Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

I had a fantastic experience with this company.  The Design Consultant (Josh) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.  The in-house team contacted me right away to schedule installation and also gave me a reminder call.  The installer (Matthew Tuttle) did an excellent job installing my gate and went above and beyond to answer questions and give me care tips.  I could not be happier. I had called a previous company and they came and measured and then I never heard from them again.  Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and quality product!

I would put negative star if there was a place for it, that being said We are still waiting for our glass to be installed after 4 attempts and 6 months later. The professionalism of this company is awful. Rude and they have lied and we paid over $10,000.00 for this door and it's still not right. Also our lock didn't lock for a month. Had to have two different guys come out for that to work properly. We are still missing bolts in our door. I absolutely do not recommend this company!  Better business bureau is involved and the attorney general. Customer service and follow up is horrible. Still waiting since Sept. 5th.

We purchased our front two security doors about 9 or 10 years ago.  The first problem we ran into was our doors are a tan color to match our house.  When I arrived home for the install that day, the guy was getting ready to put up a forest green color.  They fixed it but really gave me no explanation on how this happened.

Now, in 2016 my complaint with them is this.  One of the most important items when purchasing a security door is the locking mechanism.  If that does't work, you don't have SECURITY doors.  Well, I am having to replace my handle assembly for the 3rd time because a metal piece on the interior that pushes the lock out broke again.  I was informed by the locksmith from their company that this particular brand was only lasting about 5 years.  Basically a design problem and they don't use that brand anymore.  My first contact, they said they would waive the travel fee of $85 and only charge me $45 for the lock.  Now, I get the call and since it isn't the lock per say but the whole assembly, he wanted to charge me $85.  I told him I shouldn't have to pay anything since this is the 3rd lock I have had to purchase. When I told him I wanted to speak to the owner, he lowered the price to the original $45 they quoted me.  What a company that says they will stand by their material and quality but apparently not their hardware and locks.

Had a couple of sprinkler leaks that Tom came out and replaced the tubing and more. He is working on a quote to redo the system and yard.

if negative scores could be given they would get the lowest.  had a quote from jason sandoval for a block wall job at our new house, he came out and gave a bid $3200 - needing half up front to start the job two weeks ago.  gave him the $1600 up front and now........ no wall, no contact - won't reply to calls or texts.  absolute crook and we will be taking this to the fullest extent.  spoke with the roc about your license and bond and your insurance - platte river insurance - lawyer next - you messed with the wrong local neighbors and we will post on every site and tell every listener about your crooked thieving buisness.  three on your side might be a good place next.  and you are in buisness with your brother adam who seems decent and will be tainted by your immoral shady thieving ways.  how you are in business is a miracle, how you sleep at night is baffling.  we are hard working people - with a new home - we need a wall - and this is what happens?  you steal $1600 from us and think we will just let it happen.....

Ken did a great job adding blocks and stucco to a current wall around my AC unit. I sent him a photo of what I needed done and he quoted me a fair price. He came the day after I called him and completed the job the following day. I was pleased with his work and won't hesitate to call him again for any other jobs needed.
