We were not in Arizona when the work was completed, but we were very confident in the team to do the work while we were away.

They exceeded all of our expectations on our remodel, definitely would recommend this company to family & friends. We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath)  in the last few years. We couldn't be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome  big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects.  His crew was great to work with and above all they're quality craftsmen!  I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next projects.

Do not ever recommend them, worst, unprofessional pluming and Superintendent ever worked with. They don't check their work how it has been done. Too expensive for  terrible job they do. Stay away from this company.

I'm posting this on Yelp because all the reviews I read were 5 stars.  My experience was NOT 5 star though the finished cabinets and countertops are very acceptable.  

The first time I was in the showroom Sam was on the phone with someone talking about a problem with a cabinet.  Sam told the customer that he'd have a replacement piece out to him before noon.  That conversation impressed me and so we decided to use Pelleco to replace kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and countertops in a complete home remodel.  Sam made suggestions about countertop colors which were spot on and look great.  The installed products seem now to be fine, but it took 4 weeks from the time that a contractor (not Pelleco installer) showed up to begin the install until the cabinets were complete and correct.  

The vanities in 3 bathrooms had already been set when I arrived the morning of the install.  They were all installed in the wrong places - apparently there was no diagram for which cabinet bases went where and Sam had gone through with the contractor and said put that vanity here and that vanity here so they all had to be pulled and the job started over.  The original statement I made about Sam taking care of problems was, in our case, a business model requiring that corrections be made over and over.  (When this kind of thing happens on any phase in a job it can have a cascading effect in that something else-like flooring surfaces, wall surfaces, etc.-will be damaged when undoing poor or incorrect work.)   When the kitchen cabinets were set the first installer mounted hardware with the cabinet doors closed so he managed to drill into one of the stiles of a cabinet so it had to be repaired and painted - a very rookie mistake   After all the cabinets were properly set then countertop installation began.  The countertops in the bathrooms were beautifully done and completed very quickly, but the kitchen installation was absolutely wrong - there were seams in the quartz which ran through the sink.  So-o that countertop had to be pulled and a different fabricator showed up several days later and did a good job.

When the job was supposed to be complete rather than having someone go through the cabinet installation and be certain that everything was correct Sam always said what's wrong but he never wrote anything down.  Someone would show up to do work but have no instructions as to what they were supposed to be doing. .  An installation which was supposed to have taken 4 days ending up taking 4 weeks from beginning to satisfactory finish.   As I said the final product is most satisfactory, but the process and professionalism were miserable.  This is not a company I will ever recommend or use again.

DJ was a rockstar! Recently remodeled my grandfathers house and made the best decision hiring VetsBuilt! Great communication! He was always upfront with any changes that needed to be made! Clean, courteous, and very professional!

Andrew and his team restored me and my wife's trust in contractors and could not be happier with their work and professionalism.  Having just fired our previous contractor and being completely naive to home renovations, Andrew meticulously walked us through every step of the project, made sure we understood every charge and did not move forward until we accepted.  Having two children in our house, we were concerned that construction would become a big distraction for the family, this was not the case whatsoever.  Andrew and his team were respectful, clean and treated our house and the bathrooms they remodeled as if they were their own.  The pictures do no justice to the craftsmanship by Andrew and his team and I would recommend him to anyone.

If Ron gives you an estimate on a project just know it will turn out exactly how you want it.  He took time to be sure he was creating the bookcase I wanted down to every detail.  He was always very professional and when he said he would be here......he was!  I would strongly recommend Ron for any woodworking project you may have.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Dion and his team did a great job remodeling my bathroom. They framed out a shower, redid the plumbing for the shower head/handle, installed a window, and did all the tiling. They worked with me on price, were amazingly responsive despite me adding items to the job, and still gave me an amazing final product. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

