Best Solid-Surface Countertop I… in Phoenix AZ

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process.  We interviewed 5 contractors and Danny's quote was by far the most detailed.  He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning.  They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day.  Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results.  If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!

We went to Flooring America over a year ago and Dale was very helpful and came out to do a free estimate.  We ended up having to delay the floor change for almost a year but he had his measurements from before and came out again to make sure everything was right.  We got our floors redone to hardwood and it looks great.  Dale was very accommodating and worked with us on some unexpected grinding costs.  We would definitely recommend.

Came by a bit past noon on a Saturday and tried to open the door only to find locked. Eventually I spotted a sign at the bottom of the door (which had half-slipped into the door frame) saying they'd gone out to pick up lunch and would be back "in a bit." No indication of when they left or thought they'd be back, so I wasn't sure whether i should stick around or not.

That crap would be silly even on a weekday. But on Saturday? When they're only open til 3 and are closed the next day? C'mon! Brown bag it for god sake and be around for your would-be customers!

I decided to wait -- was about 15 minutes -- and when the employee came back, all she said was hello. Didn't apologize for having been closed or even acknowledge it. Then she walked straight to the back of the store -- didn't ask if I needed any help. I had to call her over because some of the tiles weren't marked.

And after all this, their prices weren't any better than any of the other ones I've seen at obvious other tile stores I've been to. They were actually a bit higher.

What a waste of time!
