We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

What a great small company here in Peoria AZ!  I got three estimates to do quartz countertops.  BJ gave me a bid and even worked with me on some deals.  BJ recommended an excellent company to find quartz for my countertops.  I would not express how thrilled I am with the selection of this company to do this job.  Price was very good; the workers were here on time, worked continuously, no slacking at all; did the best job ever; cleaned up; asked if I had any questions.....I could probably go on and on.  I would more than highly recommend this small business to do your countertops.  Great bunch of guys doing great work at a great price with great customer service!

DJ and his team did an amazing job putting in new floor trim throughout our house! It made such a dramatic change to the flooring. He contacted us right away with a quote, had all the appropriate paperwork, communicated updates, and cleaned up after each day. We definitely would recommend DJ!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Lets see what happens, we had tops measured, signed a contract, gave them money up front, we had a great experience. Now had them call back 3 days before installation and tell us they got the measurements wrong and now it will be thousands more to complete the job.
In the mean time, the template maker had destroyed my existing tops, I now have non functional counter tops.
I was told if I canceled, because of their mistake, I would be charged numerous fees and I needed to pay over a thousand dollars more for them to finish the tops we contracted for.
I have given them the opportunity to make this right and have not heard back , lets see if this is a deceptive business or an honorable company...

We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons. To start, we knew that his company had completed many remodels, and would therefore have the knowledge and experience to give remodeling advice. We also felt that they had probably already come across any problems that might arise with our project, and therefore, would know how to successfully deal with them. The crew did what they said they were going to do, including showing up at our house on time each day and focusing on what they had told us would be happening that day. Nearly a year and a half after the completion of our remodel, we came across a concern with one of our cabinets and notified Shannon, who responded that very day and had scheduled a repair within a week. We couldn't be happier with our remodel and for selecting Five40 Remodeling.