10:30 am We ordered two ceiling fans and a remote on Amazon thinking we would take advantage of their new Amazon Home Services Group. Our experience was horrible outside of Amazon's normal amazing delivery speed. The day of the installation we received a window of between 11am and 2pm. Kyle from I'm Gonna Fix It called and said they were wrapping up with another client and would be there around 3pm. A gentleman named Chris showed up at 4:30pm and started to work on installing our fans. He pulls me aside before he is done and says We can bill your second fan through Amazon, or if you can pay cash we will do it for 80.00 instead. Amazon charges us a 20% service fee so we can offer a cash discount.
We are so far behind schedule my wife has time to stop and grab the money on the way home from work. Right before he leaves he comes back and says Hey I don't have a screwdriver to put the batteries in the remote. He then leaves without testing it, so we had no idea if it would work. Needless to say, the remote won't sync with the system he installed so I call them up and ask them to fix it or remove the unit so we can send it back.
Chris comes out again, this time, he doesn't have a ladder, even though he needed one the first time, so we let him use ours. (What kind of a service comes without a screwdriver or a ladder?), tests the unit, then tells me Because the unit is defective we have to bill you 65.00 for the hour I was here, but not to worry Amazon will most likely cover the error because the unit was defective. So now they want Amazon to pay us back for their mistake.
His office calls to bill us and I ask them Why are we paying you to remove something that you didn't test on installation. If the tech actually tested the unit and didn't just leave, then we wouldn't be having a second service call. She says, Ok I'll call the owner and ask what we can do.
Less than five minutes later Chris shows back up at my house asking me, What's the problem, and that it was ok to bill us because we let him leave without testing it. It's not only extremely unprofessional to send a service tech back to your front door (not to mention the same one that didn't test the unit) to try and argue on behalf of the company, it borders on intimidation. I wouldn't agree that it was our fault that he didn't test the product he installed and I asked him to leave. The then promptly charged us the 65.00 for the hour.  I will never be using Amazon's Home Services again; I'll stick with hiring my Rosie on the House certified contractors.

2:00pm I added this in response to the owners comment.

I can tell you for us the service was nothing like 100% satisfied. It doesn't do me any good to yell at a technician coming to my house for being 2.5 hours late, it does let me know that maybe the company I am working with isn't 100% reliable. It doesn't do me any good when I tell the tech that I have a screwdriver available to put that batteries in, and he says it's fine and goes home. It wouldn't have done me any good this morning to send the man away because he showed up without a ladder when I had one he could use. It definitely didn't do any good to ask your company to make the service call right, because then I had a tech show back up at my house to blame me for his inability to put in batteries, and properly test something he installed.

The good news is there are companies out there that go above and beyond to make things right. Amazon refunded us your service fee of 65.00 and for the remote within the hour when we emailed them. Personally, I was shocked that they would cover a fee, that should have never been charged. It wasn't Amazon's fault we picked the wrong company off of the list to have come to our home. None of that mattered to Amazon, they made it right, and did it quickly, securing our continued business with them for a very long time.

As for offering to put in the new remote for free well I think you can see how we might not think of that as a plus. The last one cost us part of the initial 80.00 (fan installation), and an additional 65.00 (due to reasons listed above).

I appreciate the quick response to my review but fixing the issue when I called and spoke to your company would have been better. Instead, I talked to someone on the phone that said she would talk with the owner, had a technician show back up at my house to argue the point (which is not great service or professional), and then got a call three minutes later to pay because you felt it was due regardless.

Again I can't say enough good things about Amazon for erasing most of what turned out to be a horrible experience.

2:37pm Finally made it back in my bedroom tried to turn on the fan to take a nap and it doesn't even turn on manually now.

2:55 After a little investigation it seems the tech wired the fan to a different wall switch for the light and the fan, which he didn't do before. We are hiring another company to check the work.

In February Better Bath Remodeling did a total remodel of our master bath. The tub and glass shower were removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. New tile floor and quartz countertops were also installed.

Michael was great on the Sales side, Martin and Alan were equally great on the construction side. Once the job was started, they worked on it every day until completion. Each day we were advised what they were going to work on that day and their progress was reviewed at the end of the day. Their quality of work is impeccable.

All parties were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

We would highly recommend Better Bath Remodeling to anyone who is wanting to have their bathroom remodeled.

In the Summer of 2012 I wanted to remodel my kitchen and tile.  I contacted probably four companies and went with Retro Pro.  Right from the first meeting I had a good feeling about Eric the owner and Angela the designer.  They were so nice and took the time to listen to all my questions and my husbands questions.  When the work started the guys took great care of our house and respected our request to start loud work as late as possible due to our night jobs.  The project was finished when promised, which was great too.  We are so happy with the results!  I would highly recommend Retro Pro for your next remodeling project.  You won't be disappointed.  I'm already saving to have them remodel my three bathrooms!  Thanks Retro Pro!

These guys did a really nice job on my project. We have a little guest house that I had basically neglected for many years. It was pretty much of a disaster area. For a quite reasonable price they turned it into a very nice little home that my daughter now lives in happily. GPS were very easy to work with and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I recommend these guys highly.

So far I have loved working with Ericka and Rosie of Spicegirl Remodeling and Design. They finished my roof in a few days and the team that did it was informative and paid a lot of attention to detail. This was especially important to me as I am about to install a large solar array. I liked working with them so much that I contracted them to remodel my master bathroom.

They also installed door vents and new matching accedes to my attic on both sides of my house so that is could do other efficiency work. (Duct repair, sealing the roof, sealing can lighting, blowing in another 18 inches of insulation)

I will be updating my review with photos and a description when the bathroom is finished.

I'd recommend them to anyone.
