We used Pelleco Home Design for a kitchen redesign / renovation, as well as laundry room and floor renovations.  Sam was very involved throughout the design and build process. He was very responsive and kept me updated on who was coming to work and when.  

Pricing was very competitive and I really liked that they wanted to avoid change requests as much as I did. Even when unexpected challenges arose, he kept his word and there were zero change requests.  We have worked with other contractors in the past where every little thing was a separately charged piece of work... and that of course extended the timeline for those projects.  

We were back in our new kitchen within 5 weeks!  All of our neighbors commented on how quickly our project was progressing.  We love our new kitchen and we loved working with Sam and the Pelleco team!

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

Jacquie Evans was very professional, thoughtful with her recommendations and easy to work with.  I was looking to update my home yet use the furniture that we moved from other homes.  She has eye for visualizing your descriptions and comfortable with making suggestions.  She looks at every room with a fresh eye and doable ideas.  I really enjoyed our appointment and appreciate her helpfulness.

I had granite done by Apache tile for my townhome, which I was preparing to sell. This company was wonderful to work with and got everything done in the time frame they promised. There was a discrepancy in the measurements between the drawing my husband brought in, and the correct measurements as done by their installer ahead of time. Ben really worked hard to make it work for us at a small additional price, as my husband had not calculated the need for an island piece (which required a whole additional sheet of granite). We ended up getting a bathroom counter done too, and the customer service was exceptional throughout this process. The installation was perfect, and on time and the black galaxy looks awesome!

I like to shop locally in Tucson and tried hard to pick a local Tucson Company. Well after receiving quotes I got worried because Diamond Granite & Remodeling was lower by a significant amount to not be ignored or matched. I was wondering what I was missing. So I actually went by price, signed contract and crossed my fingers. Still expecting  the surprise bill or add on cost for something. There were no additional charges and they arrived at scheduled dates and times for measuring and install. Came out beautiful. Their installers were very knowledgeable and respectful, they actually had to stay extra time to get everything just right as if it were their house they were installing at. Highly recommend this company and will do business again with them when needed.

We had Tintas Granite install a new bar top.  Great company to do business with.  Their staff is friendly, helpful, professional.  Our granite bar top was installed with great care & workmanship.  It looks beautiful.  We are very pleased.

This team was amazing. They listened to what I wanted, they were timely and always communicated any changes or updates. I have actually requested them to work on additional projects.

This company can't even keep the appointment for an estimate...no show two times.  How can they keep an appointment for the work?   Do not use them.
