banister painted with only spindles and base one color while leaving the handrail another. This I knew would be a difficult and tedious task with every ounce spent on detail. Fernando and his crew did not disappoint! I cannot explain enough how impressed I was and still am with the work. The professionalism and care for detail was impeccable! I highly, highly recommend Next Level for any paint job you may have. I've used other painters in the past and now I will never go anywhere else.

I recently had two jobs completed by Arizona Painting Company. The first was the interior of my home and the second was an epoxy job for my garage floor. I was not very happy with the interior job and let the company know about it, unfortunately, they sent the same guy to touch up and fix what I was not happy with. He didn't do a very good job the second time around. I would still like to highlight the responsiveness of the office as well as the estimator, Travis, who were courteous and professional from the start.

Despite not being fully satisfied with my interior job, I'd still like to leave a 5 star review and commend Robert and his crew on the garage epoxy job they completed. Robert was friendly and communicative. His crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves and I had no issues throughout the entire job. I was beyond happy with the job they did and recommend them to anyone looking to epoxy their garage. Not only did they get the job done quickly, they also kept me informed of what they were doing and made my garage look amazing!

Some time ago we had set out to have both the exterior of our home and dozens of interior plantation shutters painted, interviewing numerous firms. IHC had come highly recommended to us by another contractor on whom we rely and trust. IHC was the only firm that bid on both the exterior work and interior shutters. Their pricing was competitive and their work is excellent. Great service! Genuine pride of ownership in their work. Impressed so much with IHC, they are now our go to painter upon whom we rely exclusively. We highly recommend IHC be considered for your painting needs.

Waiting for my quote which was promised on 10/6 in two days. Today is 10/23. If you didn't want to do the job, communicating would have been a better option.

Arrowhead painted my house.  Very happy I went with them.  The owner (Mark) is very involved, not just sending a crew.  Top quality materials and paint.  The best paint makes the job more expensive but worth it in the desert sun.   They even painted the roof vents!  I have not seen that on the other houses in the neighborhood when they had their house painted.
I am not a painter, but did know that preparation is the key to a quality, lasting paint job. They  did a thorough pressure wash, stucco crack repairs, and complete job cleanup.   It looks better than it did when new.  I can happily recommend Arrowhead.  Thanks Mark.

Five stars isn't enough! It was so nice to work with a respectable, reliable company like Finish Coat Painting. From the time we contacted them for an estimate, they were very responsive, prompt, and respectful. We had a few delays due to weather, and they made sure to communicate with us about rescheduling. Their pricing was fair, they showed up when they said they would, and did a beautiful job painting the outside of our home. We would not hesitate to use them again for any painting service we might need.

We all hope for the best service available. Well we were fortunate to receive  better than we could possibly hoped for. Glenn is professional and absolutely committed to giving his customers exactly what they want. His staff was personable and technically superior. And as a bonus some very nice fellows. I would not hesitate for a second to hire them again. In fact plan to in the near future.

Had our the exterior of our house painted after the monsoons subsided and were very satisfied with the work.  The workers did a very thorough job, including patching and repairing exterior prior to painting.  Manuel was very patient with us as we navigated the HOA processes and selected the approved paint.   The crew made suggestions and always kept us updated on the status of the job from start to finish.  We are very satisfied with the completed job.  Will definitely be using them for painting projects in the future and will  be recommending them to family and friends.

Fabulous experience with this company! They were really communicative and did an outstanding job with my wallpaper. Victor put a lot of extra care into the prep work to make sure it was of the highest quality which I really appreciated. He also explained what he was doing during the process and taught me some tricks. Cherry on top was he was really fun to chat with.

Had ceiling and wall damage in garage after heavy rain storm. Got multiple bids and Tommy's was among the most reasonable. He and his crew went the extra mile and actually did much more than was originally discussed without increasing the original bid.
