Best Fire Damage Restoration in Phoenix AZ

I had been searching for a contractor for about a year to get my 1990's master bathroom remodeled.  I had received six different quotes, all of which were way overpriced (in my opinion).  I received a referral and met with Andrew.  After speaking with him, and viewing his previous work, I felt I could trust him to do a good job.  He was helpful in getting me thru the permit process, as well as helping me with changes the Village required due to a change in ordinances.  I am extremely happy with the outcome and am enjoying my new master bathroom.  I'll be calling upon Green Home for additional work I need.

We had Global remodel our spare bathroom shower/tub into a new large shower.  Kim was the office contact. Always responds and friendly. Construction crew were efficient and professional. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommend this group.  Always get more than one quote and ask questions. Their quote was a little higher but the the seamless process, timely work crew, and finished product showed we made the right choice.

These guys were amazing! They patched up our door. I called about 5 different places and they were all giving me quotes up to $1000.
These guys did it for a MUCH better price.
They were affordable, kind, on time, and reliable. HIGHLY recommend.

I see Jim Kowalski has posted another negative about my review.  It is easy to blame someone else, but the truth is always the best.  I stand by what I said and I never once changed the scope.  It was Aaron Mullins who was inept at his job.  
I also see Jim K has many of his employees leaving reviews to boost the star rating.

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

I see in reviews, a lady didn't get reference from Martin.  I have since told Martin he may give out my cell number by request.  I was 100% satisfied by the workmanship and courtesy of his team.  He is a busy business and communicates via text.  I am sure if you text him, you will get a reply back.  I am already saving my money for the next project for Martin at my house.

I have done my homework checking out tile installers. Darren was very straight forward, honest and reliable. He did not ask for payment upfront. I was looking to install about 900 SF. of tile. Darren came over, gave me an estimate and we scheduled for about a month out so i could remove the old carpet and tile. He arrived as scheduled. We set aside 5 days to get it completed, it was done in 4. The whole time he was professional, took great care in setup, even worked around a few pieces of furniture we had no place to move.To address the few reviews that commented on no answer or delayed call back, Darren is working to complete the job, on his knee's doing layout, placement, cutting and grouting. Cut him a break, I did. I expected immediate response, when I did not receive it, I was impatient. I spoke to him about it, he was very concerned and we moved forward. His priority is getting your job done.After seeing him work, and the finished product, I'm very happy he did the job. We will be calling to do kitchen back splash, and bathrooms.Thanks again. Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars
