Best Shutter Installation in Phoenix AZ

We definitely recommend Imperial Windows!  John returned my call on the same day and arranged a walk through at a time that worked well for us.  He was thorough in assessing our needs, reviewing the various options with us and providing a recommendation for the 6 windows we had replaced.  The lead time for the windows was as promised and he kept us informed of the status.  When it was time for install, the crew did a great job - and communicated with us when any questions or issues arose.  They were creative in a solution to be able to re-install our plantation shutters.  One of the new windows was not perfectly made by the window manufacturer, and John had a new window made to meet his approval.

exceptional service, attention to detail, picky about their work, clean,great communication, so...yea i would recommend these folks..BTW, i have a friend that owns a glass company in WA that does mostly custom houses. so i know the business a little more than most...thanks bill and team..will be back

If I could give them no stars I would. In the beginning all sounded very good. After my initial meeting with one of their employees an appointment was made for someone to come to my home. No one showed up, they didn't even call. After a week we called them to see if anyone would come. The person who came was not very knowledgeable about the processes of how the turf or anything was laid. When he left he said someone would call to make an appointment and no one did yet again . Two weeks later no calls or emails no contact we called the finance company to close our account and they took the money from the account but never came to do the work. This business was sloppy and its sad that the consumer would have to be after someone who is trying to sell services. I now have closed my account and have gotten a full refund but it is still upsetting to pay someone for something and then have to go chase them to figure out what is going on. Do not recommend to anyone find someone who cares.

Windows are good. Not sure how long vinyl will last in AZ sun. RMK swears by those windows. Only time will tell. RMK  provides a lifetime warranty which is good.
Bought shutters and blinds also. They delayed the measurements so I had to wait twice as long to have those installed even though they told me the shutters would be ready before the windows.
