Rob was amazing! Our dog had a little accident on our couch and Rob came out immediately.  Needless to say the stain is completely gone and are couch is as good as new.  I will definitely use his services again!

GCS is a great company!  Dave showed up and got right to work.  He was very respectful of my home and worked very efficiently, you don't see his kind of work ethic anymore.  We have light carpet and as it dried I didn't feel it was as clean as it could be(I realize light carpet is going to be difficult to get back into shape).  So I called the company and spoke with the owner Mark.  He was great as well!  We spoke about the issues and he said he would be out the very next day.  He arrived on time and worked on the areas of concern for us and we were pleased with the results.  Most companies might have just taken their money and not cared about coming back out but not GCS!  They have tremendous customer service and I will call them the again the next time we need carpet or tile cleaning.  Thanks Mark and Dave!
