First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

This company has cleaned my carpets twice in the last 6 months.  One thing you should know about me is if you don't do a good job I won't use you again. They sent a confirmation email a few days before with my appointment time and a picture of the technician. In the email was also proof that the technician had been through a background check.  The technician showed up on time to clean my hallway, stairs and bedrooms. The stairs looked horrible as you could imagine with 4 boys traipsing up and down them all day. The technician worked extra hard to clean my stairs and did an excellent job. When the technician was leaving he handed be a pair of booties for my shoes. This allowed me to use the stairs, while they were still wet, without getting them dirty. Talk about going the extra mile.  I have had my carpets cleaned by other carpet cleaning companies, in the past, and have not been satisfied with the result on my stairs.  I will continue to use Arizona Carpet and Restoration because of their punctuality, professionalism and a job well done.

As soon as I bought a house I learned real quickly how hard it is to find a reliable contractor. I spent the better part of six months talking to flaky companies, companies that wanted to completely gouge me on cost, you name it.

The window was on backorder for a couple of months and they were consistently keeping me updated with its status. Rudy came out to estimate the cost and came back with extremely reasonable numbers and even some recommendations for me when it came to design. Humberto did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I couldn't be happier. He was detailed, took his time to make sure it was perfectly done, and is such a sweet man.
Once I'm ready for my next home project I will without a doubt be calling Global Prevention Services.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I cannot state how happy my house is with the work that was done to our home by Patterson Homes and there staff. It all started with a flood where we had to replace the drywall and carpets. I was out on vacation and my roommates let me know. I had remembered a recommendation from a friend for patterson homes and then got in contact with Chance McKelvie who was the project manager. He was amazing through the whole processes, he was quick to act and settled my mind when I was away from home. He made sure to keep both me and my household know what was happening every step of the way. My roommate a let me know how kind and helpful Chance and his whole staff were. When I got home it was all handled and it was better then when I left it. We liked the company so much we commissioned them for additional work such as our tile. That also was better than expected. We will continue using this company and as she definitely go above and beyond and make you feel cared about. We highly recommend the company and suggest you ask for Chance because he is amazing!
