Best Granite Countertop Install… in Phoenix AZ
Our project involved removing old Formica countertops and replacing with a beautiful granite. It took me a lot of back and forth to pick the granite and Fabio and Victor were very patient with me. The guys who did the installation did a great job, worked quickly and cleaned up after. I give the company *****'s!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

3 Day Kitchen was great! The refacing of the cabinets excee my expectations.
George and Dave were in constant communication with us and always available to discuss the project. They completed the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time as well. I would definitely recommend.

They gave me a really fast quote and their installer was supposed to come out to confirm the measurements. After my prompting the installer scheduled to come out this past Saturday but he never showed up. I texted him and no response. Dont do business with this company, very poor service.

I would NEVER use Diamond Granite and Remodeling ever again. After laying our granite countertop we were told to apply a specific sealer every 6 months which we did religiously. After 2 years, we noticed significant darkening in the areas most often touched. We called. They dispatched a rep., who told us we should have been using the "super" sealer becuase the stone was porous. Told us to purchase a sand mixture and apply to small areas to see if it pulled out dirt. Took pictures and was to get back with us about the bigger dirt stain. NEVER DID. We called, got answering machine. NEVER called back.
Hired a company to deep clean the granite for $500. Didn't help a bit.
We decided to replace ($3,000 stone) and move to Quartz. Called them back and asked for a bid and an "adjustment" based on their advice and lack of follow-through. NOPE. And, gave us a bid for $5,500.
NO WAY DIAMOND GRANITE! Not going to pay you when you lack the service, follow-through and provide the wrong sealer product. "Not a Fabrication/Installation error." Really, that is the way you handle customers who you want to spend $8,000?
09/16/2020 UPDATE - The response from Diamond Granite fails to address their technician who came to the house to first investigate the dark staining and who said "we should have used the super sealer" and then took pictures to share with management on a possible solution, but then never got back to us - even after we called to follow-up.
No one said the sealer was sub-standard. I'm sure the sealer was a good brand, obviously we bought it and applied based on the instructions of the installer. But, I guess we should have used Bulletproof, a brand mentioned by the mysterious disappearing technician who reviewed our claim. We're not granite experts and can only follow the instructions we are given...$3,000 later unfortunately and the solution is to spend another $5,500 from the same company - NOT!
09/30/2020 - UPDATE UPDATE - Don't use Diamond Granite. Use a fabricator like GARCIA STONE. Diamond Granite is like a General Contractor and they sub all the work out to a "fabricator," then to an "installer," all the while increasing the cost you pay.
We decided on a Fabricator and saved $2500 off the Diamond Granite quote.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's "finish" work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man, who was available to discuss the project throughout the entire process. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

My friends told me they've seen the Tintas trucks inside SCG and suggested I call them for a home estimate, so I did. The day before the appointment, Tintas called me to confirm (Bet. 12PM - 2 PM). The day of the appointment, THEY NEVER CALLED, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I called them at 3:30 PM to express my displeasure and the woman who answered was apologetic, but had no idea why I was so upset!? If they are this cavalier, how well can they do their jobs? In the end, they lost a potential customer.
