My wife has been after me to get rid of the rock pulled from the yard for a pool and landscape project. Frank's Demo, Grading and Hauling made it happen!  Frank, Pinto & James worked their butts off removing 120 tons (8 truck loads) of what seemed to be a never ending pile. We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

I was so lucky to find Russ through Yelp. I tried reaching out to few other Handyman for quotes but did not hear back from some and others over priced. Does not sound like much but to me it was something important that needed to be done same day, chirping smoke detectors at home. They were driving me crazy.  Thank God that I was so gifted that he responded so quickly with a reasonable estimate AND available to come out the same day!! He arrived on-time, professional, friendly and can do attitude with confidence. He was able to answer my questions, confirmed estimate and  immediately got started. Within no time he had all 5 smoke detectors replaced, they look great and no more chirping! OMG... Russ is an amazing hard worker, very brilliant and fully equipped for any job. Definitely from here on out, he will be my go to Handyman, without a doubt.!!! As well, I will be recommending him to all of my family, friends and co-workers!! Hired Valleywide to tear down a house so we could make way and get ready for new construction

We needed to remove the existing house but leave the slab so we could build the new house around it and the valleywide team did a great job

They were priced well, did the job efficiently and cleaned up the site afterwards. Was very satisfied & would recommend

I had given VETSBuilt a one star review previously for not contacting me when I ask for a quote. I am retracting that review and apologizing to VETSBuilt for not seeing their response via email through Yelp. They also tried calling me and I did not answer because I didn't recognize the phone number with an out of area Area Code. They also left me a voice mail that I did not see till later.

So since they have contacted me with an explanation and it was within 24 hours so I am giving them 4 stars. We worked things out and DJ was very courteous on the phone. They are now coming out tomorrow to give us our quote and we are happy.

Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

Rc demolition had done our Demo work for a water damage we had in our mobile home and also installed  laminate flooring 600 sq ft of our home, Adoni and his helper did an absolute tremendous job on our floors, I'm so satisfied and grateful the way our floors turned out.. I totally recommend them ..
